[T/N: If you read both of my translations you’ll Lready know I quit my job lol. Its scary but I’m going to see where this translation stuff gets me. check it out if you feel like it]
The rumor about me choosing the [Hero] job spread through the entire school the same day.
“Hey, hero! You want to join our party?”
“Wait, we’re inviting him! Don’t interrupt!”
“Calm down calm down, we in the [wolf blade] guildー guha!”
“Shut up a moment.”
“We at the [flower blossom] guild are all women, why don’t you come make a harem?”
“Thats unfair!”
“Hahahaha why don’t you come join the [muscle is the strongest] guild? Well show you how amazing muscles are.”
“Ah, the muscle leader, even such a high ranking guild came!”
The street was crowded with people trying to invite me to their guilds. I didn’t have the time to stand around declining them all, although that harem guild seemed interesting….
It was all a bit overwhelming, celebrities must have it hard. I guess it did feel nice having everyone’s attention focused on me.
These girls are strong, all the boys are being pushed back, the only one able to get close was the guy from the muscle guild. Wait, are you the one that tried to turn Hannah into some crazy muscled freak!?
The chaos was brought to an end by the arrival of the school guards. The wonderful time I had being surrounded by women was over and I glared at the guards resentfully.
However that didn’t end the situation completely as people continued to try to come and invite me to their guilds, so the guards had no choice but to escort me. I would believe it if someone said there was a risk that I would get kidnapped. Even though I’m a [Hero] I’m still level 0 and it would be hard for me to resist the older students.
All around me girls glared at the guards….
I might have secretly wanted to be kidnapped.
Because the dorms were dangerous I was brought to stay at the aristocratic building, they told me that my luggage would be brought over tomorrow.
“I don’t plan to enter a guild or a party so, it will probably be like this until I start my own guild.”
I sank back into the fluffy bed provided by the aristocratic dorms. Party is a term for a group that enters a dungeon together, it usually consists of 5 people.
A guild on the other hand, is a minimum of 5 people but can be up to 50, all combining their strength to take on dungeons.
This world is full of dungeons, so much so that civilization was built around going into dungeons and their resources fuel the economy.
That’s why when children turn 16 they get jobs and go to school to enter the dungeon. The school itself has 80 dungeons close by that they regulate and use to help the students grow.
Also this world is based in level, that is the higher the level of someone the better their natural abilities are.
Of course the higher your level is the stronger your abilities are, the easier it is to make good money and become wealthy. It’s a world where your efforts are rewarded, so while at school the students make every effort to excel at dungeon capturing.
And if one of your members is a [Hero] it’s obvious that the dungeon capture will progress rapidly. Which is why there is currently a recruitment battle. But I have no plans to join as I want to create my own guild.
There are several reasons for it but the first is that I despise power leveling. Joining a high ranking guild leveling up quickly then suddenly challenging a high level dungeon is no fun. Gathering friends at level 0 and working together to capture a dungeon is much more exciting.
“There are somethings I still need to form a guild. Should I get started tomorrow? Wait, I usually just skip forward after choosing a job but, do I actually have to wait the entire month this time?!”
In the game if you choose a job then the game skips ahead and continues the tutorial lifting the ban of starting a guild, accepting quests, going into dungeons and recruiting members, etc.
I frowned at the idea that I might not be able to do anything for a month.
“I’ll ask about it tomorrow.”
