Chapter 59: Chapter 59 – A Plan To Survive

Feng anxiously watched the fight progress until the three could not handle it.

Elle gently tugged at her hands. “Let’s call sir Yu!!”

“but...,” Feng wordily glanced at the twins fighting.

Suddenly a large amount of gale swept through, almost pushing them off the bridge. Feng swiftly hugged Elle close and knelt down, pulling her close to the surface. “Lady Hiliana, get down!!!!”

The force of the tornado was too fast, she feared that the old lady and the twins might get swept away. Much to her surprise, all three of them seem to have stood their place, barely.

“Run Elle, Feng!!” lady Hiliana shouted glancing up front. There was an eerie-looking man in black hood standing next to that fat slaver she had met before h hand.

‘Who is that? Is he the final boss of this task? Why is he so powerful!!’ Feng watched, eyes wide as the gale swept the twins off the bridge.

“Ethan!! Aiden!!!!”

“Feng! Come on,” The little girl tugged at her and ran into the town.

“Elle, wait, they are not safe. Aren’t you going to do your prediction thing...”

“N-no, its too late and there are too many. we have to leave Feng,” Elle said with tears dripping on her face. She was biting her lips so tightly that it was bleeding profusely. “We have to leave and get help.”

“y-yes, yes Yubiri can help. We have to find him...” Feng gave one last glance back at the foggy bridge. “I’LL BRING HELP JUST HOLD ON!!!” she shouted aloud and ran alongside Elle.

“Where do you think you are going, huh?” a nauseating voice said from up ahead.

A lanky looking man walked towards them with a weird grin on his face. “Wow... two in one hunt. Especially the one on the front,” he weirdly looked at Elle. “She will sell for a pretty buck. Wonder how much master will praise me for this catch,”

The man mumbled to himself as he moved closer and closer.

“S-stay back!!” the little girl shouted, and the mark on her forehead glowed brightly.

The man stumbled back a step. “Third eye? Wow! A jackpot!! Such a young girl manifested eth third eye. Master is going to be pleased to have you, he-he,” he giggled, and started moving around like a crazed person. “ahhh looks like you are at your limit, little rabbit,”

Feng gripped Elle’s hand tightly. But all of a sudden she suddenly collapsed, spitting out copious amount of blood.

“Elle!!” Feng moved her behind and pulled her up in a piggy back carry. Small amount of blood was pouring onto her shoulder from Elle’s mouth. ‘She must have exhaustted all her energy. I have to get to a safe place fast.’

Feng glanced at the man up front. “Please let us go.”

“he-he, more, I want you to beg more. I really like the sound of It.” he giggled with drool hanging down his mouth.

‘Fuck, this guy is a lunatic. Begging is useless. What can I do then?’ she glanced around but nothing around her can be used as a weapon or as an escape route.

She was stuck in the bridge with an unconscious child with no escape.

“Aiden!!!” she shouted desperately.

A small reply came from behind, but she was not able to hear properly due to fear.

“Aiden, do you hear me. I need a help!!”

“Little rabbit stop shouting, it’s hurting my ears,” the man screeched, holding his ears.

Feng took his momentary distraction to run towards lady Hiliana and the twins. Vaguely, she could see their shadow in the foggy gale.

“Wait for me~ I’m coming for you my little rabbit~ he-he,” the weird man giggled as he ran after her, swinging his hands around. His lanky figure was so fast that he was running parallel to her with a weird grin still attached to his face. “This is fun, right? It’s like fox chasing a rabbit. He-he my cute rabbit ill get hold of you he-he,”

‘Fucking lunatic.’ Feng moved a bit and slammed her shoulder against his thighs, trying to push him off guard, but the man took the chance to get hold of her collar.

“Caught you now, my little white rabbit,” he dragged her close.

‘Shit, he will get hold of Elle...’

“Aiden, can you freeze the surface a bit!!” she shouted, and she threw the kid of her shoulders into the waters.

Thankfully before she could fall into the water, the surface froze over and the little girl slid farther from the bridge and out of sight, hidden in the darkness.

Feng let out a big sigh.

“Eh, why did you throw my other rabbit? She is my prey.” the man pulled her off the floor and rotated her around, searching for Elle. “The rabbit is gone.. It’s gone... my master will hate me..... My master will hate me now. Bring that rabbit back!! BRING HER BACK HERE,”

The man tossed her away and started walking on the frozen shores of the ocean.

‘Shit. I can’t let him get Elle,’

She ran after him onto the slippery surface. Her new shoes did not help at all with the grip. She slid down onto her knees and crawled after him. “Fucking bastard, come at me, huh? How dare you go after a helpless child!!”

The lanky man glanced back with his head tilted at a weird angle. “White rabbit, I’ll play with you later. Let me find the other rabbit first,” he grinned, showing off his rotten teeth.

‘No, no I can’t let him get to Elle.’

Feng clawed her way over to him and gripped his pant leg. “Coward!!! You fucking coward! Fucking lunatic!! Where did you lose the screw to your head, huh? I bet you were dropped when you were a child, now wonder you are such an idiotic mess!!”

None of her cussing or her shouts got to his ears. He just mumbled to himself, dragging her behind him as he got close to Elle.

“I bet your master thinks you are a fucking looser!!!”

The man froze. Like a ticking robot, he slowly moved his face back towards her. “What did you say?”

“I said your master thinks you are a fucking idiot, looser and a manic moron!!”

“Bitch!! How dare you,” the man kicked her off. “I am not a lunatic! I am an intelligent servant. Master says so. Master likes me!!”

“Your master hates you!!!” Feng wheezed softly.

Something snapped in that man. He continued kicking her, shouting in illegible words.

The kicked were directly aimed at her jaws. Feng clenched her mouth, hoping nothing breaks.

‘Fuck, I can’t hold on anymore. I have to defeat him somehow. Do I even have an advantage here?’ she watched him, though the slither opened.

Feng glanced into the ice surface. It was not that thick. ‘I can break this ice surface. Under water I have a higher chance to overpower him. But there is a high chance that I might drown.’

She opened her eyes a slither and looked around. ‘Elle is a little farther away,’

‘Fuck it! Let’s go with this crazy plan,’

When the man was about the kick her face, she dodged to the side letting him kick the ice surface.

Just like that, she kept dodging with difficulty.

“Bitch, stay down and get kicked.”

‘Who would want that! Lunatic!’ Feng moved a bit back, and the ice under her cracked. ‘It’s working.... ‘ she secretly removed the drawstrings of her skirt and held in a mouthful of air.

The next second, the ice layer shattered and they were both underwater.
