Chapter 36 The CEO's Runaway Omega And Three Little Buns 14

A short while later, He Yuan checked out of the hospital and booked a cab to a well known lock smith. He handed over the soap print to the boss of the establishment and waited patiently for the key to be forged.

Three hours later, the key was forged. He covered it gently and placed it in his pocket with a satisfied smile. He could already envision the moment he left this realm as he drove over to the Zhang mansion.

When he got there, he went through the back to the garden and called over a servant to ask a couple of questions. The family head, madam and kids had all gone out to have fun. It seemed it was grandparents and grandchildren day today.

As for Li Shiyu, the omega had stormed out of the house 50 minutes after him and Zhang Jun left for the hospital. Quite understandable. The last member of the family, Zhang Jun, had returned but couldn't find Li Shiyu and the omega wasn't picking his calls so the alpha was probably stewing in his bedroom.

He Yuan laughed as he entered the mansion and walked up to his room. As soon as he settled in, he started comparing the characteristics of various ingredients to the ones he was familiar with.

The acupuncture was done but he still needed to make a sort of medicinal broth to trigger its effects. This could be easily done but the names of the medicinal ingredients in this realm was quite different from his last realm so he had to carefully study them. He couldn't afford to make a mistake.

A few hours later, his eyes were red from intense focus and his throat seemed parched, he decided to head downstairs to grab a glass of milk. Once he reached the bottom of the stairs, he ran into the alpha and omega of the show. They didn't notice him though because;

"Why have you been avoiding me?" Zhang Jun said as he trapped Li Shiyu in between him and the wall.

Li Shiyu struggled weakly and turned his head to the side. "Why do you care about my whereabouts? You already have a partner, Zhang Jun, please let me go." Tears were already beginning to spill.

Zhang Jun pinched the omega's chin and forced him to face him. "Where is this coming from? I thought we already established the fact that you're the one I love? Who the hell is Li Yexi?"

"Your partner!" Li Shiyu screamed and choked at the same time. "After doing all sorts of things with him you finally decide to come to me, for what reason? Zhang Jun, I'd lost everything to Li Yexi and just when I thought I could finally find happiness..." His cries evolved into heart rending hiccups. "My heart is really fragile and can only take so much..."

"Shiyu~" The alpha kissed the omega's tears gently. "Don't be like that. I swear to you, I never did anything with that vicious schemer. Do you not trust me anymore? How could I hurt you like that?"

Li Shiyu bowed weakly. "Let me go Jun. Maybe if I go out there and find someone else I coul-"

Zhang Jun slammed the wall. "Do you dare?! I'd like to see who dares come close to you!" How could he let anyone else see Li Shiyu as he has seen him, touch him as he has touched him, love him as he had loved him?

Zhang Jun looked so cool as he kabedoned Li Shiyu. The wondrous dominant CEO halo making him shine like a beacon in the dark.

888 smiled. [So touching. I'm almost compelled to give them my blessing.]

Whilst He Yuan nearly shed tears. He was so emotional right now. He never thought he'd ever be able to get a front row seat to the classic scene of 'dominant CEO coaxing the beauty.' How fascinating. Too bad now he truly witnessed the scene, Pfft!

He burst out laughing. These two were amazing. Everything was Li Yexi's fault, always his fault. For being a naive omega and marrying the alpha he was secretly in love with. For not minding the kids and still choosing to remain in the marriage because he just couldn't let go. For crying when his husband showered his cousin with love right in front of him. For complaining when he was bullied by a bunch of kids.

He Yuan couldn't even feel sorry for Li Yexi anymore. The omega had chosen to tie himself to Zhang Jun even with all this heartache. Why didn't he just leave? He Yuan shook his head. He still couldn't blame Li Yexi because leaving wouldn't have changed a thing.

Zhang Jun and his clones would still have destroyed the Li corporation for Li Shiyu and Li Yexi would still end up miserable because Zhang Jun would forever blame the omega for marrying him in the first place like it wasn't the Zhang madam that went over to the Li family to propose marriage.

Zhang Jun was acting all faithful now but before Li Shiyu showed up, he'd been sleeping with Li Yexi whenever and however he liked without showing much care. Why didn't he rein in his urges and remain chaste back then? Once Li Shiyu showed up, the alpha suddenly remembered he had a white moonlight in his heart. Hypocrite!

The alpha and omega finally noticed He Yuan when they heard his laughter and Zhang Jun pointed at him with hate filled eyes. "What did you do at the hospital hmm?"

Li Shiyu must have finally realized the fiasco earlier was all He Yuan's doing so he held Zhang Jun's arm and smiled at the alpha gently.

Next, the omega squared his shoulders and braced himself as he looked up at He Yuan with eyes filled with tears and repressed feelings like He Yuan was a monster that wanted to eat his heart but a monster he was ready to face all the same because he was brave and would die for love.

"Yexi, why do you keep doing this to us? You're fully aware that Zhang Jun doesn't love you yet you refuse to agree to a divorce." The omega suddenly knelt before He Yuan, crying an ocean's worth of tears whilst Zhang Jun looked at his love with heartache. "You have everything. An influential family, money, power. Why not let go of the one thing I ever truly wanted? Please, leave Jun for me..."

Was Li Shiyu being serious right now? Li Yexi had everything? Who was the one that truly had Zhang Jun's love? Who was the one that had the recognition of the Zhang family? Who was the one that had kids, something Li Yexi always wanted?

And Li Shiyu didn't have influence and power? What rubbish. Even if Li Shiyu ignored Li Anjing and sons, he was still part of the Li family and was also covered in the Li family's halo of power and influence, who would dare bully him out there?!

What about money? Li Shiyu had sold off his shares for a sizeable sum and even after that got finished, his mini hacker and mini business guru could make him enough money to last him eight hundred lifetimes!

What exactly did Li Shiyu lack except an alpha? Something he could easily go out there and grab for himself instead of headbutting his way into another person's marriage.

He Yuan sighed and looked to the alpha-omega duo with as much sadness and heartache as he could muster. The duo looked at He Yuan and hope was beginning to spring in their eyes, even Li Shiyu shivered a little from excitement. And then He Yuan said,

"No."
