“You don’t have to worry about it.”
Allen reassured John about his worry as he already have a plan in mind.
“That is when my identity comes in.”
Allen added as he showed off his clothing to Deus and John to hint to them about his plan.
“I will be acting as a powerful mage that came out of seclusion while Iris will be my maid and lover. I will show off my power to intimidate those at the Adventurer Guild to prove my identity and when they believe my identity as a powerful mage that they couldn’t afford to offend, I will vouch for the both of you so that you can get registered at the Adventurer Guild for free.”
“Wouldn’t that be too unusual?”
Even after hearing Allen’s plan, John still wasn’t convinced since he knew that despite how Allen simply explained his plan, it wouldn’t be as simple as it seemed.
John doubted that the receptionist at the Adventurer Guild would be dumb enough to not suspect Allen’s actions, especially of how suspicious it was for Allen to accompany Deus and him when Deus and his identity were wandering adventurers. It would be unusual for a powerful mage who came out of seclusion to meet two wandering adventurers that didn’t have any identification.

If someone might be perceptive and cautious enough, they would have thought of Deus and John as a spy from another kingdom. That was why John asked Allen about his plan being too unusual from the perspective of those at the Adventurer Guild.
“At most, they would think of it as a coincidence since I will act as someone who helped you and Deus when you were attacked by a magic beast. Just say that the two of you had lost your adventurer cards when you were trying to escape from the magic beast and if it wasn’t for my help, the two of you might have already died.”
“Even if they remained suspicious about our origins, they wouldn’t be able to deal with us unless they have evidence.”
Allen replied to John as he further elaborated on their act.
“And what if they deal with us even without evidence?”
John asked Allen another question since he wanted to be prepared for every worst-case scenario. And the reason why John kept asking Allen question after question was not because he was incapable of dealing with those problems but because he knew that in this Main Task, Allen was the leader so he didn’t want to ruin Allen’s plans by acting on his own.
Hearing John’s question, Allen only smiled and his smile was something that could mesmerize and soothe anyone who witnessed it. But afterward, Allen released a tenth of his mana that caused a disturbance in Allen’s surroundings. Allen’s mana pressure made Deus and John almost kneel on the ground and if it wasn’t for Allen who didn’t direct his mana pressure towards both of them, Deus and John might have already fallen on the ground.
Allen had used his <Supreme Mage> talent to show off his mana reserves but what he had shown to both John and Deus was only a tenth of it yet the mana pressure almost made the two of them kneel.
After all, John and Deus’ physical body wasn’t that powerful to withstand Allen’s mana pressure that came from his <Supreme Mage> talent that was at Highest Realm Peak Stage. But if Allen had used a tenth of his spiritual pressure instead to test them, then the both of them wouldn’t have difficulty in withstanding it since they didn’t lack in terms of willpower due to John and Deus’ identity as a protagonist.
“I dare them to attack us. I will let them know why I dared to proclaim myself as a powerful mage.”

In contrast to his previous smile, Allen’s mana pressure and words weren’t as kind as his smile.
After letting out those words, Allen released his mana pressure since he didn’t have any plans of intimidating John and Deus but to only prove to the both of them that he wouldn’t sit still and watch if ever the Adventurer Guild dared to harm them without any evidence.
Allen was confident that he would be one of the strongest humans in this world, if not the strongest. After all, Allen was only a step away from becoming a Perfection Realm Semi-Supreme Being or in this world’s terms, a Heretic God.
So what if those weaklings at the Adventurer Guild were suspicious of their origins? It was not like they could do anything about it since three out of four of them were existences that were comparable to Heretic Gods.
Knowing a powerful mage was a spy or has suspicious origins and eliminating him before he became a threat were two different things. So it didn’t matter for Allen that much if those people at the Adventurer Guild were suspicious of their origins or not as long as they weren’t stupid enough to blatantly attack them.
As Allen further explained his plans to John and Deus, Allen noticed a disturbance in the forest and it was currently a few kilometers away from their current location. Not only Allen but the rest of his chat group members perceived it but not as fast as him.
Nodding at each other, they came to a unanimous decision that they would check out the disturbance in the forest.
The four of them sprinted towards the source of the disturbance while erasing their presence as much as possible. It didn’t take them more than a minute to arrive at the cause of the disturbance.
Allen and his chat group members noticed that a magic beast at High Realm Intermediate Stage was the cause of the disturbance. The magic beast resembled a lion but with a huge size and purple fur.
The magic beast was attacking a group of humans that wore armor and attire similar to that of a knight. And those knights were preventing the magic beast from approaching a royal carriage that was behind their formation.
Witnessing such a cliche scenario, an evil expression sported Allen’s face as his mind was filled with schemes while he thought of ways how to take advantage of such an opportunity.
