Legolas may have demanded for it after getting drunk but to his surprise, not only did Governor Bam agree to it, he went out of the way to get what he wanted.

The whole Blue Scale Prefecture had only 1 Intermediate Summoner Class knowledge and it was not the Shepherd knowledge.

Just to please him despite his ridiculous demands that were fueled by being drunk, Governor Bam went out of his way and made a deal with a nearby prefecture who were in possession of the Shepherd Summoner knowledge.

After having dealt with Legolas 2 times already, Governor Bam was positive that keeping a good relationship with him would benefit the prefecture in the long run and was why he did so much just to keep their relationship positive.

Instantly after placing his hands on the well-packaged Summoner knowledge an hour after he demanded for it, Legolas's virtual interface lit up with this and his eyes that were intoxicated regained their clarity instantly.

"Holy sh*t! Getting drunk is so OP!"

Legolas never expected everything to go so smoothly even though he understood Governor Bam's motive, he was impressed by his conviction.

Well, this show of goodwill made him open more towards them. For the rest parts of the great celebration in the Keane household, Legolas was more active as he got himself drunk again until the news came.

The Clown Society struck and succeeded again in 2 locations that were related to him, the Gwen Shelter and the Palm Island.

For the 2nd time, the intoxication disappeared from Legolas's eyes.

On inquiry, he got the full details about the Palm Island. On knowing that Prince Christensen was kidnapped, his eyes narrowed as this was not in line with the events of his previous life.

Legolas already had a lot of worries and ideas in his head, but he put them all at the back of his mind as he finally located Sophia again.

"Are you about to leave?" Sophia asked with a bright smile. Having gotten herself drunk also; her cheeks were as pink as a tomato fruit.

Looking at her gorgeous self now, Legolas was left speechless as he was drawn in by her otherworldly beauty.

Before Legolas could finish thinking, the next moment, Sophia made an action that made him pause in petrification.

"Don't go!" Sophia jumped at him and enveloped him in a tight hug.

At this moment, despite his decades of experience, Legolas was unsure of what to do as he remained motionless. His meticulous and quick thinking seemed to desert him at this moment as he stood petrified.

In the end, they just stood there in an awkward stance hugging till Legolas finally came back to his senses. He forced a smile and patted her head slightly before gently separating from the embrace.

Sophia tried to resist but Legolas finally back in his right mind countered her with a simple sentence. "I have a message from the Hermit".

On hearing that sensitive name, Sophia's intoxication disappeared. "Huh…? The Hermit? What did his Excellency say?"

"Remember the gathering tomorrow".

"Also, don't forget to practice your newly acquired powers as an Elementalist, you need it more than ever before now".

"Yes, I will". Sophia bowed respectfully like she was accepting the verdict of an Emperor that was being delivered by his envoy.

When Sophia raised her head again, Legolas was gone.

On getting there, he saw his 2 diligent workers who recently impressed him, Horny Assassin and Ghost Sentry still awake waiting for him.

Originally, on meeting players, Legolas's original intention was to probe them to try getting information about his reincarnation through them.

But after meeting disappointment, due to the coincidence of the Clown Society's 2nd attack, he employed the 2 players by giving them another mission and their performance surprised and gave him new ideas on how to use them.

Perhaps he was lucky to be chosen as a reincarnation candidate, but his luck did not extend to him reincarnating as a Prince or the King of a prosperous kingdom, instead he reincarnated as a warrior who was hated and without talent.

Because of the circumstances of his reincarnation, though he was able to still strive due to his incredible experience, he still had a lot of shortcomings.

He had no single warrior who was his follower.

Now, he had a thought. He already recognized that these 2 players took him as a hidden NPC, he could take advantage of that since he knew how players adored hidden NPCs having been a player himself once.

Players hardly ever had trust problems since rewards were involved and was why Legolas decided to make both players his sidekick.

Another advantage that they had was that they were undying, Legolas was hyped at the thought of getting their loyalty to become his followers.

He even contemplated adding them to the gathering of the grey mist.

All this brought him to his present situation. After hearing of Prince Christensen's situation, he saw it as an opportunity rather than a tragedy, he could finally make this Prince his follower if he could save him.

He turned to the 2 players. "I have a mission for the both of you".

Ghost Sentry was able to hold himself back from expressing his excitement on hearing this, but the Horny Assassin failed miserably at it.

This clown of a player jumped excitedly. "Manchester f*cking united!"
