"It is that human guest!" One of the guards shouted in relief as Jin covered them with a dome of ice, giving them a breather so that they would be able to tend to their wounds.
"Any severely injured?" Jin asked and the Pandarians shook their heads. "Good, let's get going or else the ice dome as well as the tunnel will be undone by them," Jin replied as he threw a few bottles of potions which the alchemists in Ress had given him as a present of some sort when he was touring around the capital.
Those were only considered mid grades so they did not have much effect when it came to recovering their magic powers of Rank EX Pandarians but it did aid with the temporary closing of wounds so they appreciated the help. But even as they took that little time to drink the potions, the Ice Dome seemed to be cracking from the pressure of the Locust Orcs.
They tried to brute force against the Ice Dome even though there were 'live' icicle spikes preventing their entry to the best of their abilities.
Unfortunately, those Orcs were not giving them any chances to recuperate well enough and Jin hurried them to move. The Pandarians knew that every second counts and they tried their best to move forth.
"The – The! The Ice Tunnel Ceiling broke!" One of the Pandarians at the front shouted to alert Jin as well as the group behind him. However, before he could say another word, a sudden blast of intense magic lit up the crevice of the ice tunnel, eliminating the Locust Orc who had his hand through it and probably its friends that were surrounding the ice tunnel as well.
"This is CM-4. I repeat, this is CM-4. Is Overlord safe?" Commando Mage Leader No. 4 communicated through an open channel which he believed that his king would be able to pick up.
"You nearly killed the allies that I am trying to save," Jin smirked, happy that the Mages were able to appear before things got worse. "Sorry that I could not welcome any of you from the portal."
The formation also allowed them to rotate their people so that the Rifle Mages were able to reload their weapons.
Only when the Pandarians were able to escape in time, Jin's eyes glowed with maqi and he stood in front of the Rifle Mages to tell them to hold their fire the moment they saw an ice wall emerging. Thus, they did as they were ordered to as Jin summoned one gigantic ice wall that temporarily covered the south of the village.
That was not the end of Jin's trick as he took out his trusty comrade who had been with him for the past few months. "Mr Hammer. Time to show some tricks of your own! Improvised Smith!" Jin said as he slammed Mr Hammer hard onto the ice wall he conjured.
"You are as abusive as ever but I do appreciate the occasional creativity." Mr Hammer said as he could now feel Jin's thoughts flowing through him while his master performed the skill. As the hammer hits the ice wall, the mid section of the ice wall gets thicker faster. So much so that it looked like it was one huge block of ice that had emerged out of nowhere.
But what was surprising was the faces of those Locust Orcs who did not know a single thing until they saw the block instantly revealed lines around it. A sculpture was carved at that very moment and the remaining pieces of the block scattered violently through the onslaught of the Locust Orcs.
"I might not have you for me to summon, but a replica of you should still do some damage, right? Shaitan of Ice, Shiva?!" Jin said as he slammed his hammer once more and the sculpture was suddenly bursting with a magical ice aura.
"To these pathetic insects?" The replica of Shiva smiled. Continue your adventure with M V L
"With pleasure."
