Just as they were about to leave, Yao Ran suddenly stopped. She pulled the hem of Long Yu's clothes and pointed to an emergency door.

Long Yu followed her line of sight and found that the door was covered with some dark brown traces. They both knew what it was and exchanged curious looks.

Yao Ran whispered, "Do you want to go and have a look?"

Long Yu thought for a while and nodded. Now that they are here, they should see what kind of secrets the Crouching Tiger Gang hides behind that closed door.

After making his decision, Long Yu opened the locked door and saw rusty stairs.

There was no light below, so Yao Ran took out two pairs of night vision goggles. After putting on the night vision goggles, they slowly went downstairs.

The metal stairs creaked every time they stepped on them, echoing through the silent surroundings.

It took them more than five minutes to reach the bottom. Seeing that no one was around, Long Yu motioned for Yao Ran to be careful when walking, and the two of them moved forward slowly.

After confirming that no one was hiding there, Long Yu and Yao Ran looked at the boxes stacked up to the ceiling. They opened one of the boxes and were surprised by what they found inside.

Long Yu looked at the small package there, and his eyes darkened. He gripped his gun tightly and muttered, "How on earth did they get all these explosives?"

Seeing that she didn't respond, Long Yu's heart tightened. He grabbed her shoulders and called to her in panic. "Ran Ran!"

Hearing him calling her, Yao Ran looked up at him and nodded stiffly. Seeing that her expression was not good, Long Yu made a quick decision. He said, "I will take you back." Just as he was about to put his arms around her waist again, Yao Ran stopped him and hoarsely said, "I'm fine. We have to find Sima Hao and his wife as soon as possible. Otherwise, it will be too late."

After seeing the mutilated corpses in the cylinder tubes, Long Yu knew that Sima Hao and Ruan Ying did not have much time. If it drags on any longer, the bodies of Sima Hao and Ruan Ying may be floating inside those cylinder tubes.

Long Yu gritted his teeth and said, "You must stay close to me."

Yao Ran took a deep breath and nodded. After confirming that she was really fine, Long Yu held her hand and walked towards the middle area of Luxi Community.

When they arrived near the middle area of Luxi Community, Long Yu did not go out rashly.

He looked at Yao Ran, saw that she had calmed down, and breathed a sigh of relief. Taking out the night vision binoculars, Long Yu observed the situation around him.

There were too many guards patrolling around, so he needed to find a way to sneak into the apartment building to find Sima Hao and Ruan Ying.

The two of them hid in the shadows for a while before Yao Ran saw a man pushing a wine cart out from one of the apartment buildings and said in a low voice, "Long Yu, let's go to their wine cellar. I have an idea."

Long Yu looked in the direction from which the waiter had just come out and nodded at Yao Ran.

Seeing the guards talking with the waiter, Long Yu and Yao Ran quickly sneaked into the wine cellar. Because there was a party going on, the waiter didn't lock the wine cellar, so the two of them slipped in easily.

As soon as she walked into the wine cellar, Yao Ran was hit by the strong smell of wine. There was no one there, so she took out a pack of sleeping powder from her space and opened the lid of the wine barrel.
