*UNEDITED*
3 hours later - XX Park
"If I were like Uncle or Master, Kazuya you wouldn't want to date me would you?"
After she left the meeting place, she caught a glimpse of brunette waiting for her at the gate. It occurred to her that person may have told Kazuya where she was; but she didn't think that he would go through all the trouble of picking her up. In the end the two of them stopped by the usual park, sitting beside the huge tree she created a few months back. It was still in full bloom, a rare sight for the winter. Fresh cherry blossoms.
"Alright, you over there. Stop trying to imagine it so vividly now. Rather, come over here," Kazuya beckoned her over.
"Pfft, if you want me to sit closer just say so. "
"Kazuya, I'll have you know I'm not in the mood for jokes." she trails of when he shifts closer to her and kissed a strand of her black locks. "Or anything affectionate either."
Lyn felt slightly irritated with him. In the end Kazuya confessed to her the items he steals lately. Although Zepher already showed her a list before. Lyn didn't want to doubt Kazuya. Why would Kazuya steal items not related to the Sound Kingdom? The only thing Lyn could think of was her. Kazuya does not care about the Mist Kingdom, or even taking back his Kingdom's heritage. How many months has passed since she first met him? Lyn could read him like an open book by now.
"I know Lyn."
Why does he know? It really isn't fair sometimes.
Kazuya and that person must have planned all of that. After all, the only ones who knew about that meeting were the ones who took part. As well as brother and Allen, the later would never blab about such matters to anyone no matter who it is. However if it's brother, he would tell Kazuya without hesitation. Even now she still doesn't understand the relationship between those two very well. If you can call it a friendship at all.
Brother clearly knew Kazuya before he came here. However, he played her good and acted like he didn't know Kazuya. Then again, even Allen is getting along slightly better with Kazuya now. Though there was that strange tension that time she and Kazuya went in the dungeon.
For the two people whom she fell in love with so deeply to be on such good terms, it's quite a illogical turn of events.
"Having overwhelming desires that only plunge the world around you in to misery. Or restraining yourself so much that you end up suffering. For it to be either that or something else. It's scary isn't it? But what's even scarier is that..." Lyn trails of, her gaze landed on the pitch black skies. "I'm aware that I harbour a terrible seed of desire. This seed grows as each day passes. I can no longer control it like I did power."
"Don't say things like that man would say."
"Have I become like him?"
"I sometimes think you have, only sometimes."
"That must've mean that I've gotten old." Right if she's starting to talk like master, then it simply means that she's gotten old. Then again, her master is a weirdo. No matter how much time passes by, he never looks like he has changed.
"Why aren't you saying anything I wonder. .. Could it be, Kazuya really thinks that and that's why you didn't do anything more than kiss me yesterday?"
"No that's not.."
"If that's the case I wish all my juniors inherited it also. That girl is too nervous that she can't even ask the teachers for advice. And as smart as my sister is, she acts like an idiot most of the time that I'm always worrying about her," Lyn actually worried about the future generation sometimes.
At that comment somebody appeared. Lyn knew she had been hiding in the bushes, but still.. "Who cares about stuff like you getting old? Or anything about me and.."
"Good evening Shaarya," Lyn is not surprised to see her sister at all. The girl has this peculiar habit of appearing out of nowhere. Her sweat dropped when she saw the bags by the bushes. She ran away from the academy again it seems. This girl really needs to stay in one place.
"I've been evasdropping on you two the whole time, and all you talk about is work and other unromantic stuff. Both sister and kazuya-san. I've decided to sulk in the bed until you two married and have a child. Until your son is born, I shall have to do everything by myself."
Uh? Wait, what is she talking about. "Shaarya, your sister and me are only sixteen. Having a child is.."
"It was the same for Mother! Besides were living in the Empire not the stone ages. Who cares what age you get her pregnant?"
This girl, doesn't she attend a fancy academy? Why is her language so coarse? It's unbelivable
"This is your fault anyway Kazuya-san. If you didn't snatch my sister away, she would have babies with.."
Lyn placed her hand over her sisters mouth. What on earth is Shaarya trying to say?
"I'm still betting though. I think Rhys-san would be willing to get you pregnant..."
She really wanted crawl into a hole right now. What's with her sister? Why is she speaking this away? Aaah, it's stressing her out.
"Now, now, I wouldn't give up," a almost devilish smile appears on Kazuya's face.
Shaarya halts in her tracks, "Ssh. Huh? This is it a normal person walking around this time at night, or an intruder? Either way I should check it out huh? Bye sister and brother in law," with those words said Shaarya swiftly left.
When the girl left, Kazuya pulls her into his arms, "She does make a point, we should get intimate when we can."
"Dummy that's not what she meant. I just, don't think it's right now. I'm sorry, perhaps even now i still have some lingering feelings. There is still pain in my heart whenever I see him hurt," Lyn mumbled. She knew she didn't have to clarify who she meant by him. Kazuya understands her own emotions better than her. He always has, and that's why he probably understood from the start.
'The reason why he gave her space.' Kazuya could have taken her away at anytime. However, he never did that. Lyn always wondered why. Why did he waste his chance? Lyn knew how lonely Kazuya got whenever they weren't together. It's because Kazuya understood the state of her heart and emotions better than anybody else.
"I know, I get that way sometimes too when I look up at the sky. That moron was the one who left you with this heavy burden in the first place. The reason I brought him back, I can't tell you now. But you have to realise, everything I do is for your sake."
Lyn knew that all too well. Even without eldest brother Andrew and even Zepher's words. Lyn already knew. Since Kazuya came here, he only takes action when it comes to her.
She wrapped her arms around his neck and brushes her lips there gently biting the soft skin. Kazuya, she loves him, she really loves him. It's really strange. She never thought that she would fall in love with someone this much; and now that she has, her actions, words and everything else she's believed in has become muddled up. She becomes dizzy with thoughts of this person.
Still, "Kazuya, I have something I need you to do for me," Lyn mumbled.
"I'll do anything for you."
