"Found you, insect."

Accompanied by a deep voice, a large hole below suddenly spewed out a mass of snake-like creatures.

Although they appeared to be snakes, their bodies were unexpectedly enormous, resembling giant stone pillars used to support a palace. These monstrous snakes struck toward Fang Mo with lightning speed, causing the surrounding ruins to collapse further, raising clouds of dust.

However, Fang Mo's figure quickly reappeared, completely unharmed.

He seemed to be enveloped by a transparent spherical shield, with numerous snake-like creatures biting at it but failing to penetrate the defense.

"This should be the BOSS, right?"

Before Fang Mo could speak, Xiao Yao beside him asked proactively.

"Yes."

Fang Mo looked down at his partner. It was evident that the shield was activated by the latter, so he nodded and said, "This creature is Orochi."

Due to the previous tentacle attack, the ground beneath them collapsed.

After a period of falling, the two found themselves in an underground plaza, and the bodies of these giant snakes were seated in the central area of this plaza.

Fang Mo glanced at the creature and found it resembled a colossal grotesque statue, draped in a massive cloak, somewhat human-like. However, beneath this humanoid appearance, it was composed of countless monstrous snakes, making it seem like a composite creature.

Indeed, this terrifying statue-like giant humanoid was the apparent leader of the Monster Association... the Monster King, Orochi.

"Finally found you, human."

As Fang Mo observed the Monster King, the latter slowly spoke, its voice still deep and terrifying: "No, perhaps you can no longer be called human. You are a monster like me. Indeed... the commotion above was caused by you, wasn't it?"

"Yes, it was me."

Fang Mo nodded, then patted Xiao Yao's head beside him and said, "I just fired a shot with this little thing's help."

Orochi ignored Fang Mo's dialect and directly focused on him: "Psykos rarely pays so much attention to a hero, but she said you're an exception. I didn't understand it before, but now I think I do."

With that, the Monster King slowly stood up.

As he stood, his massive body began to writhe and transform, the countless giant snakes composing his body coming to life.

Originally a humanoid structure, the Monster King suddenly burst into flames. His body started to unravel, with numerous snake heads rising, making him look like a monster with hundreds of giant snake heads.

"I haven't been this excited in a long time."

"I advise you not to call yourself the ultimate life form."

Fang Mo retorted: "The last one who called himself that is still floating in outer space. You don't want to join him, do you?"

"As long as I consume you as a sacrifice, I will grow into my ultimate form."

Orochi seemed uninterested in conversation, continuing: "Come, show me your power."

With that, the Monster King launched an attack.

Countless monstrous snakes merged into an extraordinarily thick arm, smashing down towards Fang Mo.

With a loud 'boom,' Orochi's fist struck an invisible shield, transforming the immense kinetic energy into a shockwave that expanded in all directions, lifting the entire plaza's surface and causing all surrounding passages to collapse.

Yet, Fang Mo and Xiao Yao remained unaffected.

"Is that it?"

Fang Mo taunted, laughing: "Your serpent is quite weak, not like the ones from Naruto. I've seen wild and divine serpents, but this is my first time seeing a paper serpent..."

Orochi, though not one for conversation, seemed riled by the taunt. His aura intensified.

Without further ado, all the snake heads on Orochi's body opened at once.

As Fang Mo swung his sword, Orochi also unleashed his ultimate attack.

"Gaia Cannon!!!"

With a deafening roar, Orochi's chest fired a beam containing core energy, lighting up the underground space like a second sun, the energy so concentrated that it warped the surrounding space.

"Hmm?"

Seeing this, Fang Mo raised an eyebrow: "So you can borrow power too?"

Activating the Lower Realm Beacon, his eyes flashed silver. Laevatein, initially a sword, grew exponentially, breaking through the earth's surface.

Fang Mo now wielded a colossal light pillar, slicing downward toward Orochi's Gaia Cannon.

Under Orochi's incredulous gaze, the Gaia Cannon was split in two, along with the Monster Association, Z City, and Orochi himself. The intense heat vaporized most of Orochi's body instantly.

He didn't even have time to speak before his charred remains fell into the magma sea.

"Sigh, truly weak."

After defeating Orochi, Fang Mo turned to Xiao Yao and complained: "I can't understand how this thing became the Monster King."

"Normal."

Xiao Yao shrugged: "I didn't understand how the Gomu Gomu no Mi could make someone the Pirate King either, but with Oda's help, it made sense."

"I suspect Murata just wanted to showcase his drawing skills."

Fang Mo commented: "I haven't drawn the One Piece world yet. If I do, I'll enjoy taking on Akainu..."

"As an industrialist, I just want to capture Enel for bioelectricity."

Xiao Yao replied.

"That's extreme." Fang Mo sighed: "If you want electricity, there's a lightning rod in the industrial machinery. Bringing Storm from X-Men would be more reliable."

"Hmm?"

Xiao Yao seemed interested: "Bringing Storm to generate electricity does sound like a good idea. Should we head to the X-Men world next?"

"We'll see when the time comes," Fang Mo rubbed his chin thoughtfully. "I've been thinking of visiting the Re:Zero world, but the X-Men world sounds tempting too. It's been a while since I last saw Logan."

"Let's head back for now. We've dealt with the Monster Association here, so there's nothing left to do..."

Fang Mo glanced up and noticed a beautiful woman wearing glasses. It was clearly Psykos, the true body of Big Eyes.

"You have no escape!"

"Excuse me."

Before Psykos could finish her tirade, Fang Mo raised his hand and pointed to the nearby lava lake: "Are you talking about the Orochi... the one lying over there?"
