Chapter 52 - 50. Guild Representative

The party decides to wait for another day before they visit the nearest dungeon as the armguard stats are too good to pass on. Settling their loot for the day the party log of to take a break before they log back in for night time patrol.

The night time in the tutorial village is getting merrier by each day. Students spend some time in the village before they head to sleep and some students even ask whether or not it is possible to dive in the game for a whole night and log back out to during the day so they didn't waste time sleeping.

Mr. Hubert tells the student to not be greedy and told him that even if his physical body is in the sleeping state while you are in the game world; The brain which is arguably the most important part is kept active during the whole gaming experience and would still need some resting time.

Some lucky students acquire patrolling quest with the town guards making their nighttime hunt much more easier but they sacrifice some valuable loot as the town would take all the loot. They still invite other people to envy as they netted themself quite a sum of easy experience each day and get pay 50-100 copper per day.

Right after dinner the party log back into the tutorial world and right in front of them is 3 different party representative.

"James, have you thought about our offer? How about you join us to patrol tonight?" One of the students in the black robe said

"I really don't have any intentions to join your Black Society party, Mark. How about you ask other students; I'm sure there's a bunch that would be happy to join your party." James told his intention

"You do know that there's only a small amount of people from this batch that already reach level 3, right? You are one of the few that already level 3 and with our party help we can level faster and leave this tutorial village to experience a whole new world." Mark persuaded James

"And, let me guess; Join your Black Society guild right after you teleported to Eden?" Cut the only girl out of the 3 party representative.

"Kana, can you help us to patrol around the village? We're aiming to hunt a stronger or elite monster

tonight; We would like to hire you to help us hunt it and we would pay commission for each monster we hunt tonight and would still pay you guys on top of that."

The three representatives that approach Albert's party are the Black Society, Blue Chivalry and Sword and Shield Mercenary. The Black Society and Sword and Shield Mercenary representative are formed by transfer students that transfer over when the Project New World started while the Blue Chivalry is formed by the students' councils president.

The only female party representatives that try to invite Kana to help them is a member of student councils who happen to be in the same village as Albert's party while the president himself is faring in another tutorial village.

Looking around the surrounding Albert feels pretty lucky that they start in a different village with other big party leaders. Otherwise, they wouldn't have any say when the big boss is the one who invites them to join. Although they wouldn't mind that much if you reject him Albert is pretty sure their lackey would take his gesture as offensive towards them.

"You guys, I'm sure a lot of students here would love to join your groups and level together with you guys. Some of them are really not that bad and with the right party, they would surely improve and be more efficient in helping you level up. I know that you fancy my harvesting skill but I already told you where I get that skill from and If you really want it you can learn it from Mr. Theo."

"Can you help us this one time, Kana? We have located 3 Elite monsters and really could use a support class who can heal to subdue them. Other low levels player could only be used as cannon fodder against an Elite monster not to mention the Elite always travel in a pack with at least 2 other normal monsters." Ellie the representative of the Blue Chivalry persuade her

"I'm really sorry, Ellie; But if you still insist on hiring me as individual I have to reject your offer." Kana reject Blue Chivalry offer

"We form Sword and Shield Mercenary would invite your whole party to join our party to level together. You can name any conditions and we would try our best to accommodate you guys."

"Sorry, Jack; If you still want our party to give up all the reputation points I really can't agree with that. I know you would compensate us generously but as we all know real-world currency doesn't really have much use in this tutorial village nor in Eden." James rejects the third offer knowing what is their intention.

The three-party representative took a step back after Kana and James reject their invitation and try to incite them with all kinds of things; In-game currency, village tokens, and Blue Chivalry even willing to split the reputations points as long as Kana agree to join them. Tempting as it is, the current financial situation of the Party is not that bad that they have to offer themself as a mercenary.

With Kana's harvesting skill their daily hunt became more efficient netting them more profit compare to other parties in the tutorial village. On top of that, the party potions consumption is really low due to BONE-VOYAGE and Luna tanking some of the damage.

It took Albert's party 15 minutes of going back and forth before the 3 party representative gave up. A lot of students are witnessing the whole incident with envy as some of them are willing to pay the three representatives some money if they allow them to join their hunting party.
