Chapter 2186 Failure to Obtain Information

Chapter 2186 Failure to Obtain Information

Time passed with everyone being busy with their own plans.

Sam's plan of instigating the dismissed elders to join hands with the families and clans was successful. Bloody Chariot, whose plan was to acquire the assets of these elders has slowed down and now is in snail's pace.

He absolutely cannot backdown from it now.

He already spent a lot of money on the peace with Gambler Academy and there is no way he could just backdown right now.

If the academy was in a normal state, he would have barged into those family grounds and brought those elders out.

However, right now those families and clans are patrons of various Olympian academies. Once he made a move on them, the other academies will show their fangs at Zeus Academy. He just prevented the war with the Gambler academy.

If the other academies now start a war with because of this, it would be like jumping from the pan into the stove.

So, he had to slow down a bit. But still, he is adamant about getting those assets and resources.

Meanwhile, he started investigating Sam.

Over the days, he spent a lot of time investigating Sam and Icarus along with other members. He realized that Sam did have connection with them through Ivar.

After further digging, he came to a conclusion that Sam and Ivar became close when Sam went on to set the records in the academy towers of the Norse academy. However, then also he didn't gain much information on why they got acquainted.

However, questions did raise about why Sam targeted every academy in the Olympus, but only a few academies in other regions?

Some in Sanatan, some in Xia, a couple in Norse and a lot in Olympian region. Why?

This is something that stumped Christos as well, however he didn't find too much merit in this line of investigation. After all, in his opinion, Sam was just acting up to gain some fame. He did it to spread his name far and wide.

Christos wholeheartedly believed that reason because that is what he would do if he had the same ability as Sam.

People really do judge others by their own standards.

However, when Bloody Chariot came across this, he took it seriously. He immediately went to meet Heron, however, Heron was nowhere to be seen in his room at the inn.

There was only a message left.

It stated that he went to look for Theron as he got some lead.

Bloody Chariot couldn't place much hope on this suspended dean for information, but that doesn't mean he doesn't have a way. There are other academies and other deans.

Of course, he would still miss the most important piece of that puzzle. How did Sam convince Heron to give him the Olympus token that let him access all the academy towers?

Whatever purpose Sam has, with his hostile behavior towards the Zeus academy before, the Dean shouldn't have even considered giving him that token. Particularly, when Sam is part of a different academy.

It seems like most people just ignored this link.

"What will you do? If you want information only the Dean of your academy can tell you that. It is not anyone else's business to meddle in that regard.

You won't get anything from me anyway."

Olaf turned around and was about to walk away, but Bloody Chariot held him by his collar and pulled him back forcefully.

Bloody Chariot was indeed not feeling amicable at this moment. Right now, he just wants everything to go his way.

In his mind, it is clearly not much to ask. So, he just held Olaf by his neck and said.

"Come on, Olaf. I don't want to make a fuss. If I really hit you right now, the Thor academy will use that as an excuse to start a war. Then I will really lose all the patience and I will escalate the war to the instructor and elder level.

You know what happens then.

So, let's not just step on each other's toes and keep it civil. Just give me the information that I want."

Olaf gritted his teeth and forcefully got out of that hold. He looked at the surroundings and saw that some of his students saw him. He got very angry. His aura raged along with his Divine energy. He is ready to thrash this guy black and blue.

But when he looked at Bloody Chariot's face, he gritted his teeth and held back.

"Do you think I talked nonsense all this while? Only a Dean of the academy can know this information. If you are desperate for it, go and beat the crap out of Heron and see if he will reveal it. Or you can go fuck right off and ask Zeus directly.

Why are you pestering me here? I don't have anything to tell you."

Olaf almost yelled out loud in frustrating. This is what's wrong with strong people. You can't do shit to them when things become difficult. Olaf felt like he lost his face right there.

Bloody Chariot watched as Olaf walked away after saying his piece. He felt like there seemed to be some truth to what Olaf said.

He went to Hel academy.

And then to the academies in other realms.

All of them gave similar answers. So, he can only go back to Zeus academy without any information, except for learning that there is definitely some information to be learned from here.

So, he could only go back with this failure and look for Heron himself.

Meanwhile, Christos is overwhelmed by the information that he got from the wide net he cast.

The information is abundant, but there is a lot of useless information mixed with it. However, one thing he learned made him feel a chill run down his spine.

That is the disappearance of some of the Olympian forces. He couldn't help but feel surprised because of this. The reports that came back clearly stated that a lot of forces that followed Olympian gods were destroyed completely.

They were uprooted, with no bloodline left. Even if someone people were left behind, they are useless and they don't even any sense of their own identities.

And their territories were completely deprived of any faith towards the Olympian gods because they were all suffering from various diseases, famines and floods. It was like the nature has cursed them to damnation.

Only after they completely renounced their belief in Olympus were they able to regain peace and growth in their lives.
