1. If you're dead in the game world you'll be knocked out for at least 3 days. There's no permanent damage but you need to restore your damaged soul. Your body would remain in the game world so people can loot your equipment but not the items in your inventory.
2. Monsters did not drop money; You need to bring the monster carcasses to the village or harvest the corpse for material and sell them.
3. You have 5 big inventory slots and 10 medium slots; big slots can stack either 50 small items, 5 medium items or 1 big item. medium slots can stack either 10 small items or 1 medium item. An extra-large item such as bear carcasses takes multiple inventory slots. You also couldn't stack carcasses so you really have to consider inventory management.
4. The in-game currency is copper, silver, and gold. 100 c = 1s; 100s =1g. You started with 2 silver allowance to buys starting gear and supplies.
After general introduction, Mr. Hubert takes students for a tour around the village and introduce them to various building and services. There's a shop, blacksmith, tailor, butcher, inn, pubs, townhall, etc. There's no cliche adventurer guild or something like that instead the village hall replaces its function and there's even similar quest board stand in front of the town hall.
Mr. Hubert advises them to try to interact with natives and be friends with them. They have a lot of useful information and if you're lucky and befriend a powerhouse they can help you when you're in danger.
One of the unique facilities the village offers is a magic tower. In the magic tower, you can rent a room where you can safely train your skill as many skills are destructive to your surroundings. The tower made of special material that can self regenerate so you don't have to worry about repairing the building. It cost 1 silver per hour to rent. It's really expensive for the students as they only get 2 silver as their starting fund.
After they finish touring the whole village Mr. Hubert takes them outside so the students can observe monster and beast from a safe distance. Some monsters are docile others would aim to kill on sight. But even the most docile creature would retaliate when you start attacking them.
Mr. Hubert finishes the tour by telling the students that they have to be back at 3 pm as that's when the school would end. He also told us not to worry about our real body condition as medical staff are monitoring our vital and would force us to log out when something went wrong.

Alice: "What are we going to do now? Hunt for some monster?"
James: "We at least need a weapon to do so; Blacksmith first, I guess?"
Albert: "I prefer to explore the villages first and ask around for information. Who knows maybe we can get a quest or two from natives."
Kana: "Guys check your comlink; There are additional EXP stats in your status tab and there's also a new party tab. We can ask around first who knows maybe we get a subjugation quest so we can hunt monster while completing the quest. Other than that everything seems to be in order. It's also already 27% filled."
James: "32%. How come mine is higher than Kana. I guess we can ask around first; who knows maybe they would give us weapon so we don't need to buy one."
Alice: "Mine 34%. Oh, Let's create a party. Go go go invite me!!!"
"I got 30% and Luna's 44%. Well let's go then; Village tour part 2!!!" Albert said while inviting Kana, James, and Alice to his party.
The group spends the next hour touring around the village for the second time. They try to strike conversation every time they meet new people. Most peoples in the villages willing to chat around with players but they did not give Albert's party a personal quest and told them to go to town hall if they are looking for one.
The villagers inform Albert's party about various monsters you can hunt around the village; Their strength, how to hunt them, where to find them, etc. They also advise the party to eat some foods as although it wouldn't really stuff them up but it can trick your brain and gave you the placebo effect.
Visiting various businesses the party skims trough what the village offers and plans on what to spend with their money. As some of them already have their starting weapon. Armor is the number one priority after that so they decide to pick it up first before they decide.
The tailor and blacksmith are next to each other so you can buy weapons and armor at the same time. The blacksmith also provides heavy armor for those who are interested but as Albert's party doesn't have any who wear one they decide to visit the tailor first.
The blacksmith shops are filled with players browsing trough their goods hoping to find a better weapon to start with. The tailor shops offer cloth and leather armor; The cloth armor are best for magic classes as they gave extra attributes such as mana recovery or gave a couple of extra maximum mana. The leather armor is heavier than cloth but provides more defense compare to the cloth. The heavy armor gave the most compare to the two but it hinders your movement so it's not ideal for someone who moves around the field.
The selection inside is really limited and the price is not that cheap either basic cloth armor set cost about 1 silver coin and leather armor even more expensive at 1 silver 30 copper. Basic armor set only covers your top and bottom armor slot; so you still need to fill arm, legs and head slot for you to be fully equipped.
Seeing the expensive price Albert party decides to buy only 2 armor sets for Alice and James as they are the ones whos going face to face with the enemy. Spending 2 silver and 30 copper the party decides to visit the blacksmith shop to look for gloves/armguard for Alice; Alice is looking for one similar to Anna's as she already uses to wear that.
