14 Deputy Branch Manager sounds like a jerk.

It was a bright little room when I dived through the door I was instructed to.

Little like conditioning, just a room with one desk in the center of the room and two chairs to pinch it in.

When I dived through the entrance, Lianya remembered what a strange feeling it felt like, but decided to keep quiet because Scion and Lorna, who went in earlier, would not say anything.

There was a man sitting in the chair at the back of the room.

When I was old, I couldn't tell from what I saw.

It flushes thin, light-colored blonde hair over her shoulders long enough to be disappointing to the extent that she can tell at a glance that she is a man, but she was in the guild building, thin enough to say she is thin compared to the adventurers.

Her eyes are thin and a little hung.

I can see that the color of my eyes is green somehow.

What you're wearing is a sartorial blue robe.

They don't look like they're wearing ornaments, but they wear only one silver medal on the chest.

"Hey, you've come a long way"

I never got up, but I was greeted with a soft voice and Theon lowered his head gently.

Lotus Yaya lowers her head at the end so that she can be caught in it and Lorna lowers her head and somehow feels like she needs to lower herself too.

"Long time no see, Deputy Branch Manager"

The words Zion uttered as he turned his head back were like squeezing out somewhere.

Somehow, I don't want to talk to this guy as much as possible - I don't know if my emotions can be called the voice of a dada leak, but anyway, to Shion, who is familiar with wanting to get out of here as soon as possible, Lianya stares carefully at the deputy guild chief sitting, trying to figure out which neighborhood is hated so far.

"It's no use, you lost man"

You noticed what was being watched, and the deputy branch manager turned to Lianyi.

Its gaze, so thin that it could barely be seen to be open, made Lianya somehow feel signs of snakes, lizards, or, anyway, reptile-based, and her spine shivered somewhat.

"There's no way they know how they hate me. Anyway, it looks perfect, me."

"Professor, I'd like to know where that unfounded confidence comes from."

The Deputy Branch Manager, smiling and laughing, is certainly a good man there, and there was no place where the calm tone and faulty flaws could be seen through.

Still, Theon's fondness seems to be at the bottom.

Lotus Yaya asks about Lorna's face, but this one was where the judgment was troubled because the masked smile remained stuck.

"Theon and Lorna will know about me, so let me give you a name, you stray one. I'm the deputy director of this Adventurer Guild Kukrika Branch, Fritz-Rustbridge. Greetings."

"It's Lenya. Besides, how long do we have to keep this one standing?

None of the three try to walk to their desks while they stop as soon as they enter the room.

Lianya had stopped by to see how things were going, but the other two seemed unwilling to come close from the start, and she looked at Lianya with a slightly flattering look on Lianya's words.

"There's no way I can do it because I'm afraid of a lot of things, like deputy branch directors and seats."

"Why don't you just be honest and say something extra because you don't want to physiologically come near me?

Fritz slashes and throws away the words of Zion dressed in his teeth.

Speaking of, Theon doesn't deny what he's been told, but keeps him silent.

That is, needless to say, an attitude that affirms Fritz's dialogue.

"You don't deny it."

"No element to deny"

Sion replies flashly to the frizz of laughing as he rings the back of his throat.

Perhaps compared to the Scion and the others, Fritz seems a lot more rude to the fritz he's supposed to be looking at, but Fritz doesn't look distracted, either, putting together signs of fun.

For a moment, the question of whether it was a mazo turned his head, Lianya, but soon struck it off herself.

Because when I was thinking about something extra, I felt like I was going to show up on my face.

"That's about the usual promise, shall we hear the report? The request was for a survey of the woods, and I heard there were eight people in charge, except for you, Lost Man. There's only two of them, right?

I always felt relaxed about this kind of interaction, but for Theon and Lorna, I didn't seem to care if it was a familiar exchange.

"Six other people attacked me in the woods under investigation. Lenya is currently with us on the edge of getting help there."

"Oh, I can see that somehow. You guys, apart from your character, you're beautiful. With the setting of a quiet and unpopular forest, I can also understand that if a man is more numerous, he will feel that way. If I'd known what was inside, I wouldn't have made such an outrage."

A lot of words and two, Lianya thought bitterly.

Scion, who is confronting him directly, stayed just to stare at Fritz, but because Lorna behind him was smiling and beginning to wield a killer that she wouldn't even try to hide.

It was Rhona who didn't look armed, but what kind of offensive system skills does the magic have, Lianya thinks.

It's a short relationship, but I knew Lorna wasn't the kind to let it go all of a sudden, but I wish I could see it on this occasion.

"So what about those six?

"After Lenya beat him down, he left him in the woods"

"Ho? Not a single adventurer from the mercenary kingdom?

Fritz's gaze was directed at him, as if he were interested for the first time.

To be clear, I do wonder if this is a bit, if I can help but be disgusted, by that gaze that makes me feel sloppy and sticky.

"I was surprised, and they were alarmed. You won't know what happened if you get bumped in the front. I was lucky."

I wasn't asked to speak, but I feel like I have to say something, Lianya says.

Fritz nodded and showed the words over and over again.

