Both Han Taehee and Lee Jinhee were at Lee Jinhee's room, and Lee Jinhee stared at the ground whilst waiting for Han Taehee to start talking.
"Were you hurt that I didn't tell you I was a boy?" Han Taehee questioned— hope visible in his eyes.
Lee Jinhee noticed it and did not have the heart to crush it. However, Lee Jinhee did not want Taehee to have false expectations, and, therefore, Lee Jinhee closed her eyes tightly.
She couldn't let him see her eyes and figure out what she was currently feeling.
"No, that wasn't what bothered me," Lee Jinhee spoke out.
Lee Jinhee was seated upon the bed whilst Han Taehee stood before her. Kneeling down to Lee Jinhee's height, Han Taehee stared at Jinhee's face with desperation noticeable in her current expression.
"You weren't hurt? Not even slightly? Come on, Lee Jinhee. You had to feel something about it," Taehee spoke out.
Instead of sounding forceful, Han Taehee's voice sounded soft and as if she was expecting something. Although Lee Jinhee felt guilty, she opened her eyes and tightly bit her lips to suppress in the emotions.
A mocking smile on her face.
"Of course, I had felt something. It was disgust. After all, you're really creepy for dressing as a girl and trying to live with me. I didn't take you to be such a pervert. Is this some kind of twisted hobby of yours?" Lee Jinhee voiced out.
Her left hand's nails dug deeper into her palm, and pain went through her body. Blood started flowing out of it. Nonetheless, Lee Jinhee didn't care about it. Her eyes stared straight at Han Taehee.
"Why are you crying then?" Han Taehee questioned whilst pointing at her cheeks.
Shocked, Lee Jinhee touched her cheeks, and it seemed that Han Taehee was right. She was indeed crying.
'Why are you crying, Lee Jinhee? Be strong! You can't break down this easily. It doesn't matter to you. You have to this to him.'
"I-I am not crying. Something just went in my eyes," Lee Jinhee answered whilst hurriedly trying to wipe away the tears.
Han Taehee stood up and hugged Lee Jinhee. His hands patted on her back, and his actions surprised her. Why was he so warm to her when she acted all cold to him?
"I-I'm serious! I-I'm really not c-crying!" Lee Jinhee stuttered out.
Tears continued to flow down her eyes, and subconsciously, leaning closer to Han Taehee, Jinhee gripped the back of his shirt tightly.
Her chest felt extremely heavy, and Lee Jinhee had the need to let out rush of emotions she currently felt at somewhere. The gentle pats Taehee left on her back made her want to pour out her emotions more.
"Certainly, you're not. Something just went inside your eyes," Han Taehee said— his voice sounding comforting.
"W-Why wouldn't this tears stop falling? Why wouldn't they? I swear, I don't care, but these tears...these tears keep on falling down," Lee Jinhee stated as she began to sob.
The entire Han Taehee just patted on her back and tried to comfort Lee Jinhee. A smile sat upon Han Taehee's face, and the hope he felt began to gradually increase.

Pulling away from the hug, Han Taehee handed a light blue handkerchief to Lee Jinhee and questioned, "Are you done crying?"
Taking the handkerchief from Han Taehee, Lee Jinhee wiped away the remains of the tears away from her face. Her eyes and cheeks turned slightly red, and her lower lip protruded forward.
On the other hand, a small smile sat on Han Taehee's face, and happiness was visible in her eyes. His heart felt extremely light at this moment.
'Aish! Why did you cry, Lee Jinhee!? This is totally embarrassing!'
"I told you that I wasn't crying," Lee Jinhee voiced out stubbornly.
Patting Lee Jinhee's head, Han Taehee spoke out, "Of course, you're not crying. After all, something just went inside your eyes."
To Lee Jinhee, it felt as if Han Taehee was teasing her, and after sticking her tongue out at Han Taehee, Lee Jinhee turned to look at the other way.
Facing Han Taehee at this moment reminded her of what happened earlier, and to Lee Jinhee, that was too mortifying after she claimed that she didn't care.
The side of the bed beside Jinhee dipped down as Han Taehee sat upon it. The smiling expression was still there on her face.
"Do you want to know why I disguised as a female?" Han Taehee questioned.
She, then, added, "If you don't want to, then I can just stay quiet about that and answer any other questions you might have."
Turning her head, Lee Jinhee faced Han Taehee, and wearing a nonchalant expression, she spoke out, "It's not that I personally care about it, but since I'm curious, you can let me in on the truth."
