Chapter 82 - Naked & Murder

It was 7PM by the time Feng Xinying woke up. Once again, she had a terrible headache and felt as though she wouldn't be able to get up from bed. She opened her eyes and sensed as though she was pressed on the mattress by something heavy. She removed the blanket and noticed that a man's hand was around her waist and his leg was on her thighs. Shocked, she removed the hand and the leg and turned around to see that Xie Yuansheng was sleeping without a worry in the world next to her, naked from the waist below.

"Eeeeee!" She shouted so loudly that Xie Yuansheng also woke up. He rubbed his eyes to see the reason for her shouting at him and asked naively, "What happened, Feng Xinying?"

Feng Xinying rolled away from him. She kicked him on his chest and said, "Why are you lying in this condition on my bed? What did you do to me?" pointing at his legs.

Xie Yuansheng was completely awake by that time. When Feng Xinying kicked him, he winced in pain and got up from the bed. As soon as he noticed that he was only wearing a shirt, he grabbed a pillow and put it in front to cover himself. "I didn't do anything!" he replied, confused at his state. "All I remember is that I saved you from drinking heavily and making a mess out of yourself in front of those girls!"

"Mess? What mess are you talking about? It was me who saved you from them!" she replied in anger. "But why am I in this condition? What did you do to me?"

"As far as I know, you are still wearing your panties while I am not. So I guess you did something to me!" he shouted back, baffled.

Feng Xinying realized that she was actually wearing her panties and he wasn't. What did she do to him? Her gaze went to her unhooked bra, his shirt that she was wearing with the buttons open and was so embarrassed that she grabbed a blanket to cover herself. She remembered how she walked out in the morning in front of those girls to ward them away and her face turned red.

Then her gaze went to his thighs and there was her lipstick all over there, the marks were leading up somewhere between the thighs. Did she kiss him there? "Oh my God!" she shouted like a maniac. Automatically, her gaze went to her dressing table where an array of cosmetics were scattered. Realizing what must have happened, she hid her face in the blanket and shouted at him, "Get out of my room, Xie Yuansheng! Don't show your face until Monday!"

Xie Yuansheng grabbed his pants and walked out of her room through the door that connected the two rooms, mumbling, "I will show my face whenever I want to." When Xie Yuansheng went to his room, he removed the pillow only to see that his little brother had been covered in red lipstick marks. His thighs and his shirt were all red and smelly. His shock turned into a huge grin of satisfaction and then ecstasy. He wanted to imagine what all must have happened a few hours before, but couldn't remember anything.

Feng Xinying reminisced on the earlier events of the day and was angry at Yun Chen. If she hadn't been there, she wouldn't have come out of the room dressed like that. After some time, she slowly crawled out of the bed and went to take a long bath. When she came out, she was already missing Xie Yuansheng. She had an urge to open the door and see what he was doing but she had told him not to show his face till Monday. 'Would he really not show his face?' she thought and smacked her head. 'What if he goes out and meet other girls in that time? Will mother-in-law call more business delegates? No!' Thinking that, she got dressed quickly to go out and see him. When she was just opening her room's door, Lu Boyun came and announced, "Young miss the dinner is ready."

Feng Xinying headed for dinner. She was sure that he would be there and smiled.

Meanwhile somewhere in the suburbs, a young girl of eighteen years was enjoying a date with a man much older than her. She had coaxed him to spend time with her near the river that flowed on the outskirts of the town. The man was enamored by the girl. He felt that she was all he needed in his life. She was fifteen years younger than him and had been going out with her from almost three months. It couldn't be perfect. He kissed her forehead and said, "Let's marry darling." While he was standing and caressing her long black hair, she turned towards him and looked at his face. He looked smitten by her charm, her beauty and her youth. She smiled at his naivety.

All of a sudden, he felt as if she was pressing something on his chest. He looked down and saw that she had a gun pressed against him.

In the moonlight that fell upon his face, she could see his expression, which was a mixture of fear and resentment.

"What are you doing?" he asked.

"Can't you see?" She sniggered at him.

"Why are doing this?"

"I don't like you!"

"B- but you said you loved me!"

"Don't be mad darling. Leave me, please," he begged when he saw that murderous glint in her eyes. "I am madly in love with you. I can't live without you."

"Oof! How disgusting you are?" she said nonchalantly, dismissing his plea. Without giving him any time to even think or react, she pulled the trigger, shooting him at point blank range. The man fell to the ground like a sack of potatoes.

"What an idiot," she mumbled. "He thought I loved him!"

She knelt down near the body and explored through his suit's pockets to dig out the cash she had asked for. She got up to go when her gaze fell on the expensive jewelry he was wearing. She bent down again to remove the diamond ring and the watch and finally left him in a huge pool of blood.

Although she had carefully planned to loot that man and then killed him in an abandoned area near the river, she was not prepared for the fact that a family of picnickers would spot her in the act. A woman shrieked as she witnessed the murder.

She ran towards the streets of the main village, trying to save herself from the people who were hunting for her. Those people started running towards her but she had managed to dodge them. Knowing her way out of that place fully well, she managed to run to the nearby shanties. There she opened a manhole, stepped inside and covered the lid over her. Those people ran after her and then she heard someone say, "Call the police. There has been a murder. The culprit has run away."

She became afraid and waited for the commotion to end before coming out of her hiding place quietly after a few hours. When she came out, there was no one outside. It was almost midnight. She dug her hands in her coat pocket and felt the diamond ring and the large amount of cash that she had looted from him.

Softly, she came out of the manhole and made her way through the rice fields to the nearest highway to hitchhike her way to the city. A huge cargo truck came and stopped when the driver saw a very young, beautiful girl with messed up hair, wearing black jeans and a red shirt waving frantically. He smiled, thanking the heavens for his luck. Little did he know that the girl had a gun in her hand, which she had pointed at his head all the while until they reached the city.

While she was traveling with that insane man, tears welled up in her eyes as she remembered her mother and the way she had struggled to bring her up.

"No more of that! I will live my life the way it should have been—like a queen—and will take revenge!"
