Arguably, it was better for Allen to become a Perfection Realm powerhouse early on so he could get used to his power and build up his foundation but Allen didn’t have any more motivation as yet to become one.
Allen was already the strongest in his world and he didn’t face any threat that has surpassed him.
Also, he wanted to procrastinate in keeping his humanity a bit longer since he knew in the future, he had to give up his humanity.
For other people, they would think that what Allen was doing was just delaying the inevitable and that it was best for him to do what he should be doing rather than delay it.
But Allen knew that if he became a Perfection Realm powerhouse, his mindset might become completely different from what he had before.
Even when he used the <Supreme> talents in his <Supreme Order> talent, his mindset and personality would be affected but would still be within his control. For example, if he used his <Supreme Yandere> talent, he might act like one and his mindset would be that of a <Supreme Yandere> but it was still within his control..
But if he became a Perfection Realm powerhouse, it would be a different story. Although he could still control his mindset using his <Supreme Order> talent, it still wouldn’t change the fact that he would no longer be a mortal when he attained the Perfection Realm.

In other words, it was all a matter of experience.
And a good example of that was when a poor person loved eating street foods since it was cheap and affordable but when he became a rich person, the taste of those street foods would feel different to him.
It was quite a philosophical topic but even so, Allen wouldn’t let that get to him. He knew that if it wasn’t for the fact that his sworn brother was a Universe Realm Peak Stage powerhouse, he wouldn’t dare to be as complacent as he was now.
But Allen also knew that relying on Seref too much wouldn’t be a great idea.
‘Sigh, I’ll just think about it again when the time comes. Specifically, when the second Main Task starts.’
‘When the second Main Task started, there might be a task that I couldn’t handle with my current power level so that would be the time that I’m forced to ascend to Perfection Realm.’
‘For now, I might as well enjoy every last bit of humanity that I have left within me. Since after becoming a perfect being, my mindset will likely change, and even if it wouldn’t, my perspective of the world might be.’
Allen thought to himself as he decided to place those thoughts back into his mind and let the future him handle it. As for what he had in mind, it’s not like there was a threat that would force him to increase his power level to Perfection Realm except for the upcoming Main Task.
Only the beings outside his universe would pose a threat to him and Allen knew that. So unless the second Main Task would start, he would still enjoy his time in his world as a human with Iris Aria by his side.
And he might as well spend time with his classmates and deal with his current life problems such as having a one-on-one talk with his younger brother.
And… dealing with those ‘Parents’ of his. Not that those two ever deserved or have the right to call themselves his parents right in front of him considering they didn’t even provide him any assistance after they found out about his average talent.

Only his younger brother ever looked him in the eye and gave him the support that he needed. Allen wasn’t an ungrateful person so he would repay his young brother for what he had done to him.
But he would do that after he had proven to himself that he was better than his younger brother to resolve the mind demon within him like those in cultivation worlds which were also called “heart demons” or internal demons.
For now, Allen didn’t have any motivation to increase his power level. And, he planned to enjoy his school life as much as he can with Iris by his side.
With that in his mind, Allen shifted his attention back to the chess match between him and Carrion. As usual, all of those thoughts within his mind only took a few milliseconds and it was all due to his <Supreme> talents.
“You sure with your king move, Carrion? You do know that you can choose a better move and it wouldn’t be force mate.”
Allen asked Carrion while Carrion only sighed.
“I know that it would be impossible for me to defeat you with just a rook and a king. After all, you have both a king and a rook coupled with three pawns. If we trade pieces, you would still be up three pawns. So rather than making myself suffer slowly, I rather we end this early on.”
Carrion responded to Allen’s question with a helpless expression on his face.
Even Carrion knew that he had underestimated Allen. He should have known better since Allen’s <Supreme> talents weren’t even known by the staff of the Supreme Academy much less him.
‘Does Allen have at least 5 <Supreme> talents? It’s unlikely for him to have a <Supreme Chess Grandmaster> talent since I noticed him make chess move inaccuracies. But he might have an analytical prowess <Supreme> talent such as <Supreme Analyst> or <Supreme Problem Solver>.’
Carrion couldn’t think of what Allen’s <Supreme> talents were but he did know that it must be higher than 5 or else Allen wouldn’t have beaten him in a chess match with only a <Supreme Chess Grandmaster> talent.
After all, he had used both his <Supreme General> and <Supreme Strategist> to go against Allen in chess and even he was losing. So it was more possible for Allen to have used more than two <Supreme> talents that revolved around strategy and analytical prowess.
‘I shouldn’t offend Allen or else I would always be on the losing side. I don’t know why but my instincts tell me that he is an existence who I couldn’t fathom, an anomaly.’
