Chapter 20 - Sly little girl

Zheqi sighed, his little brother Zhefei still wanted to say more but he stopped him. "So, what do you plan on doing? It can't be that your just planning to hide here forever?"

"Qi gege, no that would be silly. I plan on getting out from Xu Kingdom." Ronglou smiled warmly to her brother.

The two brothers stared wide eyed!

"You can't! That's too dangerous! We are in the middle of an Impending war lulu. What if someone actually does kidnapped you there?!"

"That is not what a lady should do! You are still young little lulu. I'm sure we can find you some place to hide."

They both speak simultaneously. Ronglou rubbed her temples, how could she forget her overprotective brothers? That was why she never intended to include her third brother, that one had a sis-con complex!

"I am not alone, I have Huangyu beside me and Hongfe."

"Huangyu? Your servant?" Zhefei questioned.

"Young Masters, I will personally see to it that the Young Miss is safe. Even if I have to sacrificed my life!" Huangyu kowtowed.

"Get up. No need to kowtow". Zheqi waved his hand to Huangyu. He had already guessed that the young man was his little luli's loyal servant, when they came in.

"Thank you young master." Huangyu bowed.

"Who is Hongfe?" Zhefei looked at Ronglou after looking at Huangyu.

"Him". Ronglou pointed to the other beautiful lady inside the room.

"HIM?! and she.. she..?" Both looked at the woman sitting behind the desk.

"What makes you think I'll keep helping you?" Hongfe smiled but still kept his woman voice.

"We will be seeing your siblings on the way, don't you want to save them? Plus, I only need you to send me close to the border. After that, I will have another friend who can help me out." Ronglou shrugged.

"Friend? You have hardly go out of the Imperial City, how come I didn't know that you knew someone from the border?" Zheqi looked at his sister, for some reason he felt that his sister changed.

"You are always out and about Qi gege, it's normal. How else would I know Hongfe, if I didn't have my own connections. Isn't that right?" Ronglou gave a sly smile to Hongfe and it gave him shivers.

This young woman really isn't simple. If her family didn't knew that she knew me, then how did she got that information?

"Well, that's enough talk. I called you here to inform you not to worry about me, I have my own means of escape. I just wanted for you two, not to worry and to inform father of this matter. Once he knew of this, tell him to keep pretending nonstop. Once I'm out of the Kingdom, I'll have someone notify you." Ronglou took a sip on her cup until it was out.

"And mother? our other siblings? Especially third brother? I heard that he had been out ever since you ran away. He is going nuts, just to look for you!" Zhefei sighed.

"Hmm.. Help me get out of the Imperial City first and then you can sent him my way." Ronglou answered.

"When are you leaving and where are you heading?" Zheqi couldn't help but be apprehensive.

"Tonight with you guys, why else would I bring you in? And I'm heading to Chen City. I owe someone a debt." Ronglou got up and looked at Hongfe.

"If you still wanted to see them alive, come and meet me at Chen City. You know where to find me. Let's go Qi gege and Fei gege." Ronglou left with Huangyu following behind her. Everything was ready on her part, she didn't brought any belongings with her after all.

Zheqi and Zhefei looked at each other. They then stood up, bowed to Hongfe and left.

"Sly little girl. Matron! Get my things ready, I am leaving for Chen City!" Hongfe yelled to the Matron outside.

"Yes miss." She answered and left.
