Chapter 1359 Indebiss' Fun
Indebiss punched Ning in the face so hard that Ning flew into the sand, leaving behind a kilometer-long indent in the ground, stopping only when he went past the beach into the ocean.
Indebiss immediately showed a hint of surprise. He looked at his arm and then the feeling he got. As someone born of humans, he couldn't directly kill humans at all.
While it wasn't as restrictive as what a Planetary Will would feel, as a Constellation Will, he still had to be careful not to harm the human being too greatly. Killing someone was simply out of the question.
That was why Constellations found others to do their bidding in the first place. If they gave orders instead of dealing with the humans directly, they could only then kill humans.
However, just now, Indebiss had somehow managed to hit a person so hard that he died. No, he was more surprised that he had even managed to formulate an instinct inside of him that let him kill a human.
He wasn't Meghilars. He shouldn't have been able to do so, and yet he did. Which could only mean one thing.
The person he just hit was not a human. That was the only way that he could hit without having to worry about the consequences.
'What was he?' Indebiss wondered. 'A clone? A construct?'
He looked toward the sky with a hateful look. "Farhalys, was that you?" he asked. "You should know better than to meddle in my affairs."
The ocean erupted as Ning appeared out of it with not a single scar on his face, or even a hint of damage from the punch.
Ning rubbed his face slightly and gave a mocking grin. "You hit like a little bitch. Is this all the mighty Godking has? Heh, maybe I should become the Godking instead." Updated from novelbIn.(c)om
Ning was sent flying into the distant cliff, where he landed on its tall vertical face. He dug his way out of the cliff and pushed against it, leaving the giant cliff in rubble as he rushed back toward Indebiss.
Indebiss punched just as Ning did and their fists clashed together. A ripple of energy spread from their palm, growing larger and larger, and then the shockwave followed.
Their clash created a crater over a dozen kilometers in the sand where the sand had been displaced by the sheer force of their clash.
"Who are you?" Indebiss asked with a wide smile, his face full of glee. "Does it matter?" Ning asked with a similar look of frenzy in his eyes. "If you can beat me, I'll tell you."
"There is no if," Indebiss said and moved instantly. He teleported next to Ning, kicking him on the side, but Ning moved just as quickly as well and dodged. He spun his way back up and went for Indebiss' back with a strike from his palm. The palm strike was about to land, but Indebiss turned in the blink of an eye and redirected Ning's attack.
Taking advantage of that, Indebiss punched Ning in the stomach, sending him flying into the cliff that was still dropping as rubble.
Ning crashed through many giant rocks before appearing on the other side where the landed on a slightly soft surface. He quickly looked down and saw a sea of glass and crystals all around him.
Before he could think about the valley he had arrived in, Indebiss appeared again, crashing down on the ground. Shards of glass and crystals flew all around, all of which he controlled at once, sending them flying toward Ning.
Ning punched the air with such force that the shards of glass and crystals turned into power, creating an atmosphere that shimmered light fireflies in the dark.
Indebiss watched it all and simply grinned. "This has been the most fun I've had in many, many years," he said.
Ning smiled. "Same here," he said. "I'm glad I could help you smile on your final day in this world."
"HAHAHAHA!" Indebiss laughed maniacally. "If you think you can kill me, then come. I will welcome it."
