Vol. 6 - Chapter 307 - Zephyr's Dilemma. There are just too many drops!

"Good morning Zephyr! It's finally time for the Extra-Dungeon!"

"You've been awfully pepped up since yesterday, you know, Lana."

"Aren't you the same too, Karua!"

It was Sunday morning, I had just entered the guild room when Lana and Karua came and said that.

It was an adorable sight to see Lana's face turning red when Karua exposed her.

"Good morning, Lana, Karua. I'm also looking forward to our first Extra-Dungeon."

"Lulu is also excited!"

As I greeted them in the same fashion, Lulu quipped from behind me while nimbly jumping.

"Ah, good morning, Lulu. No wait, did you two come together?"

"Hey, what's with that look? I just met her on the way."

Lana's gaze fixed on me, as though I were a deeply suspicious figure. So rude.

"Celia had been with us until a while ago too, but she apparently had some business with another guild so we temporarily split up. She should be here by anytime soon I think."

"Oh, thank god. I almost thought you have awakened some strange preference, good grief."

"What about liking?"

"Don't mind, Lulu. Lana is just sleep talking."

"Lana is sleeping?"

"I'm not!"

We entered the guild, making merry and engaging in such playful banter. Everyone looks pepped up for the upcoming Extra-Dungeon round.

"Good morning, Zephyr. You have just come at the right time, come here. I want to talk about yesterday's gain."

"Good morning, Sierra. Okay, just wait a minute."

Her appearance, as she said so, exudes a certain charm that inadvertently caused my heart skip a beat.

"But that aside, can I have you explain what is this about spending beep thousand Mir on equipments? What did you buy yesterday?"

"A, ah."

Her words took no time in dousing water over my elevated feeling. Speaking of it, I had visited the C-rank ‹Emblem Seal Sticker› guild together with Rina after the ‹Battle Wolf› hunting was over.

It was mainly to decipher that recipe we had gotten as a drop from ‹Gold Chest› in the ‹Perfect Beauty-4 Phenomenon› after our battle with ‹Electric Bear-cum-Squirrel› through the help of ‹Juvenile Dragon›.

Anyway, as the result of deciphering, it turned out to be the recipe for an equipment series called ‹Lightning Armour›! What's more, it had a recipe for all the series equipment.

With that recipe in hand, we could build all the equipment necessary for a full set; ‹Head›, ‹Body 1›, ‹Body 2›, ‹Arm› and ‹Leg›.

I still can't believe it.

Series equipment is one heck of amazing armor which also provides the benefit of ‹Series Skill› as long as one has been equipped with three or more series equipment.

Number of series skills available in each set of equipment are 1 if you have three pieces of equipment, 2 if you have 4 pieces of equipment and 3 if you have 5 pieces of equipment. Furthermore, series equipment provides far more resistance to each attribute and imbues respective attribute on attacks as the bonus.

In the case of ‹Lightning Armour›, it has an extremely high resistance to thunder attribute.

And if you have ‹Small Resistance› in addition, then my words, the effect overlaps is just too broken, almost on the level of complete immunity. The number of skills available at disposal too surpassed ten in number, if you also add the skills from the individual pieces of armament.

The best part about it is, since it's the drop from rare boss ‹Gold Chest›, it can be used till High-low dungeon. It is now undoubtedly the best piece of equipment among other armaments that Eden is in possession of.

One of the reasons why I was so excited about Dean's quest was undoubtedly this.

I did have the plan to gather all the pieces and complete it, but the recipe for the complete set was something even I hadn't expected.

When you have so many drops, err, well, you know the drill right? It's easy to get carried away.

It was even more hard to control when we had truck loads of ‹Electric Bear-cum-Squirrel› materials, and all that was to pay for was the build cost, though it was obviously expensive given it being the equipment from rare boss's ‹Gold Chest›. Expensive enough to cost beep thousands of Mir. Hahaha!

"I will make sure to squeeze out the best of its ability in guild exploration, so please forgive me."

"No Way."

You can't!?
