After a long duration, Ning Yi, who had been staring at Xu Feng, finally relented and agreed to his arrangement.
"Fine, so be it." Ning Yi scoffed and decided to let Xu Feng do whatever he pleased with the office.
Either way, his father didn't care much about the Apex Tower like most ordinary people do. Otherwise, he wouldn't have been put in charge of everything here.
Meanwhile, Xu Feng also knew Ning Yi was still skeptical of his decision but didn't bother to explain further.
What could be better aside from letting Ning Yi experience the changes himself?
Once Ning Yi realized the benefits of it, Xu Feng was positive that he would go to his knees and beg him for more advice.
"By the way, let's set up a contract for this." Xu Feng suddenly suggested.
"This is just a formality but having a contract signed, guarantees both parties." He added, giving his explanation.
Pondering for a few seconds, Ning Yi readily nodded his head and agreed with a contract being in place.
As the son of a hegemony businessman, he knew that everything should be finalized with a contract signing to prevent both parties from being cheated.
"Okay, what will the contract clause be?" Ning Yi asked.
"Simple, you will fund the entire production, but in return, I can guarantee a return value and the profit we get shall be split 70-30. Me 70 and you 30." Xu Feng adjusted his glasses and said calmly.
Such terrible conditions and clauses would naturally garner disdain and hatred, but for Ning Yi— he didn't really care about the profit split.
With his wealthy father, Ning Yi never cared about money, especially when he could have as much as he wanted.
Nevertheless, there was still one problem with the contract clause that Ning Yi refused to comply with.
"Brother Feng, it's not that I don't believe you, but we need a clause that you are going to guarantee that this belly fat will disappear." He exclaimed, rubbing and squeezing his fat belly. It was so plump and round, almost as if he was impregnated with triplets.
Xu Feng glanced at his fat belly and nodded his head. "Very well, but then I must add another clause in response. You are not allowed to go against any of my orders regarding this part. If so, then you will be responsible for it and not me."
"Heh, so be it."
Alas, it was as if his words had gone to deaf ears.
Ning Yi clearly didn't ask that question for a response but was making a statement.
"Listen well, Brother Feng. My in-game name is Stylish Shooter." Without any shame, Ning Yi proudly declared his in-game name.
Feeling the urge to vomit, Xu Feng was thankful that he could compose himself rather quickly.
Ning Yi was everything but the in-game name he used.
Stylish?
Maybe when he had undergone the transformation, but the current him was anywhere but stylish.
Shooter?
Toward those who didn't know him well, they wouldn't think much about the name.
However, Xu Feng knew how much of a trashy aimer he was. In fact, Ning Yi would be the type that people called wood division to be too nice for him.
His aim was so horrendously trash that even having the lowest ranking possible for him was a difficult placement.
"Anyway, now that you know my awesome name, what is yours?" Ning Yi grinned, clearly extremely proud of himself.
"It's Lin Feng." Xu Feng said, too lazy to give a fake name.
Meanwhile, Ning Yi's expression changed drastically as he widened his eyes in surprise and shock.
"W-Wait a minute... you're that Lin Feng that openly and publicly thrashed that Hundred Ghost?"
"Yep, that's me."
Alarmed, Ning Yi quickly went to his knees and stared at Xu Feng as if he were a god.
"You are my idol, Brother Feng." He raised his hand and gave him a thumbs up. "Your forum post and the public humiliation of those tyrants are second to none!"
