“I’m a little tired…”

The time was around thirteen o’clock.

After entering a restaurant for lunch, Arisa muttered with a sigh.

“That’s what you get for being so excited,” 

Yuzuru said with a wry smile.

After entering the park, naturally, but also before coming to the amusement park… Arisa had been excited and high-spirited from the day before.

It was only natural that she would get tired.

“I hadn’t been here since I was in elementary school… so I got excited like an elementary school student.”

For Arisa, it was probably because she had not been to an amusement park in a long time and wanted to ride an amusement park-like attraction.

Since Yuzuru also preferred such attractions, he had no complaints about it, but…

After all, if you ride such attractions all the time, you will get tired physically and mentally.

“…Don’t you like that kind of ride?”

At Yuzuru’s suggestion, Arisa gave a reluctant look.

This reaction was a little surprising to Yuzuru.

This was because he arbitrarily thought that attractions that allow visitors to relax and enjoy the scenery and view would be very popular with ladies…

“Then, do you want to watch the parade”

While they were talking like that, the food was brought in.

Arisa looked at the food that had been brought in with perturbed eyes, then pouted and muttered.

“For this quantity and quality, this price is…”

“Don’t say that.”

Yuzuru hurriedly reined in Arisa, who was about to return to reality.

Thus, Arisa had become wholly depleted of excitement…

“Ah! Look! Yuzuru-san! He just waved his hand this way!”

By the time they watched the parade, she was completely fine and was jumping up and down and waving at the stuffed animals.

“A- ah… yeah, that’s right.”

While he was happy that she was feeling better…

Yuzuru was a little embarrassed by the excited Arisa.

“This is the worst… I should have taken a ride while it was still brighter.”

The sun was setting and the area was getting darker.

Arisa blurted out as she held onto Yuzuru’s arm.

“That’s why I told you you had better not…”

Yuzuru remarked in dismay as Arisa clutched him tightly by his arm.

Arisa had been like this ever since they rode the last horror attraction.

Of course, they knew before they got on that it was a spooky or ghostly attraction.

It’s a horror type, but are you okay with it?

Yuzuru had asked this in advance, to which Arisa confidently replied, 

–Even though it’s a horror attraction, it’s for children, right?　I’m not so scared as to be frightened by childish tricks.

“…It was more than I could have imagined”

Arisa answered with a trembling body.

Yuzuru was a little concerned about what kind of wholesome content she had imagined.

“The time was bad, too… If it’s daytime, I don’t think it’s that bad.”

“… Is that relevant?”

“It is…. where we’re going tomorrow is also a horror event, right? Let’s get in while it’s still light.”

This time, they made hotel reservations and were staying overnight to visit the other park.

They will be going to the other park tomorrow and will be able to enjoy the different attractions there.

“I’ll tell you in advance… the one tomorrow is probably scarier than the one before, okay?”

“I-is that so! Well, I’m …looking forward to it!”

“Your voice is shaking, though… Why don’t you refrain?”

If you are afraid, you don’t have to see it.

Yuzuru didn’t really want to ride it either, so there was no intention of forcing her to do so.

Rather, he would rather not ride if it frightens her so much.

“You never know until you try it.”

Arisa was not good with horror.

However, she apparently never hated them, and for some reason, even though she knew they were scary, she still wanted to watch them.

And she always ended up regretting it when she found it scary.

“Are you really going to ride it?”

“Of course I am. I’ve come all this way. I can’t leave without getting in.”

“… I don’t get it”

She wanted to ride and watch even though she was scared.

Yuzuru tilted his head, thinking that he would never understand the mindset of Arisa.
