Chapter 1181 Understanding The Trial Realm

1181 Understanding The Trial Realm

"Dilinia, I think since we have time, you should tell me about the monsters in the area, should you not?" Kana asked with a small smile on her lips as she glanced over at the tree line not far away. Dilinia couldn't help but shiver. She felt that if she did not speak now, she would be tossed into the forest with the skirt chasers. "These plains are filled with Wiggle Wonkers."

"Wiggle Wonkers?" Kana was having an issue trying to figure out why all these names were so strange! "Wiggle Wonkers are an ancient race of ropers. But these ones live underground and will attack their prey by piercing the ground with their tentacles. Once you are captured, they will use the oils that excrete from their bodies to paralyze their prey and pull them underground to feast on." Dilinia explained. "They are almost impossible to detect, so it is hard to travel these plains without always being wary of your surroundings."

"So we can just fly over this area." Kana began, which caused Dilinia's eyes to brighten, but when she heard what Kana had to say next, they quickly dulled. "Is what I would normally say, but I need to practice against all kinds of enemies even if they are able to attack me from underground."

"Why!?" Dilinia couldn't help but cry out.

"So how did you end up in here? This place should be fully sealed off." Kana asked curiously.

"I am not sure; I just kind of stumbled into this place. Well, in a way, I was lucky as well. Since coming here saved me. I was running from some people who were trying to kill me at the time for stealing their resources. When I tripped and somehow came to this place. I have lost track of all time being here so I have no idea how long it has been. I just know it has been a very long time." Dilinia really wondered how long it had been.

"Well, when I leave, I will take you with me. It should be easy enough as long as I pull you through. But in exchange, I want you to stay with me for a while and help me and my family adjust to this Origin Realm." Kana felt she could trust Dilinia much more now that the girl had come clean. She was just an outcast with no home. She, too, was once an outcast. If her Handsome Husband did not save her, she would probably not be who she is today. "Really? Are you really willing to trust me that much?" Dilinia asked in surprise.

"Mm... not like you could harm anyone in my family. They can all fight me with my magic, after all." Kana gave Dilinia a proud smile. "Guh.... Are you saying I am weaker than your entire family!?" Dilinia asked while pouting.

"If I were to give birth right now, they would be stronger than you." Kana, of course, would always praise her own children. But right now, she was just teasing Dilinia. "Alright, I am joking. Don't take it to heart. Maybe once we get out of here we can see how strong you really are then work from there to help you grow stronger. After all, you are helping me so I should repay you, right?" "Thanks!" Dilinia wanted to grow stronger while she did not know her current strength any more she did hope to grow strong enough to show her old clan that she was not just some trash. She hoped to prove once and for all that they were wrong and make them regret ever tossing her out.