"I see. But when you do, you three are going to tell me that you've killed six of your allies, no matter how it starts, right?

"That's not true"

Scion stuck in words.

Lotus Yakiya just pinched her mouth and denied it as Lorna also shut up without being able to say anything.

Leaving Scion and Rhona, who point their surprised faces at Lianya, out of caution for now, Lianya took a step forward to get out before Scion.

"They were dead at the time I knocked them down. The other four wouldn't have died if I hadn't knocked them down. So when it comes to these six, if there's anything, it's mine."

"Isn't that the two of them who suggested we leave them?

"Even so, if I told you I was going to take you out of the situation, you would have. I can tell you I made the final decision."

"That's..."

Theon tried to say something, but the words stopped along the way.

If you look back over your shoulder, Lorna puts her hand on Zion's shoulder and controls what Zion tried to say.

Apparently, he confirms that he is willing to leave this occasion to me, and Lianya turns back to Fritz.

"That's what the upside of things is. Let me know if you have a problem."

Tell me, with a slight accent at the place, Lianya emphasizes.

You guessed what that meant, Fritz smiled.

"Problem is... you know better than the ladies behind you."

Feeling the anger swell between the two behind her, Lianya complained with her eyes that she would not say anything extra without breaking her expression.

Lotus Yaya didn't know if that made it through, but Fritz nodded small.

"If we're interacting now, there's no problem. The ladies were attacked by six people who were accompanying them in the woods. There's nothing wrong with this. Plus you came in to help. No problem with this either. And left the six men I defeated in the woods. I don't know if this is humane, but you guys are smaller, and it's understandable behavior that you weren't willing to humanely treat an inhuman like attacking two women with six men.

Fritz separates words once, elbows on the table and hands together.

"If this was done on your initiative, Theon, it would have been a case that had to be somewhat problematic, for whatever reason."

After all, Lianya stares at the frizz of a smile in her inner tediousness.

Perhaps as a joint responsibility of the "three", including the Scions, he was willing to impose some kind of penalty after showing the Scions something like a concession that was in conflict with the rules of the Alliance but didn't even know what was going on.

Lotus Yayo looks at Fritz's face and thinks that it probably wasn't a lot of penalties, even if he didn't stand on the arrow.

At best, I wonder if it wasn't enough to just force me to work once.

Theon first got stuck in words because he didn't think he was going to use this case for that sort of thing.

"Is that what you're gonna say, and you're gonna lose your liking?

"Well, what are you talking about?

I couldn't help but say a word. It was Lianya, but Fritz let me try and blur.

"Anyway, I got it on the matter. Stray man, I won't hold you either. I don't know if there are any survivors, but if there's an inquiry, I'll say I was accidentally killed by a statement that broke the guild's rules."

"Thank you for your understanding"

Behind Lianya, Theon bowed his head, but his expression hardened on the words of the ensuing fritz.

"So, you're the one who asked me to investigate the woods?

"Report. Forest conditions are not good. It also seems obvious from the fact that the goblin leader led a group of goblins to attack the pioneering village. Seek to continue investigating demonic activity as it threatens to become active"

Fritz's expression turns into something decent when Shion, who hardened his expression, stops Shion's behavior with one hand, says it without precipitation before saying anything.

Even from Fritz, no way. Because I didn't expect strays to come forward here.

"Submit the recovered Demon Stone as evidence of the appearance of the Goblin Leader. Regarding the size of the group of crusaded goblins, I think you can understand it from the number of demonic stones to submit at the same time. Almost half of the villagers were rescued from the raided pioneering village. I know it's something that probably wasn't in the request, but I want you to appreciate the fact that you said you were committed to rescue."

"You rescued half of them? Didn't you let half of them die?

"I rescued half of them, I said. If we hadn't turned to the rescue, we'd have been wiped out, wouldn't we?

As I sit down, I say it out without changing one expression to Fritz, who stares upwards to ask me how something is going, and then Lianya takes that gaze as she looks down.

"Is there a problem?

If Lianya asked as if to prompt a response, Fritz shook his head from left to right once.

"I guess it means something."

"Well, I don't have the words to answer that question."

The words answered are bitter and cold.

Fritz smiled bitterly, unwrapping the hand he was putting together and slapping him on the table once.

"I see. The report accepted. You're right. Consider continuing your investigation here and decide to solicit someone else to look into it."

"That's it, I think their request has been fulfilled, please?

"Grant completion of the request. You should get paid at the counter outside."

"Thank you for your understanding. Let's go, both of us."

When he takes the word, he says he has nothing to do with it, but when Lianya turns her back on Fritz, she urges two things to go to the exit: Shion, who has said something, and Rhona, who is somewhat satisfied.

On that back, Fritz called out.

"Lenya, are you willing to act with them?

"Well, what about that?

Without turning around, Lianya answers and leaves the room.

Fritz, who dropped that back off, waits for the door to close before exhaling one loud enough to stretch his back all the way back and look up at the ceiling.

"Oh man, I'm a little crazy about my plans... but is this an ant development?

Naturally, there was no voice in the room to answer.
