Chapter 629: Chapter 623: New Materials

“No, your Dimensional Ring can store anything, while their spatial compression equipment is fixed on their weapon attachments. In other words, aside from storing their weapons, their spatial compression equipment can’t hold anything else,” Zero spoke decisively.

Alright, Finn Lewis knew he was overthinking. But even so, this was much more convenient, allowing them to access all their weapons at the first sign of trouble, instead of having to retrieve from Finn or go elsewhere to seize weapons.

“I’ve exchanged for it. Each robot is now equipped with its weapon attachments,” Finn spoke decisively. This wasn’t the time to be frugal. Finn didn’t feel safe at all at the moment. First, he had to acquire something to protect him. The Galactic Federation was a quite unsafe place, and who knew what would happen once they reached the Galactic District.

“When do you want them to report to you, Finn?” Zero asked.

“I’ve noticed, Zero, that your intelligence level has substantially increased since I left Earth?” Finn asked curiously.

Zero: “...”

Well, nobody was around anyway, so Finn didn’t bother with him and said directly, “When I need them, tell them to report to me.” After that, he didn’t care about Zero’s reaction.

Before the middle-aged man arrived, Finn received the Roberts Coins that Zero had sent over. They were also delivered by a middle-aged man. Finn didn’t recognize him and couldn’t tell whether he was a robot or not. After getting Finn’s consent, Dunn Monty let the man in. A box of about two cubic meters was placed in front of Finn.

“Including warships,” Caleb honestly responded after a pause. His face turned serious. Something about Finn was distinguishing.

“Any level of warship?” Finn asked after taking a sip of an unknown beverage from the table.

“We sell warships of all levels. But we do have one requirement—you must pay in advance.” Caleb finally added something.

“Oh, tell me about the powerful warships at your disposal. No second-hand ones or outdated stuff, don’t try to bluff me.” Finn said straightforwardly.

Caleb was stunned. Finn was not playing by usual sales rules. Typically, clients would ask about payment at this point. Warships certainly aren’t cheap, even for royals. And, Finn was just a royal heir, not a clan leader. He must have limited funds available.

“The level 2 White Elephant Warship. Although its design style isn’t the mainstream style currently used by the Federation, it’s on par with the level 2 warships under the surveillance bureau. Its combat power is second only to the most powerful Azure Peak level 1 warship under the bureau,” Caleb paused before continuing, “And our price is advantageous. A brand-new White Elephant Warship which is about 15 kilometers long, 3 kilometers high and 8.2 kilometers wide, equipped with the most advanced ultra-quantum jump engine. The time between two jumps can be as short as 5 minutes, and the maximum distance can reach 5,000 light-years in one jump.”

“We are selling it for only 80 million star credits, and we are also gifting 500,000 simulation robots.”

“What are they used for?” Finn asked. He had heard of simulation robots, a type of robot used by the Galactic Federation, but he didn’t know exactly what they could do.

“Uh... not much use. But their processing system uses the most advanced Galactic Matrix System. They are capable of undertaking most of the general tasks on the spaceship. They can also reprogram simulated emotions and rejigger their job duties,” Caleb explained while scratching his head awkwardly, evidently having misunderstood Finn.

Caleb thought that Finn disdained those 500,000 simulation robots, so he asked that question. But he didn’t anticipate that Finn genuinely didn’t know what these simulation robots could do, hence the question.
