After we decided on our plan, we started an intense grind for the <Job Ascension Ticket>.
As for the dungeon, we elected <Dinosaur's Hill Dungeon>, whose lowest floor was seldomly visited by students.
I swiftly captured Nico, who was trying to get away harping 'But I'm a researcher!, and took her with us to dungeons.
The party members, exluding me, were Sierra, Mert, Misato, Aegis and Nico.
We all, minus Nico, had already cleared this dungeon but since it was the first time for Nico, we started from the 1st floor. Of course, we did it in fast forward mode, time was a luxury for us at this moment, because today was Summer Vacation's Farming Day---I mean, the last day of summer vacation.
To get everything done in jiffy, I was thinking of asking Aegis or Ester if they were available to use the <Carriage>, though it just happened that Aegis was present in the guild room and said alright, and now, we're here.
"Hey, Brave-kun. I...er, am sure didn't say I'm okay though? Also what happened to the promise of independent research on the last day?"
"You don't need to mind the trifling matter. Just wait and see how we score the treasures left and right. It's treasure day! Also, don't you want research material?!"Alll latest novels at novelhall.com
"Gahh, listen to me atleast."
"If anything, I will take you with us to every dungeon week from today! Aren't treasure your favourite? Rejoice!"
"......Of course I like them very much. Sheesh, you cut no slacks, Brave-kun......"
Nico chuckled, though it sounded a bit dry. I was curious but I guess for now, everything was all set.
As for the independent research she was talking about, it was to inspect the abilities of items <Eden> have.
It was quite an interesting theme, since the effect I had seen on the screen didn't translate exactly 1:1 in real life. Albeit, this was something we could do any day. Right now, the imminent task in our hand was to pour all our focus on <Job Ascension Ticket>.
"Yes! At any moment!"
I passed my instructions to Sierra first, then Aegis, urging everyone to move.
"So this is the <Shine Breaker> huh? The interior is completely new. One can easily live inside it, amazing."
Mert, who was seeing <Shine Breaker> for the first time, uttered his surprise as his gaze darted all over. Sierra, next to him, explained.
"Because top-grade <Carriage> skill is <Tent>. We might need them afterward so it's best to have everything ready now then scurrying later."
Indeed, Sierra sums it well. I guess she had learned the things from our camping huh.
If we had just needed a mode of transformation, we could have made-do with other models too, instead of focusing on top-class models. Heck, we already had a second one, too, we had no need to get another. However, after our camping where girls stayed into <Carriage> and boys in a rental tent, I changed my mind and got ourselves another top-grade <Carriage>. Basically, <Shine Lightning> was prepared for the boys.
Meanwhile, <Thunder Javelin> interior also got a makeover, now that it was for girls. Hmm, what were the piles of plushies doing in the carriage? Yeah, that was just an illusion.
"Brave-kun? Didn't you promise to explain? How are we going to talk if you sit there?"
"Ack, yeah. I did say that."
Seeing that I forget out promise, Nico stared back at me.
Woahh! Nico's stare! Hmm-mm, not a bad stare I must say.
I didn't expect to get a dose of excitement so soon as I took my seat in the passenger seat, meanwhile Nico moved inside the carriage, albeit reluctantly.
Afterward, <Shine Breaker> bolted toward its direction, scattering or running over any monster that may come our away. I also used <Okarina> to score <Golden Topple> meat. And within a span of a short hour, we reached the lowest floor.
