Chapter 128: [Hope!]

"Only 15 people till now were able to talk to the Hell Guardians. And each of them could be the strongest person on this planet."

I looked at her for a few moments before I thought of something.

"Just out of curiosity, can I ask you something?" I spoke as I looked at the people around me. And looking at their expression, I then continued,

"Have any of you ever met a Fate Weaver before?"

I paid extra attention to their expression as I asked that question. Though other than confusion and curiosity, I got nothing from them.

"What's Fate Weaver?" Alepsia asked, making others nod, as if they too wanted to know about it. And I pondered for a moment before speaking.

"Wait a second."

And then, I went back to the System.

Waking up again in the same place as before, I then stretched a little before standing up.

"Breakfast?" Anna asked as she saw me getting out of the room, but I just patted her head before moving out of the shop.

'You guys are watching, too?' I said the same thing as before and pretty much

[New Quest: Fate of an entire City!]

Looking through the quest, I saw that it was the exact same as before. Well... what next...

'A Gate key and a way to make sure that Trisha isn't going to die, huh?' I thought for a few moments before

[One Way Out!]

[Dexterity Boosted!]

[Nimble Movements!]

[Frenzy!]

And then I looked at the area where the dark mages fought Trisha.

-Whoosh!

A crash occurred at a rapid speed, making that Crazy Manipulator sigh in slight relief.

Patting his shoulder slightly spoke,

"You okay?"

Immediately he jumped away from me, while he created a bunch more arrays.

"You sure you want to do it?" I smiled as I saw those Arrays coming at me.

[Freestyle!]

And thus began another session of me trying to figure out the best way out of this high paced fight.

Took a couple of dozen turns but I finally found the solution that I liked.

And thus I got out of the [Freestyle] and then...

[Light Chains!]

A bunch of chains appeared in the air, attacking the weakest point of those arrays, breaking them into pieces at once as I walked towards that Array Master.

"Come on now. I am not here to kill you or anything. In fact, I have a deal that is going to be favorable to both of us," I spoke as I walked closer to him.

He created and threw more and more arrays at me while speaking,"What do you want?"

Slowly walking closer to him, reaching one arm distance away from him. I stood there with my arms in my pocket. Meanwhile, my [Light Chains] were perfectly destroying those Arrays that he was continuously creating.

"You want to open the Gate to the Inverse Realm by sacrificing your life, right?" I spoke, making him widen his eyes before I added,

"What if I told you there was a way without that? A way to open the gate without any sacrifice?"

And his attacks stopped almost immediately.

His eyes widened. He looked at me with a hope that seemed to come from a deep-rooted history or something.

"How? And...what do you want?" He asked with a rational mind, and I smiled,

"Well. I can't tell you the details, but I have to meet someone in that realm, give him something and then return back here."

His eyes were baffled even more as he saw me standing there.

"You have something to say? Shoot. I didn't kill you for trying to kill me. I won't do it for just speaking either," I smiled, making him drop his guard a bit more.

"I cannot speak about what I am thinking right now... I have been cursed. I apologize," he spoke as he looked at me with a warm face now.

"Can I look at the curse?" I asked, a bit curious as I got closer to solving another objective of mine.
