Chapter 386 Inter-Racial War!

A virtual projection slide appeared above the strategy room.

The virtual projection depicted the deadly Space Bugs that the Nak warriors had grown accustomed to for the past 5 years. After years of fighting against them, the normal warriors already grew to call them Swarm Space Bugs.

Unlike them though, Onana already got a professional name for them.

Champion Onana looked round at every upper echelon of his base that was present. "This is everything that I managed to get about the Radiation Space Bugs after years of observing and studying them as test subjects".

"Over the years, one of my main goals was knowing their overall threat level. With 81 Grade C Bugs and 3 Grade B Bugs, we stand no chance against them but we can win if we use our brain more and play our cards right".

"Planet Titania is a big radioactive giant".

"Like we've observed over the years, every single one of the 3 Unique Space Bugs is extremely territorial, they do not tolerate another in their territory".

"Also, not all the Special Space Bugs respect the Unique Space Bugs".

Onana smiled. "I think this is a loophole that we can exploit".

He raised a hand. "Divide and conquer…, that is my plan".

"The upgrade to my Spaceship confirms my evaluation of this metal planet, this is an absolute treasure that we cannot afford to leave behind".

"In a few days, we'll be launching an attack on Planet Titania".

"Focusing only on the territory of one of the Space Bugs, with our overall force and my newly upgraded mech suit, I believe we have what it takes to win".

"If we don't take risks, improving faster than the competition becomes a matter of luck and luck is not exactly a power that I sympathize with".

"So long we can get a foothold on this Planet, with the incredible metals and resources waiting to be mined and exploited inside it, all we need is time and with our technology, we can easily exceed the level of the Bugs and wipe them out".

"This is the overview of my plan".

"What is left is to simplify it to be taught to your warriors".

Captain Aztog didn't object so everything continued amiably.

3 days later…

The fleet now under Champion Onana's lead lifted off the asteroid.

The Golden Cicada, General Aztog's flagship led the fleet from the front as its gigantic metal body moved through space. Directly behind it was Champion Onana's Frigate, the Roman Rider.

While behind both Spaceships were the others, the Destroyer, 2 Combat Carriers, and the Logistic Spaceship which lingered at the back of the formation.

As soon as all the Spaceships started moving, the Roman Rider went to work.

This state-of-the-art Frigate deployed various means as a heavy interference that scrambled literally every spying sensor from afar was activated.

Bzzz!

Another annoying aspect of the Radiation Space Bugs was their similarities to machines. They had sensor systems and all that but with this simple act from the Roman Rider, it negated most of the sensor methods of the Bugs.

For minutes, the fleet was unhindered as they closed to distance to the radioactive giant. In no time, they were before it's outermost layer.

As soon as they arrived at the range of the orange radioactive corona, they changed formations. The Frigate retreated while the Destroyer went forward.

Then the next moment, with the Golden Cicada taking the lead, this armada of Battleships dove, leaving themselves to the influence of the Radioactive Giant's gravity as they rapidly accelerated into the planet.

Once they passed the 3rd layer and crossed to the 2nd layer, the Space Bugs finally discovered them but by now, it was already too late to stop them outside.

BOOM!

A sonic boom reverberated as the Golden Cicada penetrated to the 1st layer of Planet Titania first, the Heavy Cruiser emitted steam due to the speed at which it dove into the Planet yet it's shield easily cushioned all the damage.

Chirp! Chirp!

As they angry Space Bugs started making a lot of noise like chaotic birds, General Aztog remained stone-faced as he ordered his crew.

"Attack!"

The Heavy Cruiser pulsed with power as its main cannon took aim.

It took aim directly at the identified lair of one of the Unique Space Bugs, then without hesitation, the Heavy Cruiser unleashed its payload of devastation.

BOOM…!!!

This attack kick-started an inter-racial war!
