Chapter 759: Serious Shot

Name:Reborn with Steve Stand Author:
"Become prey to our abyss... Creator!"

Fang Mo slowly raised the Abyssal Sword in his hand, staring down at Carloso below.

The weapon in his hand was a bizarre, writhing entity, moving and twisting along the hilt to form what seemed like a giant, black fissure in the shape of a sword. This rift was deep, dark, and resembled a boiling nightmare, its liquid surface bubbling with countless tiny orbs that appeared and vanished, emitting a faint, mottled glow. It felt as if innumerable eyes were watching, instilling a sense of profound dread.

Just holding this sword in his hand seemed to dim the surrounding light, as though something was suppressing it.

Even Carloso, who was standing below, paused slightly upon seeing the weapon. A strong sense of unease washed over him.

He immediately moved, transforming into light and disappearing from his spot, only to reappear a short distance away. With his hands spread open, a multitude of energy orbs materialized behind him.

Each of these orbs held a power capable of destroying worlds—far surpassing nuclear or even antimatter weapons. This was true divine retribution, with the power to tear a star apart in an instant, reducing it to dust in the Creator's hand.

At that moment, Fang Mo felt the space around him begin to shift.

It was a forceful spatial warp, similar in principle to his own void shift. As mentioned earlier, since Carloso was the Creator of this universe, he was essentially a god within it, wielding control over space and time. So forcibly pulling Fang Mo into a vulnerable position for an attack was within his power.

But Fang Mo was not so easily controlled.

"Don't bother with that trick!"

Frowning, he ripped through the space with one hand, unleashing his dimensional power, which immediately began to erode the surrounding area. In an instant, Carloso's forced spatial warp was nullified.

Seeing this, Carloso's eyes gleamed with golden light, and he increased the intensity of his power.

But Fang Mo didn't flinch, instead directing his own dimensional authority to clash against Carloso's. Instantly, the entire abyssal crater shook violently as golden and white lights flashed back and forth.

Within the crater, vast as a nation, everything began to flicker eerily—dust, soil, rocks, and even the air itself.

This wasn't just simple blurring; everything with a physical form was being teleported. Under Carloso's power, matter was pulled, shifted, and jumped to another location, only to be reset by Fang Mo's power, returning everything to its original place.

This process occurred countless times every second, making the entire crater appear indistinct, as if everything within was flickering at an incredibly high frequency.

Fang Mo and Carloso stood in a bizarre standoff.

This resembled Fang Mo's past encounters with other dimensional gods. Before such unimaginable power, the techniques that human minds could comprehend were utterly useless.

This was a pure clash of authority—an astronomical scale of energy colliding. It was a battle between dimensions, between worlds, between universes.

It was like a duel between 'Over-the-Top' characters in a MUGEN fighting game.

While other characters were stringing together combos with heavy punches, light kicks, and special moves, these 'Over-the-Top' characters were loaded with countless codes, possessing unique mechanics: invincibility, instant death, infinite control, or even the ability to delete the opponent's character, causing data overflow, memory crashes, or forced victory—rules at the level of authority.

A battle between two 'Over-the-Top' characters was essentially a code-level conflict.

At this level, fighting techniques became meaningless.

And this was exactly what was happening between Fang Mo and Carloso.

Against ordinary enemies, they could manipulate certain rules and authorities—stopping time to eliminate foes, forced teleportation, or 'serious punch' type moves.

But against an enemy who also wielded these powers, those tactics became useless.

For example, Fang Mo had initially used time-stop, but Carloso recognized the frozen space-time.

And Carloso tried to forcibly teleport Fang Mo to him for a concentrated attack, but Fang Mo locked down the surrounding space, causing the teleportation to fail.

So the two quickly began competing for authority.

They clashed with absolute dimensional power, each trying to suppress the other. The winner would be the one who could wield their dimensional authority.

If they had been on Earth, Fang Mo could have quickly overpowered Carloso, stripping him of his authority. Fang Mo's dimension was far too powerful—his main world, the White Land, was constantly expanding exponentially, without limit.

But Carloso's body, hard beyond belief, didn't shatter under the blow. Instead, the impact drove him skyward, with the sword embedded in his abdomen, like a reverse meteor shooting into the sky.

The massive magical array was blasted open as Carloso was propelled into the Sky Sea.

His momentum didn't wane as he continued upward toward the Celestial Realm.

Fang Mo didn't pursue, instead drawing a large azure sword.

"Take care of this."

Fang Mo said, hurling the azure sword into the sky, aiming for the opening in the magical array.

This was the Sea Magic Sword, Thesys, he had crafted earlier.

With the magical array on the verge of collapse, Fang Mo didn't have time to stabilize it himself, so he relied on his weapon to help.

The Sea Magic Sword shot into the Sky Sea like a rainbow. As if triggered by some mechanism, an immense suction force erupted from the sword.

It was as if the sword had suddenly transformed into a black hole.

Billions of tons of seawater were forcibly sucked into the sword, and even the sea creatures—along with inorganic matter—were swept up by the currents, all violently devoured by the sword.

If one were to view this scene from a celestial satellite, they would witness a massive, terrifying vortex forming above the Sky Sea, with the entire sea level visibly sinking at an alarming rate.

After completing this, Fang Mo didn't hesitate. He activated the Ender Shift again, directly pursuing Carloso.

At this point, Carloso had already flown out of the Sky Sea, but likely due to the resistance from the water, his flight speed had slowed significantly, giving him time to launch a counterattack.

Seeing Fang Mo appear, Carloso immediately fired a beam of energy without a word.

"Get lost!"

But this time, Fang Mo wasn't afraid. After all, they were now in the upper atmosphere. He waved his hand, swatting the beam away, creating a massive black hole in the sky, through which the vast starry expanse was faintly visible.

After deflecting the beam, Fang Mo followed up with a sword strike.

"..."

However, this time Carloso made a different move. He raised his hand, and the halo-like object behind him twisted with a series of clicks, transforming into a complex weapon resembling a sword infused with golden light, which he used to block Fang Mo's attack.

"Hmm?"

Fang Mo raised an eyebrow at this sight.

Without hesitation, he grabbed the neutron-heavy sword and swung it upwards with force, sending Carloso flying into the sky again.

After launching his opponent into the air, Fang Mo didn't pause for a moment. He immediately took out a massive bow shimmering with endless colors.

All the dimensional power that had been clashing with Carloso earlier was retracted and channeled into the bow. As Fang Mo slowly drew the bowstring, an arrow capable of tearing through space-time began to form.

"A serious shot."

Fang Mo calmly stated, then released the bowstring.

The moment Fang Mo took out the giant bow, Carloso sensed an immense threat. Instinctively, he tried to stop it, but the arrow seemed to transcend time itself. The instant Fang Mo released the string, the arrow ignored all spatial and temporal barriers, piercing through Carloso's body.

"..."

Carloso didn't speak; he simply looked down at the gaping hole in his chest.

It was a wound radiating golden light, with countless cracks spreading outward from the hole. His body resembled a porcelain figure gradually breaking apart, seemingly on the verge of shattering.
