Chapter 1496: The opportunity comes

  Chapter 1496 The opportunity comes

In the temporary room of Hermione and Ginny at the Order of the Phoenix headquarters, Harry and Ginny were holding hands intimately, snuggling up on the old sofa, and talking quietly that only belonged to the two of them.

Since the last time he and Ginny confirmed their relationship, Harry always cherished the dating time between them. Especially after it was confirmed not long ago that Ginny was pregnant, both of them realized that the time left for them might not be long.

Ginny knew very well that Harry could not give up on his mission because of this. All they could do was cherish every minute and every second they spent together.

A sudden knock on the door broke the warm atmosphere in the room.

After a moment, Hermione opened the door and walked in. She noticed Harry and Ginny who were looking at her with resentful eyes. She coughed lightly and explained, "I just received a message from Albert."

“What’s the news?” Harry suddenly had a bad feeling.

“He asked me to tell you that our Fire Spell training ended early.”

"what happened?"

Harry stood up from the sofa suddenly and looked at Hermione in shock, wondering if he had heard correctly.

“Why did the Fire Spell training suddenly end early?”

Harry knew very well how much Albert valued the Fire Curse, otherwise he would not have spent a lot of time teaching them the Fire Curse and how to break the curse himself.

He finally got a feel for controlling the severe fire, but Albert actually told himself that there was no need to train the severe fire spell.

This incident was a big blow to Harry, not only because he failed to master this powerful black magic that could destroy Horcruxes, but more importantly, it represented some kind of signal, and they were not ready yet.

 “Harry, listen to Hermione.”

Ginny reached out and took Harry's hand, trying to calm him down.

"No, Ginny, you don't know... Albert previously asked us to master that dark magic... Something must have happened that forced him to advance his plan directly. This is not a good sign."

A bad premonition lingered in Harry's mind, making him become more and more anxious.

The only lucky thing is that they have already used the elixir before, and they are sure that with the help of magic potion, they can temporarily master the Fire Curse in a short period of time.

But the problem is not this, but that they have no time, and the opportunity for a decisive battle has arrived early.

They had heard Albert mention this matter before, but when the time came, Harry was not happy at all because they were not ready yet. Although they may never be ready, the current situation is not optimistic for them.

Whether it was for the people who resisted the mysterious man or for Harry himself, everything happened too suddenly, even catching them off guard.

Harry turned his head and looked at Ginny, his eyes full of apology and helplessness.

Even though he kept telling himself that he could face all this calmly, he actually still cared about Ginny in his heart, not to mention that Ginny was pregnant, all of which made it impossible for him to give up and face death.

Ron poked his head in from outside the door and finally couldn't help asking, "Didn't he tell you the reason?"

"No, Albert only said that we may need to be prepared to invade Gringotts at any time." Hermione did not shy away from Ginny. Everyone in the Order of the Phoenix headquarters knew that they were eyeing something hidden in Gringotts. What is in the cabinet's treasury and plans to take action for this.

Knowing that Harry and the three of them had important things to discuss, Ginny took the initiative to leave. Before leaving, she kissed Harry on the cheek under Ron's gaze and left the room to them.

“This isn’t going to be easy, I mean the invasion of Gringotts.”

Ron stared at Ginny's leaving back and frowned. "We have been planning this a long time ago." Hermione noticed Ron's reaction and coughed slightly as a reminder.

"I know."

Ron looked back dejectedly, because he had finally made some progress in solving the Fire Curse, but was told to start taking action, which made him wonder whether he would become a burden to the team.

Furthermore, this action is so important and there is only one chance. None of the three people can understand why Albert is so anxious.

“This doesn’t seem like something he would do.”

"Did Albert say when?" Harry knew very well that he had no choice. Albert must have had his reasons for planning ahead. As for what to do if the plan failed, were there any other backup plans?

Harry didn’t know, but he believed that Albert would not put all his hopes on himself.

“It should be in the near future.”

Hermione didn't know the specific time, because Albert didn't mention it at all.

“Recently?” Ron repeated in a murmur.

“That should be the last few days, it’s really urgent.”

After completely putting aside distracting thoughts, Harry began to think about the next steps. He could not place all his hopes on Albert's backup plan.

"I think we should find a way to get in touch with Albert to discuss the next steps." Ron suddenly said, "At least, there can be no problems with cooperation."

Although they all know that Albert will definitely arrange everything well, they must know something before taking action to avoid disrupting his arrangements.

They all knew that once they started to invade Gringotts, it would mean that the war with Voldemort would break out, and there would be no room for change.

While several people were discussing this matter, there was a knock on the door suddenly. It was Ginny who had just left.

"Kingsley is going to have a meeting. Mum asked me to call you." Ginny said to the three people in the room.

 “Do you know the reason?”

Harry felt that this matter was probably related to Albert's advance planning.

"It seems to be related to what happened in Nurmengard Prison last time." Ginny didn't know, she only got some information from other people.

The three of them looked at each other.

What happened in Nurmengard Prison has been thoroughly spread throughout Europe through major newspapers.

Especially after the vigorous publicity by the Ministry of Magic in various countries, people's bad image of the Ministry of Magic's inaction was successfully reversed. Everyone regretted letting Voldemort escape from under their noses.

Kingsley became a household name because of this incident. He became a Voldemort expert in people's eyes and a spiritual pillar in fighting the mysterious man. He was more popular among wizards all over Europe than the famous savior Harry Potter.

Kingsley knew what was going on, so he didn't pay much attention to this false reputation, but others didn't think so. They were actually a little shocked. The entire British wizarding community has been discussing this matter recently.

But it is undeniable that regardless of whether Kingsley is an expert on Voldemort or not, he has made a huge contribution in the fight against Voldemort.

As Albert said, as long as the threat posed by Voldemort is eliminated, the next Minister of Magic must be Kingsley.
