Chapter 163 Arthur Is A One Man Army!

With that, both Carrion and Arthur agreed on the date of their battle that Arthur had mentioned.

Allen: Good. I have already created a part in my house where you all can have training and battles so that your skills won’t get rusty. With those facilities in my house, you all won’t need to worry about your training being exposed by the Supreme Academy.

Allen: With my name, I can assure you all that my house is surveillance proof so the Supreme Academy can only dream of infiltrating my house.

With assurance from Allen himself, Carrion and Arthur knew that they didn’t have to worry about their battle being spied on by the Supreme Academy.

Carrion: Anyways, @Arthur, why are you confident in being part of the group?.

Carrion asked Arthur as he truly didn’t know why Arthur was that confident in joining the combat group especially when the combat group would go against the combat-type <Supremes> of the Supreme Academy.

'',

Carrion understood why Arthur was confident in going against him in his <<Creative World>> since even Carrion wasn’t that confident in being able to change Arthur’s <<Creative World>> with his <<Strategist’s Domain>> but even if he wasn’t confident, it doesn’t mean he won’t give it a try.

But for combat-related stuff, Carrion didn’t know why Arthur wanted to join the combat group since it would be pointless if Arthur couldn’t lure his opponents to his <<Creative World>>.

Arthur: You do know that I am the <Supreme Artist>, right? Therefore, I am not only limited to creating miniature worlds with my art but I also have the ability that allows me to make what I draw into reality.

Hearing those words from Arthur, they were quite shocked at how overpowered his <Supreme Artist> talent was and how it was so underestimated by them. Of course, they still didn’t know what were the limits of Arthur’s skill regarding that skill of his that could turn his art into reality.

Arthur: And if you all are wondering, no, there are no limits for that skill of mine which I call as <<Realism>>.

Arthur knew that his classmates were thinking about the limits and weaknesses of his <<Realism>> skill so he decided to explain more of his skill to his classmates so they will understand why he insisted on joining the combat group.

Since other than the combat group, Arthur wasn’t suited to join the other groups that Allen had created in their resistance to the Supreme Academy. That was why Arthur was adamant about joining the combat group since he didn’t want to be the only one in their group who didn’t contribute to the resistance.

In other words, Arthur didn’t want to be left out like he always did in the past.

Arthur had alienated himself from his peers in the past and it was mostly due to his peers being incapable of surpassing him. None of his peers in the past were his equals or someone that surpassed him so it was difficult for him to become friends with them.

After all, all of his peers in the past were treating him like an ‘alien’ in their group but in the past, Arthur didn’t mind it as he knew that he was different from those of his peers.

'',

But now that he was in the Supreme Academy, he didn’t want to repeat those mistakes of his in the past especially when the Supreme Academy was filled with students that were equal to or even surpassed him.

Because of that, Arthur decided not to become the same introvert he was in the past since he knew that one man could hardly achieve most things and it was better for him to have as many reliable friends as he could.

With those thoughts in his mind, Arthur decided to inform his classmates more about his <<Realism>> skill so that they would approve of him in joining the combat group.

As for Allen when he had heard of the <<Realism>> skill from Arthur, he already knew about that since he himself possessed the <Supreme Artist> talent. But Allen found the <<Realism>> skill far too inefficient compared to his <Supreme Programmer> and <Supreme Creator> talents so he had not used it.

Arthur: So my <<Realism>> skill doesn’t have any limits as I have said before. Not only that, it is pretty easy to use and doesn’t have any cooldown in its usage. The only thing I needed to do was create an art, touch my art, then active my <<Realism>> skill which would allow me to have the art on the canvas becomes real.

Arthur: For example, if I have a drawing of a dragon on my canvas and I use my <<Realism>> skill towards it, the dragon in my canvas would become real and so I will have a real-life dragon that I can manipulate at will.

Arthur: Any drawings that I turn into reality will be loyal to me so I don’t have to worry about taming any animals that I draw, etc. With that being said, I am confident that with my <<Realism>> skill, I can join the combat group but not fight in close-quarters combat.

Arthur: You can treat me like those summoners in fantasy novels. But it doesn’t mean I am not capable of fighting close quarters combat since I have already trained in numerous martial arts. I can also draw a fantasy armor and sword and make it into reality so by using that equipment and weapons, I will hardly be damaged in close-quarters combat.

Arthur further explained his <<Realism>> skill to his classmates which left them in awe of how versatile and powerful his skill was.

Arthur: If I am going to mention a limit of my <<Realism>> skill, is that I needed to have a drawing prepared beforehand or else I wouldn’t be able to use that skill of mine. However, if I had prepared thousands of drawings ahead of time, I would have no limitations in activating all of them, so imagine me having an army of those creatures that I had drawn on my canvas.

In other words, Arthur was a one-man-army! That was why he was confident in joining the combat group!
