Chapter 210 - Frustrated about

"No," Jinhee bluntly replied.

A smirk formed on Taehyun's face when he heard Jinhee's answer, and he arched his eyebrows. Taehyun's current expression irritated Jinhee.

"Do you think the Lee Family will stop me from entering into their mansion?" Taehyun questioned.

Jinhee let out a groan and said, "Taehee, I want to deal with this alone, and taking Soyeon along with—"

Before Jinhee could continue, he brought his face closer to her, and holding her shoulder, he touched her forehead with his. Taehyun's warm breath fell upon her face, causing her cheeks to heat up.

"Whether or not you like it or approve of it, I am going there regardless of who you are taking along with you," Taehyun stated, "I want to keep you under my eyes for every second Jinhee and hold you close to me."

"S-Stop," Jinhee said.

"Why? Do I make you nervous by being this way?" Taehyun questioned.

"I-It's uncomfortable, Taehee. This is not appropriate," Jinhee voiced out as she tried to move her head back.

Lee Jinhee's back touched the seat of the car as she laid down upon it due to Taehyun pushing her down. Seeing Taehyun so close made her heart beat rapidly.

"I don't care about that, Jinhee," Taehyun vocalised.

He then continued, "Do you know how badly I want to taste you at this moment? Your current expression isn't helping either. Why are you this tempting, Jinhee-ah?"

Pursing her lips together, Jinhee turned her head and closed her eyes tightly. Out of sight, out of mind— she chanted within herself. Seeing Taehyun like this would only make sinful thoughts run inside her mind.

However, as Jinhee closed her eyes, various image flashed inside her mind. Taehyun's red lips, his smirk, those twinkling eyes of him holding a teasing expression, and his arched eyebrow were vivid inside her mind, causing her cheeks to turn hotter.

Even inside her mind, it was not peaceful.

"Taehyun, move away," Jinhee vocalised whilst not opening her eyes. She did not trust her eyes when it comes to showing emotions.

"Is that so? Why does it seem as if you are being reluctant, Jinhee?" Taehyun questioned.

Recalling how the driver and Shin Soyeon were in the front seats, Jinhee took in a deep breath and tried to take control of her emotions. Jinhee can not let herself be tempted by Taehyun this easily.

"I am not, Taehyun," Jinhee said whilst opening her eyes.

Jinhee then added, "Get away from me, Taehyun. I really don't like this."

"Are you sure about that?" Taehyun questioned.

Jinhee nodded.

Shrugging his shoulders, Taehyun sat up straight, and touching her cheeks slightly, Jinhee could feel them burning up. Taehyun really had a huge impact on her state of mind.

Jinhee wondered what could have happened if the driver and Soyeon were really present. Staying close to Taehyun was too dangerous, and she needed to establish a boundary.

Nonetheless, as Taehyun stared outside the window, an emptiness settled within Jinhee, and a part of her wanted that moment from earlier to continue.

°°°

Jinhee fell down upon her bed, and she was unable to remove Taehyun's face from her mind. His entire face floated inside of her mind, making her cheeks heat up.

No matter how she tried to distract herself, Taehyun's face still stayed in her mind, and during one instance, she felt annoyed to the point that she wanted to bang her head against the wall.

Why in the world was she thinking so much about Taehyun?

Sitting up on the bed, Jinhee vocalised, "Why are you being this affected over Taehyun, Jinhee? Why? Why? He was a girl before— a beautiful girl— with long flowing hair. You don't see him as a man.

But then why do my cheeks heat up and my heart beat faster? I don't see him in that way. I don't like him or love him. The only person my heart beat like this over was Jaehyun."

At that moment, Jinhee's eyes widened at a realization as she exclaimed, "There's no way this is happening."

"Although I reacted the same way towards Jaehyun, it doesn't mean I like Taehyun. That's pure bullshit."

Tears of frustration formed at the corners of her eyes, and Jinhee fell back on the bed. Her eyebrows were furrowed as a groan left her mouth.

Jinhee mumbled, "You don't like him, Jinhee, yet, but you are in the process of falling for him."

Jinhee groaned again as she alarmingly vocalised, "How much close are you to completely falling for Taehyun, Jinhee? No, this can't be happening! You absolutely cannot let it happen. This is too humiliating— after you told him how you'll never be attracted towards him— and troublesome. You're Taeho's fiancée now!"

Staring at her chest, Jinhee scolded, "Yah! You damned heart! How can you not be more selective? Out of all those people, Han Taehyun was the one. Really?"

Hearing the door open, Jinhee whipped her head towards the direction of the door after sitting up, she saw Taehyun entering. Taehyun was without his disguise, and dressed in casual clothing, he appeared breathtakingly attractive.

Lee Jinhee found her cheeks heating up, and her heart beat rapidly within her chest. Her eyes fell upon those perfectly shaped lips on Taehyun's face, and she gulped.

A thought emerged within her mind— How would it feel to kiss those lips of his?

"What are you so frustrated about this time?" Taehyun questioned.

"You," Jinhee answered involuntarily.

Realizing what she had just said, her eyes widened, and she silently cursed herself. Letting out a cough, Jinhee added, "Really don't have any sense of privacy. How can you barge into a girl's room like this?"

Taehyun shrugged his shoulders and vocalised, "You treat me like a girl, so I thought it would it be alright for me to enter casually. After all, we even shared a room together."

'I wish I did, Taehyun. I really wish I did. But it seems that you have finally managed to curse me.'
