Chapter 186: Overwhelming Combat of Rin & Erix (2/2), Screw-It Punch

The swordsman stabbed his sword toward Erix despite being twenty meters away, releasing his ultimate offense skill since much of his mana was consumed along with strange fire-type energy due to his class.

Instantly, a powerful and condensed flame sword with dark orange sparks materialized and shot toward Erix.

Danger!

Erix's pupil shrank intensely before a mad and thrilling glint passed through his eyes. 'I'll use that technique-skill.'

Erix knew that this attack could reduce his Life Orb to 0 because his defenses were useless against it. He didn't have a tough enough defense skill to block that attack.

But he had enough power to destroy that attack, and he used this method to use a technique-skill that was insanely hard to execute, and...he hadn't succeeded in executing it yet.

It was a risky gamble, and he thrillingly executed it.

His entire figure blurred as his physical power was exerted to the limit, consuming an unknown amount of stamina to execute his physical effort. His posture also changed in that blurry motion into a simple karate front stance while his right arm swung forward while gathering the power of his entire body's exertion.

That arm had formed a fist of his hand that had transformed into a slick-surfaced icy blue gauntlet with tiny black holes covering it. He elementalized the surface skin of his arm into this Tier-4 metal. Netherfrost Ore. The influence of Nether in this area was high, so Erix had scanned it on the way ten days ago.

Technique Skill's Name: Screw-it Punch!

Execution cost: -1500 mana, X-stamina.

Erix grinned and twisted his fist from wrist 360 degrees at the fastest exertion speed that was still in motion right before it hit the swordsman's attack.

He had to crush his wrist bone and mesh veins, and all the things at his wrist, hand, and arm had to be controlled to let the force mix and empower with the 360-degree twist.

It was a physical phenomenon executed to extreme levels to produce a devastating show of physical power mixed with magic.

*Shrill...!!*

A black frosty fist emerged from his punch, surrounded by a deathly whirl of a condensed death stream into a razor-sharp formation of his punch projectile.

The attack had frost due to the Gauntlet's material, but the ice was black because Erix used Death element to transform it during the execution. The black holes on the Gauntlet were for that.

The punch projectile's power and deathly whirl around it were eating away the atmosphere and scratching the space, producing a loud and harrowing screeching sound through the cave.

*BOOM*

...

After twenty minutes, all six of them were on their knees.

Klelia was overwhelmed just looking at the battle. She didn't know Erix and Rin were that powerful.

'Their martial prowess is fucking high,' Elder Noll was screaming in his head. 'Why the fuck are they improving so fast, even during the battle? Do they have some unique Spiritual Art?'

'But even so, they had to have super talent for martial arts and combat to improve this fast.'

'Damn monsters...' Elder Noll internally cursed. 'If only they ended up at Cloud Dagger Guild.'

It was a complete defeat for the enemy.

However, Erix and Rin had a lot of fun and improvement in their combat.

"Jeez, what's wrong with you two?" Lily speechlessly asked before she helplessly chuckled, "You've become monstrous to Noble orders simply because of your combat styles."

"They are using their masteries highly efficiently with their self-created skills that unleash the full potential of their powers," Reinala mumbled.

"Glad you understood that," Lilith chuckled. "Because you certainly don't use the full potential of your powers through your skills."

If Gaze could kill, Reinala would've killed Lilith thousands of times.

"Hey, baldy. Bring out your resources. Elemental fruits or any other natural treasures," Lily said before she turned to the group of noble orders that lay on the ground, depressed.

"Get up, losers! Get good instead of feeling despair."

Elder Noll sighed. He looked at Rin and Erix before helplessly asking, "How are you like that?"

Rin shrugged. "I don't feel particularly special. You guys were weak."

"Haha, It is how it is," Erix laughed, "But I believe in the saying that there's always a bigger mountain above a mountain, and there's always much to be seen."

"But if there are better mountains, then we'll simply grow over them," Rin grinned.

"Exactly," Erix laughed and looked at the enemies. "Take out the loot, and you can go. Good luck in your adventures."
