Chapter 1407 Kobold versus Daen　　A six feet tall handsome demon walked out of the portal along with a group of humanoid beings.

"Young master Ajax, we met again."

The handsome demon looked at Ajax and replied with a slight smile on his face.

"Zaglanath?"

Ajax instantly recognized who the newcomer was and called his name with a surprised look on his face.

Zaglanath, a half-demon and a half-human. Either the human race or the demon race welcomed it; however, it only made him become powerful as he wanted to change the future for those who were in the same situation as him.

Ajax and Zaglanath met a couple of times in the past and Ajax had huge respect for Zaglanth because he gained good things from the 'Never-returning cave'

He gained the soul of Heaven's destroyer spear and the seed of the 'Tree of blessing' which could not be found that easily.

"I was busy with some missions. So, it took me a while to come here."

Zaglanath informed Ajax as he turned his head to look at Daen.

Unlike his unofficial spirit beast army, Ajax didn't call Zaglanath and he didn't even have the means to contact either Zaglanath.

However, he could guess that Zaglanath was sent by his master, the bloodline emperor Mostror.

'Having a powerful master is really useful in situations like this.'

Even though he created an imaginary master in the past, it was his first time receiving help from his real master.

'Looks like I can save this Emperor spirit beast pendant'.

Ajax knew that Zaglanath is powerful….very powerful than a high-level king realm cultivator. 

As for his real cultivation, there was no way he could find out unless Zaglanath tells it himself.

Nevertheless, he was sure about one thing that Zaglanath and the beings he brought along with him all looked powerful and even with the help of the system, he could not figure out their cultivation.

So, he scoffed at him before rushing toward him.

"Also, what do you think you can do by keeping the cultivators from the weakest races with you?"

At the same time, Daen didn't forget to mock the cultivators standing behind Zaglanath.

'Weakest races…that's right?'

Only after hearing Daen's words, did Ajax realized that Zaglanth's followers were either half-demons like him or they belonged to the weakest race.

In this universe, there are many races and many life forms and as usual, everything is classified depending on its strength.

Dragons and Titans are the strongest race in the universe that looked down on every other race.

Humans, Demons, Devils, Elves, Dwarves, Vampires and other similar races belong to a moderately powerful race and even among these races, they have their own classification.

Vampires > Elves > Humans = Demons= Devils > Dwarves.

Coming to the weakest races, it includes those races that could not even become king realm cultivators. These races are Orcs, Kobolds, imp and etc.

Right now, there are a total of 10 cultivators behind Zaglanath among which five were half-demons like him and the remaining five members were three orcs, one kobold and one imp.

'Even though they belong to the weakest races, why can't the system sense their cultivation?'

Generally, the weakest race members could not even become king realm cultivators; however, Ajax raised his eyebrows because the system was unable to check their cultivation.

'Which means they at least have the cultivation of high-level king realm cultivation or they might be using an extremely powerful artifact to hide their cultivation.'

This was the conclusion Ajax came to in his head; however, he strongly felt that they were high-level king realm cultivators.

"Young master Ajax, you can take rest as I will take care of the demon apostles."

Zaglanath didn't even bother to look at the incoming Daen as he informed Ajax before flying away from his place.

"Where are you going? Are you scared?"

Daen raised his brows as he didn't expect Zaglanath to run away like that and shouted at him.

"Go and take care of those high-level demon kings as I will take care of him."

The cultivator with a dog head said to his fellow teammates as he slowly walked towards Daen.

"Don't toy with him; instead, kill him as fast as you can before joining us."

Zaglanath's remaining nine followers warned the cultivator with the dog head before rushing towards the high-level demon kings brought by Barellok.

"A dog thinks it can defeat me? What a joke!"

Daen was furious when he saw that the cultivator with a dog head wanted to fight it. He scoffed at him before rushing toward him.

Kobolds are beings with a human body but with a dog head and because they rarely become king realm cultivators, they were looked down on by all the races.

"Die, you dog."

In an instant, Daen appeared in front of Kobold as he slashed his sword at Kobold's neck.

'Slash'

"Huh? Did I miss it?"

Daen was surprised as he looked at the Kobold who was still standing with his head on his body.

"But where did this blood come from?"

Looking at the blood on the ground, Daen frowned as he sudden;y felt a sharp pain coming from his right hand.

'Thud'

"Aargh…my hand…my hand."

Only then did he realise that his right hand had fallen to the ground as blood pumped out of his injury.

"How did you…what kind of magic is it? How can a kobold have such strength?"

Daen was shocked as he continued to groan in pain and looked at the Kobold with fear in his eyes.

'Slash'

Instead of answers, what Daen received from Kobold was another three lightning speed slashes which he could barely see.

'Puchi'

Soon, he realized that his left hand along with two legs were cut off by the Kobold.

'Holy heavens…are Kobolds really this strong?'

Ajax was shocked as he looked at the Kobold in a new light.
