463 Reasons for demons' attack
"Guild master, what do you say, if I said that the demons were looking for something in the cursed abyss?" Rulf finally mustered his courage and said his thoughts about the actions of the demons.
"There is a chance for them to do that. But what is that valuable for them to send an entire army?" The old guild master agreed with him but he asked another question from that possibility.
According to the guild master, who had adventured most of the dangerous places in the cursed wilderness and cursed abyss to finish some high danger rating missions knew that there were not many valuable things for demons to send a demon army. So, he still wasn't able to believe Rulf's words completely.
Nevertheless, he didn't directly strike off the possibility and waited for Rulf to explain why he had thought like that.
"At the moment I don't know but I can state two reasons for this possibility," Rulf shook his head at the guild master question; however, he replied with a serious look on his face that he could back his possibility with two reasons.
"Go on," The guild master motioned Rulf to continue speaking with his hand without stopping his run.
Rulf saw that the old guild master didn't believe him completely but still gave him some chance from his previous assumptions that helped them very much. So, he thought that he should not make the old guild master not believe him in the future.
"First, the demon generals were trying to force the 'Demon Killer' mercenary squad members out of the cursed abyss," Rulf said with a full confident look on his face and continued saying another fact, "And the demons opened that portal in the middle section of the cursed wilderness, which is quite a long distance even for us to travel and they were trying to bring all the human experts towards the cursed wilderness."
Rulf didn't waste any time and completed speaking in one breath and waited for the old guild master to comment on his thoughts.
"Huh? Good...your thinking is always the best," the old guild master stopped all of sudden and looked at Rulf before praising his thinking ability.

Seeing that, Rulf also stopped running and heaved a sigh of relief that the guild master's response was good.

As for the Barbarian, Darbaudr protected the Heaven raven, Dark flame and Fearless gorilla.
They were continuously killing the demon servants around these nine young cultivators for a while now and Edmond warned Udo and the Darbaudr to just continue their actions for some more time.
'Nods'
Udo and Darbaudr nodded their heads in agreement with Edmond's words and paid full attention to their surroundings.
"Ajax, are you alright? Do you need any help?" After getting the acknowledgement from Udo and the barbarian, Edmond looked at Ajax and asked him.
"I am fine, Captain Edmond. I have justice and my shadow clone," Ajax pointed at the two figures in front of him and gave a slight smile to Edmond.
Edmond nodded his head.

Just when he was about to clear the demon servants once again, a demon servant sneaked upon King killer that made Edmond anxious.
