After splitting up with the princess I went shopping just like I planned.

The place I came to was [C Guild Street], one of the streets where guild bases gather. Commonly known as C street.

Guilds are ranked according to their strength and dungeon capture, and this street is where rank C guilds are located.

Guilds start at rank F and those that surpass rank C are given a large base from the school. And C road sells items, materials, resources, and goods produced by the people of the C rank guild from the dungeon. Any student can make use of the Guilds on this road.

There are various reasons to come to C street such as market research and making connections. I sold my items to the other shop yesterday but the I want to avoid that if at all possible since they only purchase it at the lower price. My purpose today is to find a guild willing to purchase the items at the highest price.

That shop I sold to before also sells things but it’s at 5 times the list price, it’s insanely expensive. As a guild it’s much cheaper to buy from other students. Of course the guild won’t buy anything it doesn’t actually want.

Therefor if you visit multiple Guilds you’ll get an idea of what those Guilds want. It’s helpful when going into the dungeon because inventory is finite so you can prioritize the items that will earn you the most.

I walked down C road with my notepad in hand taking notes, each store had a price list outside their store so it was easy to take not of what each one wanted.

“The purchase price for items dropped in the tutorial dungeon is still high. It seems like there aren’t many second years that bother going to the lower dungeons to get materials. But the first years will be diving in soon so it’s probably easier to raise the prices and buy from them instead.”

The price hike is only temporary, once the demand for the items go down the prices will too. I’m glad we got an early start because as of right now we are the only ones able to actually enter the lower dungeons. None of the other first years have passed the tutorial dungeon yet.

“I should hurry and invite Hannah to go with me to the dungeon!”

We can focus on making connections later, for now we should focus on earning money. However someone blocked my path when I went to leave.

“Hey can you tell me more about what you were just talking about? You can enter the dungeons?”

Apparently some girl had overheard me. The green skirt marked her as a second year but the girl was small like Hannah do she didn’t look it. She had light brown hair with light tails which made her look even younger.

It smelled like something bad was going to happen and when I turned around sure enough there were guards on the corner.

“Are you lost? Where are your parents?”

“Wait.”

I tried to play dumb but when I went to leave I was commanded to stop in a sharp tone, her voice was kind of dumb sounding though.

“Fufufu, good. You can call me Maria, I’m a member of the [emblem sticker] guild. I have something to talk to you about. ”

Where the loli pointed, was a flashy shop with various logos and character pictures all over the place. As you can guess from the guild name, it was probably a guild that focused on production jobs.

It appears that she wants to hear about my plans to go dungeon diving. This doesn’t seem like a recruitment since they haven’t mentioned me being a [hero] at all. This must be a [delivery quest]. In [dun-life] there were various quests to deliver items where the client was a guild. Once you clear the quest you normally get a reward from the guild. The higher the guild’s rank the better the reward.

It’s necessary to choose the quests carefully because sometimes the rewards aren’t so great. Although since it’s from a C rank guild it has a high chance of having a good reward.

“Alright, I’ll listen to what you have to say for now.”

“It looks like you understand, come with me.”

Maria gave a childish smile and entered the guild building. Nice pigtails.
