Chapter 216 - Fell for me

"Jinhee, how can you say that? We—"

Before Jiyoung could continue, Jinhee walked towards Han Taehyun, and while staring at him, she voiced out, "Since you're already here, I can't exactly kick you out. Follow me as I wouldn't want you to taint yourself by staying with them."

Taehyun nodded as he stood up. Seeing how Jinhee appeared at this moment, he was tempted to extend his hand towards her and pinch her cheeks.

"Alright, Jinhee-ah!" Taehyun voiced out.

Turning back towards the family, Taehyun vocalised, "I will talk with you all later. I had a fun time talking with you."

Letting out dry chuckle and raising one of her eyebrows, Jinhee questioned, "Is that so?"

She then added, "If you find this fun, then keep on chatting with them. I will be going to my room alone."

Turning on her heels, Jinhee was about to walk towards her room, and as she had expected, Taehyun ran towards her. A small smile formed on Jinhee's face at that.

Hugging Jinhee from the back, Taehyun said, "Did I say I found this fun? My head must have been contaminated! How could I find such a thing fun!?"

"It's nice to see that you know that," Jinhee said, "Those people are like bees in search for honey, and if you don't want to get stung, stay away from them."

Jinhee used those words purposely in order to anger the members of the Lee family. Seeing the darkened expression on their faces, Jinhee knew that her words were affecting them, and she felt victorious. Seeing Taehyun beside her, Jinhee had plans brewing inside her mind.

"Jinhee, what are you saying? How can you say such things about your family?" Minjoon questioned— his anger being perfectly visible within his voice.

Shrugging her shoulders, Jinhee pulled away from Taehyun's hug and grabbed his wrist as she walked towards the stairs. Whilst looking down at his hand that Jinhee was holding, a small smile formed on Taehyun's face, and his heart started beating rapidly within his chest.

"Yah! Lee Jinhee! Come here! Can't you learn to behave properly?!" Lee Chungae exclaimed after seeing the despondent expression on Jinkyung's face. How dare someone as lowly as Jinhee hurt her Unnie's feelings?

Yawning, Jinhee turned towards Chungae and vocalised, "Jinkyung has truly found herself a perfect lackey. Someone really dumb and easy to control. Chungae, it's really funny to see you being controlled this way without you having any idea of it."

"What are you saying, Lee Jinhee!? What do you mean I am being controlled!?" Chunage yelled, "You're the one who is dumb!"

Rolling her eyes, Jinhee said, "Lee Chungae— Oops! Sorry, I mean, Jinkyung's loyal servant, do actually think thrice before you talk. We wouldn't want guests to think that our Lee family has some uncultured people here."

Looking at Lee Jiyoung, Jinhee smiled and asked, "Isn't that right, Mom?"

"Yah! Yah! Yah! Whom are you calling uncultured! Turn back if you dare, you coward!"

As Jinhee sat down upon her bed, she let out a sigh. Taehyun and Soyeon stepped into the room, following after her, and Soyeon closed the door behind her.

"You were really cool back there, Jinhee-ah!" Taehyun exclaimed, "I am in awe!"

Scrunching her nose, Jinhee stared at Taehyun boredly and vocalised, "There is nothing cool about my headache forming."

Letting out a chuckle, Taehyun said, "If you want me to drive that headache of yours away, you just need to give me the word."

"No, I think I will be fine with driving my headache away on my own. However, I surely need to use you as my pawn," Jinhee voiced out.

Walking over to her bed, Taehyun sat down beside Jinhee, and staring at her, he expressed, "I am glad to be at your service, but don't you think you should give me some a tip?"

"I'll be outside," Soyeon said.

"No, wait. You don't need—"

Before Lee Jinhee could continue, Soyeon opened the door to the room and stepped out. Jinhee let out a deep breath at that. There was nothing pleasant about being stuck in a room with Taehyun alone.

"Thank you, Soyeon-ah! You understand me the best! I love you!" Taehyun voiced out.

"I'll go to sleep now, so leave," Jinhee said.

Taehyun chuckled and questioned, "At this time? Do you take me to be a fool?"

"I want to discuss about the matter of my tip with you," Taehyun added.

Winking at Taehyun, Jinhee vocalised, "Doesn't getting tips depend on how well you perform? So, after you finish your performance, I will give you your tip."

Cheekily, Jinhee asked, "Aren't you a fool for me?"

Taehyun let out a laugh at Jinhee's words, and extending his hand towards Jinhee, he pinched her cheeks. He then said, "You're right. I am a fool for you. Anyway, for my performance earlier, shouldn't you give me a tip?"

"Tip you for that lousy performance?" Jinhee let out a chuckle.

Jinhee then added, "I am not running a charity here. Taehyun, you need to earn your tip."

"Heol! I thought I was special. After all that I have done for you, I think a kiss is the least I deserve," Taehyun pointed out.

"Things don't go according to your standards here, Han Taehyun," Jinhee pointed out, "Since you're the one who wants to win my heart, you have to follow my instructions and rules."

"This commanding and dominating side of yours is hot as well, Jinhee. What to do, Jinhee-ah? Now that I am falling for you even more as of this point?" Taehyun voiced out.

Jinhee shrugged her shoulders and said, "There's nothing I can do about my charms. Once you fall for me, you can't return to being normal; You'll forever keep on loving me."

"Really? Don't you think you should take responsibility for your actions?" Taehyun questioned.

"You're right. I should take responsibilities. There are so many people that fell for me. Whom should I start with though? Jaehyun or should I take responsibility for everyone altogether?" Jinhee asked whilst stroking her chin.
