Chapter 95: Chapter 95: Southern Air Temple

Chapter 95: Chapter 95: Southern Air Temple

[3rd POV]

The rest of the festival night was spent enjoying the sights and foods, with both her girls and Korra. They had tried all sorts of deserts and snacks, had played just about every game there, and had even danced.

This was also when the world was shown Gwen's dancing, which was quite literally the best in the universe, courtesy of the MANY characters who were knowledgeable/masterful in dancing, and it was very very good at making the girls...excited, and Korra blush brightly as she watched Gwen sway her hips. It was also the time in which she told Tenzin of her decision to join them, which the kids were quite happy about, and Tenzin as well (although he tried to hide it).

Korra had already been told, and the girl had been...quite understanding, surprising. She had been so accepting, as she knew Gwen genuinely wanted to see the temples, and she also knew that Gwen wasn't the type to get mad with her, since she chose to train under Unalaq to learn more about the spirits.

At the moment Gwen, her girlfriends, and Tenzin's family (including his siblings) were on the back of Tenzin's sky bison, they had been flying for quite some time now, just sitting comfortably on the back of the large fluffy animal. Well, it was comfortable for the most part...n/ô/vel/b//jn dot c//om

"Are we there yet?" Ikki asked for what was the now counting...79th time.

Raven's eyebrow had been furiously twitching for nearly 30 minutes now. Artemis was trying not to audibly groan. M'gann was...asleep. And Gwen? Gwen was peacefully meditating for the first time, as she focused on not the outside world and her surroundings, but her own being, and it was...peaceful

She quietly sat, meditating as she gazed into herself? It was an...interesting feeling, as she began to grow the connection she had to her own...soul? She wasn't sure what it was, but it was...different, but a good different.

Eventually, her meditation ended, as Tenzin began to speak, causing her eyes to creep open. "There it is, the Southern Air Temple"

"Isn't it magnificent?" Tenzin asked, as he landed the sky bison.

"It truly is" Gwen whispered, a smile forming on her face, as she could quite literally feel the spirituality of this place, and it was...far more potent than anywhere else she had been. She imagined most of the temples would be the same, if not all of them.

Getting off of the flying bison, the group was greeted by a group of monks.

"Master Tenzin, welcome" A short bald headed man greeted.

"Oh! Um, Miss Gwen, I was wondering if you could...help us? Ikki's sort of gone missing and we can't find her" Jinora asked, looking slightly ashamed.

At this, they all turned to one another, knowing that it was probably partially Jinora and Meelo's fault as to why she had run off. Considering how siblings could get, it was pretty much the only answer to it, even if Gwen didn't already know from watching the show before. Gwen spread her senses immediately and found her, sitting at a small "Table" which was more of a circle of stone, around it was her and several adorable baby sky bison. They seemed to be having a sort of tea party.

"Yeah, we can help. I'm sure we can find her" Gwen replied with a small smile, causing Jinora to breathe out a little sigh of relief, before waving to Gwen and ran off, probably either to look for her sister, or to tell her mom or dad that she Gwen was looking now.

"You already know where she is, don't you?" Artemis asked with a small smirk, causing Gwen to laugh and nod.

"Of course" Gwen responded, before coughing as she asked her next question.

"So...how do you guys feel about a tea party?"

This little "Temple" arc is going to be pretty important to Gwen's story, as she'll start to

really develop some...things. No spoilers.

Next chapter is pretty much the same length, if not a tiny bit longer.

Anyways, have a good day!
