Chu Liang hung up the call. Just as he was about to turn around, he saw Yang Duoduo standing in front of him.

Chu Liang was startled, "Duo Duo, you're awake?" She sized up Yang Duoduo and worriedly said, "You took a long cold shower just now, go back to bed."

Yang Duoduo stared expressionlessly at Chu Liang. Her voice was still cold as she asked, "What were you talking about with Fu Jinchen just now?"

Chu Liang recalled the contents of the call and answered truthfully, "Director Fu asked me where I was and why I didn't return home."

Yang Duoduo suddenly had an expression of rage, with a fierce look in her eyes, she grabbed onto Chu Liang's shoulder and bellowed, "Why are you living with him!"

Chu Liang was stunned by the sudden change in Yang Duoduo. He came back to his senses and grabbed her arm, comforting her, "This is my job, Duoduo you are tired now, rest early."

Yang Duoduo sneered as she shook off Chu Liang's hand. Then, she turned around, grabbed her clothes, put them on neatly, and left the room.

Chu Liang looked at Yang Duoduo's actions, and frowned in worry. She looked around to make sure that there were no items left behind, then she left the hotel room as well.

Chu Liang quickly drove back to his apartment. The moment he opened the door, he saw Fu Jinchen sitting on the sofa, deep in thought.

"Director Fu." Chu Liang called out in a low voice. Fu Jinchen turned his head to look at Chu Liang and said, "You're back?"

Chu Liang felt guilty and entered with his head lowered. In fact, he had followed Fu Jinchen without permission and was even discovered by him.

"Is Yang Duoduo alright?" Fu Jinchen looked at Chu Liang, who shook his head, "I've already given her the antidote, so there's no need to worry."

"I see." Fu Jinchen stared at Chu Liang, "So you were able to obtain such a rare medicine. Seems like you are even stronger than I expected."

Chu Liang pursed his lips but didn't say anything. He shook his head to indicate that he didn't.

Fu Jinchen chuckled. He suddenly got up and walked towards his room, leaving behind a sentence, "Rest early."

Chu Liang furrowed his brows in puzzlement as he watched Fu Jinchen disappear into the distance. After which, he returned to his room without a second thought.

The next day, Chu Liang and Fu Jinchen arrived at the company. However, just as they reached the 25th floor, they saw a figure in the CEO's office.

Chu Liang frowned and glanced at Fu Jinchen. "Chief Fu, do you need me to go and take a look?"

"No need." Fu Jinchen was very calm. He frowned as he looked at the figure in his office. "Push me over."

Chu Liang nodded and pushed Fu Jinchen into the office. When he opened the door, he saw a busy figure. It was Yang Duoduo.

"Director Fu, it's cool!" Yang Duo waved happily at them, while raising the bowl of porridge in her hands. "Did you guys not eat? Come here."

Chu Liang gazed at Yang Duoduo. Although she was already familiar with this appearance, for some reason, it gave off a sense of unfamiliarity.

"How did you get in?" Fu Jinchen looked at Yang Duoduo with a serious expression. Yang Duoduo was stunned for a moment before she lowered her head and whispered, "I just came up in the elevator. The office door was not closed."

Fu Jinchen was stunned as he heard this. He recalled that he had left the company for a few days and had only come back to work today, yet the door to his office was open.

This meant that someone had been here for the past few days!

"Don't move." Suddenly, Fu Jinchen's expression turned serious as he made a gesture of 'pause'. Yang Duoduo was startled. She immediately put down the bowl in her hand and stood on the spot.

Fu Jinchen stood up without any hesitation and surveyed his surroundings. Although he didn't find anything wrong with the office, his intuition told him that the office had actually changed.

Chu Liang felt Fu Jinchen's strangeness and followed him in a circle. Chu Liang was more observant than Fu Jinchen and had specially searched some places that he couldn't see.

"Director Fu, don't move." Chu Liang suddenly spoke up to stop Fu Jinchen from moving. Fu Jinchen paused for a moment before looking at Chu Liang doubtfully.

Chu Liang walked towards Fu Jinchen in silence. Then, he bent down and felt under the desk for the bug.

Chu Liang remembered that his bracelet had a shielding function. After switching on the switch, he used his strength to remove the bug and put it on the desk.

Fu Jinchen frowned as he looked at the bug. Then, he sat down at his desk and turned on his computer.

Chu Liang looked at Fu Jinchen's practiced hands and found the hidden monitor in the computer. He carefully checked it.

Fu Jinchen looked at Chu Liang and asked, "If you were someone else and needed to install surveillance in my office, where would you want to be?"

Chu Liang pondered for a moment before raising his head to look in the direction of the bookcase, relying on his intuition to walk towards it.

Chu Liang flipped through a few books on the top of the bookshelf and found a pinhole camera in one of them. After blocking the signal, she threw it at her feet and stepped on it a few times.

"He actually dares to come to the 25th floor." Fu Jinchen rubbed his chin as he pondered. With a meaningful tone, he said, "It seems like I've already caught second uncle's attention."

Yang Duoduo watched the actions of Chu Liang and Fu Jinchen blankly. After recovering from her daze, she took a deep breath to calm her heart and asked, "So, someone was monitoring you?"

"Yes." Fu Jinchen glanced at Yang Duoduo, "This is a very dangerous matter, so I hope you remember what I said last night. Don't get involved with me again."

Yang Duoduo's body stiffened for a moment, then she slowly closed her eyes and lightly nodded her head, "Yes."

Yang Duoduo slowly left the office. Chu Liang looked at her lonely figure and thought for a moment before chasing after her.

"Duo Duo." Chu Liang opened his mouth and shouted. Yang Duoduo turned to Chu Liang, a forced smile on her face, "Cool."

"Are you really okay?" Chu Liang looked worriedly at Yang Duoduo. He stretched out his hand to touch her forehead and was shocked by the boiling temperature, "You're having a high fever!"

"I'm fine." Yang Duoduo took off Chu Liang's hand, and looked at her imploringly: "Can you do me a favor?"

"Go ahead." Chu Liang looked at Yang Duoduo and frowned, "Is there anything else we can do for you?"

Yang Duoduo revealed a smile. Her lips were somewhat pale as she said, "Leave Fu Jinchen, is that alright?"
