Chapter 138: [The Mellow Dream!]

Name:Re: Player Author:
Walking down the city streets, I and the sisters talked about a lot of useless and useful stuff.

I tried to make them open up themselves to me, but it wasn't going to happen just because I talked with them a bit friendlier than usual.

"Let me help you guys get familiar with the city a bit more," I spoke as I began introducing them to the people who actually ran the city from the shadows.

A random beggar in the corner who actually controlled half the slave market was the first person I introduced them to.

"Meet Anthony. The guy who almost owns the most asset in the entire town," I smiled, making him glare at me before looking at the confused girls.

"Are they with you?" He asked, as his eyes turned curious too, seemingly interested in the girls.

"They will be handling my business when I won't be present here," I answered him, making him smile a little as he nodded,

"All right. I will remember them."

"Thank you," I thanked him before moving on to the next person. A blacksmith, who doesn't touch average weapons or below.

"This guy will get you the right thing for the right price," I did the introductions this time too as I explained about the deals they can get out of him.

And then we moved to the next person, and the next, and the next. We kept walking and walking, meeting as many people as we could, while the sisters were starting to get overwhelmed.

"I knew that the city was more than what meets the eyes... but this is really something," Leena was totally amazed by this, and Anna nodded with her as she looked at me with the same eyes as her sister.

"I guess so. But that is not even half the people I have to introduce you to. And that doesn't include the dark side of the city," I smirked as I looked at them, widening their eyes at me.

"But we can do that slowly over the next few days. For now, it's already evening," I spoke as I looked at the setting sun in the sky. While I didn't get anything out of them as Wesker, I already had a plan for it.

They smiled in relief as they heard my words before we slowly moved back to the shop.

"I will leave the shop for you guys for now." I stood in front of the shop as they were entering. Turning around, they looked at each other for a brief moment before bowing to me slightly.

I then turned around before moving away from there, but Leena's words stopped me for a brief moment,

"You know. I don't know why you are doing this, or what do you want from us... but until we three can come to the point, we can all trust each other completely. I will promise you this much.

As long as you don't betray us, we would never turn our backs on you, either."

I turned around to see both the sisters looking at me with a deep look before slowly entering the shop.

'They aren't as naive as I thought they were, huh?' I smiled on the inside as I already knew this much. But that doesn't change the next few steps of my plan.

Waiting for the night to come, I then began rearranging the arrays of the city that I had already built. While rearranging them will take more than the time I had on my hand, there was no point in not doing some right now.

Both of them were silent as they looked at me. Guess they were stumped by my question...

Now to gather their attention

"Well. If you guys can let me have a look at your curse... I guess I can give you a bit of insider information too... "

The silence persisted as we three walked towards the forest area where I taught Leena most of the time.

"We aren't that desperate," Leena mumbled slightly.

And I smiled evilly on the inside as I threw the bomb at them.

"You sure about that? After all, your father is also involved in this mess," I said as I peeked at them from the side eyes without turning around.

And pretty sure, they stopped in their steps, before I did too. Taking a look at the back, I saw their eyes locked on me, trying to verify the authenticity of my words.

"Now... let's talk about it more in the training area," I smiled as I pretty much got everything under complete control from here.

The reason why I didn't throw this question as Wesker was simply because Morpheus was distant from them compared to Wesker.

It would be odd if Wesker seemed like he was trying to scam them or something. Wesker was your nice uncle who runs the shop at the next corner.

'At least, I want to keep that personality for a long while if I need to keep the trust of the people around me... ' I pondered about it as I continued walking towards the forest area.

The sisters also walked behind me slowly.

Nobody talked for the rest of the journey until we reached somewhere in the forest where there was enough space for me to train Leena.

But I doubt we will be training today...

"Let's start with your curses. Show them to me," I spoke... no I kind of demanded as I looked at them, while Leena looked at me with firm eyes..

"How do we believe that you won't deceive us?"

"Do you think I would need to talk to you if I wanted to force it?" I asked as I smiled, making her narrow her eyes at me. For a few moments, she kept her stance before she sighed,

"I will show mine first. Then you will tell us the information... but Anna's curse is off the table."

Anna looked at Leena surprised, almost trying to stop her but Leena put her hand on Anna's head before smiling," it's all right. Trust your sister a little."

And then slowly she took off her clothes, without speaking a single word. The hat, the cloth, even her undies. She took off everything as she stood there stark naked in front of me.

And I observed her entire boy thoroughly at once... before I realised it...

"Ah! The Mellow Dream..." I mumbled as I understood what was the curse that Leena suffered from.
