The two of them looked at me again with strange looks.

I looked back at them and slowly asked, "Do they want to hurt me?"

Neither of them said anything at first, but they eventually shook their heads and said, "The elders wouldn't do something like that for no reason."

Though it did feel like there were traces of hesitation in their voices as they said this.

This did make me feel a bit anxious, but...

"Alright, I'll go and meet them." I said with a sigh.

I could feel someone grabbing my arm in concern when I said this, but I didn't turn back to look since I had already made up my mind.

Olos and Olmir looked at me with surprised looks, but they eventually nodded in agreement after seeing the look on my face.

"I'll go too." Alidus suddenly said as if he was showing his support.

It was just that Olos and Olmir shook their heads before saying, "No, you can't go. Even if you go, they won't see you since you're not authorized to see them."

Alidus knitted his brows and looked like he wanted to say something else, but Olos cut him off by saying, "It's not your time yet. Don't force this matter. Just the sentiment is enough." Though he still seemed like he was a bit unwilling to accept this, he didn't say anything in the end.

Once everyone seemed like they didn't have anything to say, I looked at them and asked, "When do we leave?"

Olos and Olmir thought about it before Olos said, "It's best if we leave as soon as possible. This matter is important if they're summoning you. Even without that, the demons won't wait forever, so we should settle this matter as soon as possible."

I gave a slow nod to show my agreement.
