Han looked from left to right as he saw all the soldiers avoiding his gaze. They were all suspicious of Han! Was he telling the truth!? Did Freya really try to kill him first!? If he was telling the truth then it is completely okay for Freya to be killed, but no one knew if it was right or not. Even though these questions kept going through their minds no one dared to speak up for fear of what Han would do

Han smiled. It didn’t matter if they believed him or not. The matter of fact was that he had their contract of submission now and he was the strongest one here! No one would try to go against him!

Freya might have been their king, but no one in this Temple is completely loyal to their kings. From the beginning, we all started out with the same goal in mind. We want to go into the Celestial plane and become immortal. Whether it is under one king or the other did not matter, so long as the person they serve can carry them higher and higher then they will gladly serve! It’s even the same for my own soldiers. If I were to ever lose they wouldn’t bat an eyelash as they move to the next king! That’s why I feel no remorse for them at all!

The first soldier in front finally made a decision as he took off his helmet and fell to one knee.

“All Hail. King Han!!”

This chant caused a ripple that traveled across the entire courtyard as every soldier there began to fall to one knee as well and chant!

“All Hail, King Han! All Hail, King Han! All Hail, King Han!!”

Han accepted the chants with a blank look. It was nothing new to him so he didn’t bother being annoyed by it. Instead, he was glad! Another one down. Just a few more now and I’ll be ready to finally face those Celestials. Just wait for me. I’ll make sure you all regret the day you decided to play with the lives of these many people! Just wait.

...

Quinthreath has been on a small adventure since he left the fifty-fifth floor and decided to go help his friend on floor fifty-nine. When Quinthreath got to the fifty-ninth floor he was angry when he saw how much of the floor was already destroyed!

Jago said this while bowing to Quinthreath! Quinthreath was a black Star and Jago was only a white Star! If Quinthreath wanted to kill all of them then only the king could stop him! Jago stayed like that for some time before he heard Quinthreath tell him to get up.

Jago got up but his expression was still sour. He told the soldiers to leave and he finally spoke to Quinthreath.

“How did you know we were fighting? I don’t think any of our people have been able to send a message yet”

Quinthreath nodded. It was only because of a secret message that Ai sent to him that he even knew that they were in this kind of trouble. Quinthreath didn’t have time to start answering questions like this so he just asked Jago where Ai was. Jago’s face squeezed in pain and he tightened his palms into fists! He couldn’t answer for a while but then he told Quinthreath.

“We thought they just came to talk about diplomatic matters! We didn’t know...!!”

Quinthreath narrowed his eyes and told Jago to take him to Ai. He had to see her and talk to her directly! Jago led Quinthreath to a tent at the edge of the mountain. Quinthreath knew that Ai usually stayed in tents during fights because she didn’t like her soldiers to fight alone. She was a good king even if she was a little naive sometimes.

Inside the tent, Quinthreath saw Ai sitting at the center of the room and wrapping a large bandage around her breasts and midsection. She was grimacing with every move she made and Quinthreath could see that she already lost a lot of blood! What happened to her!?

“You look like you’re going to kill me for getting injured. I’m already this hurt so please don’t start getting angry”

Ai said this with a grimace before she finally finished with the bandage. She was a Tiger feline with white ears and hair. Her body was moderate and her breasts weren’t too big. She has golden eyes that complement her white hair very well! She looked up at Quinthreath and tried to smile at his frown. She was happy to see her friend again.

“I’m happy you came. I don’t know how I can repay your kindness for answering me”

Quinthreath grunted as he entered the tent properly and looked around. There was a bowl of water at the side that already turned red from all the blood they had to clean! How much blood did that bastard take out of Ai!? She looks pale as paper!

Ai tried to stand up but she was so weak that she stumbled! Jago immediately wanted to go and help her but Quinthreath held him back. Why would you try to make your king look even weaker than she already is!? Just let her handle this herself and she will bounce back in time!

The one thing all the kings cherished were their pride and as a lion feline Quinthreath knew Ai was no different. It is best to let her do things like this herself!
