Chapter 37 - 36. Inventory Problem

The next day Albert's party dive in later than other students as they spend some time in the library. Kana couldn't find any title she could use as a reference to her evolution; Although there are many recorded cases about evolution each of them is unique. The instructor couldn't be much of a help either as even some of them haven't gone through 1st evolution even after years of experimenting.

Those who have experienced didn't land themself in the same condition as her. The most similar case to her is some guy who has their mastery evolve due to class change but there is no reported case about losing mastery.

Did not want to waste any more time the group decides just to wing it and hope for the best. The party needs to catch up to Anna as she already levels 8 and would soon leave the tutorial world. Anna promises to wait for them in Eden and they need to catch up soon as not to hinder her.

Spawning in the middle of the village the group split up the task and go on their way. Kana would go sell yesterday harvest and stock up on potions and James would check on the quest board. Albert and Alice are tasked to communicate with otherworld natives to either find a quest or other useful information.

Albert enters the only pubs in the village as Mr. Theo advises him to go there if you want to learn about the village. The bartender sells information about what's going on around the village, rare monster, accident, dungeon info, etc.

Apparently, there is a dungeon located inside the forest east of the village. It was categorized as a beginner dungeon and it didn't house any powerful monster or boss monster. Albert is tempted to try to go to the dungeon unfortunately for him. The location of the dungeon makes it really hard for him to go there.

Finish with their preparation the party meets up at the village exit ready to go on their adventure. Without the party notice, a group of people is following the party to where they hunt two long tusked boar yesterday. Located near the village hall some people watched as Kana pulled 2 long tusked boar from her inventory at the butcher stall.

Reaching their destination, the party starts to scan the area surrounding looking for something to hunt. Due to nimbleness and sneakiness, the party puts Luna in charge of scouting locating and marking their prey.

"Long tusked boar on the east, a pact of four-eared monkeys on the north, and human on the tree behind us???" Albert said confused at what Luna's message. Surprising the entire party.

Although she can't communicate Luna's intelligent is quite high and she can send a message using his body gesture. Albert's clear command also helps in making the communication easier; To make it easier for Luna, Albert mostly asks a yes or no question or ask her to point direction.

Albert sends James to check on the people behind the tree to make sure everything is okay. With the rest of the party ready to jump in and help him went things went south; James approach the tree and true enough 5 people are hiding behind it.

Three of the people turn out only want to learn how do they beat the long tusked boar as it seems really strong. And the other two want to know where they found that monster as their party wants to challenge it too. Assured that the stalker did not have any ill intention Albert party start their hunt.

The party head east to where the long tusked boar located; With Kana healing skill the party can save a lot lesser HP potion and challenge a more difficult monster. They pounce on every stray monster they see making a quick business out of them. Before long 3 long tusked boar can be spotted grazing on the field minding their own business.

Alice and BONE-VOYAGE face 1 long tusked boar each while James and Luna stall the last one until they finish the first 2. The party defeat the 3 long tusked boar with no problem and filled all their big inventory slots full of wild boar carcasses.

"We gotta do something about this inventory slot. We either need to find a way to increase the slot or bring something so we can haul more items. We're wasting time taking a trip back selling all the material and go hunting again." James complains as he is almost level up but their inventory slot is full.

"We can save a lot of inventory slot when I finish my harvesting skill but we still need to hunt 400+ monster in the meantime."

"We can try to buy something like a backpack later in the village. I'm pretty sure the tailor sells something like that. Even though we can't stuff a lot of things in there we can still expand our carrying capacity that way."

"We should look for a storage ring!!! You know like the one in web novel!" Alice said excitedly as she is addicted to web novel and read it at night every day to catch up with her favorite novel.

"I don't think backpack is a viable option though. It would get dirty if we stuff monster carcasses in there. Washing it every time it gets dirty would be annoying but the smell of dead animal would 100% linger in it making it unusable." Kana said with a bit disgust as she imagines how dirty the bag would be after a few trips.

"Plus it would be a hassle to fight with a weight swinging around on our back," James add more flaw to the backpack plan

"Is no one going to address my storage ring plan???" Alice said protesting to the whole group

"It would be nice if we can find a storage ring as you said. But I doubt it would be available and even if there's some we wouldn't be able to afford it." Albert addressing his sister

"We don't necessarily need to put monster carcasses in there; We can put other stuff such ass our potions or other quest items such as Earth Chives. We've been avoiding taking some quest items due to inventory slot and it was a waste of money. And to avoid the bag getting in our way; Kana and I can carry it as we don't move so much during the fight." Albert gave the party a counter-argument they can refuse as there are only advantages to it.
