(Are you going to jump?)
Just as Shen Dongqing sat down on his seat, Fang Qi poked him.
“Great god, look…”
Shen Dongqing looked in the direction he was pointing at. Yesterday, the student who had his neck broken due to his tardiness was currently sitting in his seat.
However, similar to the students who sat around him, there was no expression on his face, and it was as if he had become a real student and lost his identity as a player.

The class curriculum in Qinghai High School was extremely tight, and every minutes and every second was scheduled to disallow the students even the slightest chance to breathe.
Regardless of whether classes were in session or not, the Director of Teaching Affairs patrolled the corridor. If someone were to attempt to violate the school rules, they would immediately be lynched by her.
Zhou Wenyan spent two periods worth of time to figure out her patrol route and timing of the Director of Teaching Affairs before he raised his hand during the lesson.
The teacher who was currently in class looked like a hanged ghost; deep and bloodied marks had been strangled into his neck and his tongue had been elongated, to the extent where it swayed in front of his chest. He stopped his lecture and twisted his head back in a bizarre, 180 degrees, and asked with a hoarse voice, “Fellow student, is there a problem?”
The whole class turned their hands and looked at them, expressionless.
Zhou Wenyan’s complexion remained unchanged as he said, “I’m not feeling well.”
The hanged ghost teacher stared at him. After half a beat, he said: “Go to the infirmary and get it checked, is there another classmate who is willing to send him…”
Zhou Wenyan pulled up Shen Dongqing, the latter of which had been lying on the table, “Teacher, he’ll accompany me.”

He shrunk his body, keeping his presence to the minimum.
And because his table was crowded with a high stack of books, his sudden jerk caused his elbow to accidentally bumped into them. With a crash, all the books fell to the ground.
The students who had just returned to normal, swept their eyes towards where Fang Qi was seated again.
Shivering, Fang Qi quickly picked up all the books and piled it back on his table. The books were out of order, and originally, the topmost book was a math textbook. However, upon rearrangement, it was replaced with a pitch-black and thread bound book with the scarlet words《Campus’ Strange Talks》inked on the cover.

Zhou Wenyan and Shen Dongqing left the classroom where the Secondary Three (Four) was located.
During this time, the Director should be patrolling the other floors, and they seized the window of opportunity to run up to the rooftop.
Since class was currently in session, there was no students outside.
After avoiding the Director of Teaching Affairs, the two of them reached the top of building smoothly.
Just then, the sound of an old man coughing was broadcasted through the school’s public announcement system and it sounded heartrending as if he was going to cough out his internal organs in the next second.
【 Some players have discovered an important clue. 】
【 Main Storyline Initiated: Players are asked to search for the Campus’ Strange Talks in Qinghai High School. 】
Sure enough, the previous school rules were completely a cover.
If they played in accordance to the school rules and tried to ostrich by shoving their heads in the sand for seven days, they would not be able to clear the copy at all, and they would be assimilated into the copy instead.
After the announcement ended, the bell rang through the premise to signal the next class.
Zhou Wenyan walked onto the rooftop first, followed by Shen Dongqing.
Upon entering the rooftop, Shen Dongqing felt his vision blur for a moment and in the next instant, Zhou Wenyan’s figure disappeared from his eyes. He swerved his head and looked in the four corners of his surroundings and noticed that he was standing at the edge of the rooftop. If he were to take another step forward, he would hurtle down and die a horrible death.
Wait….
Something was wrong, why did his lower half feel so cool?
Shen Dongqing looked down abruptly and saw a pair of white and straight legs.
The wind today was making a clamour, and it was lifting the skirt with the breeze.
Calmly, Shen Dongqing held down the skirt that was about to reveal him and calmly retreated from the edge.
Just as he took a step back, Shen Dongqing heard a voice that was evidently finding joy in his misery.
“Why aren’t you jumping?”
“I think she was just trying to provoke us; if she dared to jump, she would have already jumped.”
“Stop wasting our time, we still have to go to class.”
Shen Dongqing turned his body and saw that there was a group of female students on the rooftop. The two girls who were leading the charge was a little familiar, and he realised they were the two mops from last night.
“Hurry up and jump!”
“What are you hesitating and mumbling for? You’re probably doing this to play to the gallery, aren’t you, ugly person?”
“If you’re not going to jump, can you come down now, the sun is so bright…”
Downstairs, there were a group of students gathering as well. Their heads were raised as they looked up and they revealed no fear or worry on their faces. Rather, they seemed disdainful and impatient, and it was as if they were watching a clumsy performance instead of witnessing someone jumping off the building.
Their language was akin to invisible hands and it shoved Shen Dongqing towards the rooftop again.
Seeing that Shen Dongqing had returned to his original place, the crowd instantaneously stirred, and countless of voices merged into one word— “Jump!”
The noise penetrated Shen Dongqing’s ears, and when he could no longer tolerate it, he turned his body without speaking, only to see a shabbily dressed Zhou Wenyan standing next to him.
Shen Dongqing’s ire peaked, “Why didn’t they put you in a skirt!?”
He glared at the crowd of onlookers below: “Jump what jump? We’ll talk again when you put him in a skirt!”
Zhou Wenyan could see Shen Dongqing as well but there seemed be a thin film between them that prevented him from hearing what he said, and all he could focus on was that pair of straight legs.
He touched his chin: “What are you rushing for? We’ll speak again later; I want to admire first.”
His gaze returned to the clear and fair muscles and roved along the length of it.
The students had never heard of such an outrageous request, and they were stunned into silence.
