Before leaving, they also checked the details of Fortune Ride token, which was the additional reward they got along with the ticket to this Cosmic Treasure Arcade Center.
Fortune Ride token turned out to be a game token, but not just any game in there. Instead, it was a token of 3 special games collectively known as Fortune Games. They could use that token to play any of the three games once because only those with the token could play them.
The token could be brought if it randomly appeared in one’s shop, or someone could luckily get it, but the chances were low. Still, it was said that everyone got at least one Fortune Ride token during their journey of spending their 1000 Arcade Points.
Only those at Empyrean order and lower could enter this cosmic wonder because items there wouldn’t benefit people at Reverend-order and above.
Mystic Root and Cosmic Treasure Arcade Center were the same in that regard. Mystic Root also only influenced people until they reach the peak of Empyrean-order while Cosmic Treasure Arcade Center didn’t allow people above Empyrean-order to enter.
After finding out details of the Fortune Ride token and other facts, the four of them disappeared by using their Arcade Traversing badge and appeared back in the same spot from where they had used the ticket.
Lilith and Amu had finished the formation completely as they only worked on this for the past nine hours.
Most people had no idea why the Unfettered Kingdom did this, but they didn’t concern themselves with that. They were living better than ever under this Kingdom and they could see a bright future ahead.
The next day descended soon and the World Gauntlet tournament began.
Erix, Rin, and other top powerhouses had the final round pass, so they didn’t fight at first.
The rules and rounds were dictated by Mystic Root and all the rounds until the final round were finished by noon.
In reality, everyone knew that this tournament was just a formality. They could fight each other and have fun, but no one was aiming for the Ruler position.
That position was already filled in everyone’s mind.
In the final round, the 15 finalists fought by going all out and fighting each other to death in every round to determine a winner.
After all, they were going to get rewards based on their ranking and the reward seemed amazing.
Aside from the champion becoming the World Ruler, rank 2 to rank 5 would get a position from the four positions aside from World Ruler.
As such, everyone was fighting by going all out, though Rin’s and Erix’s opponents didn’t even try to fight back because they couldn’t.
All of them died in the blink of an eye in every round.
In the final round, Rin and Erix fought against each other without holding back. Everyone witnessed the true power of Rin and Erix in this battle.
But they were constantly progressing and improving every day, evident from the deep chasm between their Power Level and the rest.
In the end, Erix won the battle.
As the tournament came to an end, everyone heard an announcement while the World Counsil’s center changed.
[World Council shall officially begin.]
[Congratulations. This planet’s shackles have been broken. You may rule and progress it further.]
The ruler’s throne emerged from the ground. It was a dark gold throne carved with dark green, black, and red patterns that made the throne demonically majestic. A demonic skull with two horns was imprinted on the resting back part.
"That looks like it’s tailor-made for me."
"True."
A second later, two other smaller thrones to its left and two to its right emerged from the pristine white gold floor adorned with aesthetic patterns.
Kenshin acquired access to all dungeon gates present on Earth and the power to call Dungeon gates!
Sameira’s position gave her access to observe outer space in high detail and also the power to change the planet’s location from this solar system to another star system!
Of course, all of those functions required World Energy which fueled the planet’s core and this energy was limited but could be gained.
It could be gained from people getting powerful and developing the planet, flourishing it to raise its upper limit from the current 100 Planet Power to higher.
This was basically a worse version of Blessed Island.
Erix brought Lilith and others to this special planet management hall to discuss some things.
"Yeah, let’s begin," Lilith nodded and grinned. "Integrating our Blessed Island to the planet is a must. Since this planet evolved thanks to Mystic Root, the integration would bring better results."
"Alright, then we’ll have to fully focus on upgrading our Blessed Island to the next rank," Erix firmly nodded. "The moment we upgrade it and unlock that feature, I’ll begin the integration."
"Guys.... something is approaching towards us very fast," Sameira called out as she saw a huge ship directly entering the Earth’s atmosphere. "Look."
Everyone looked at the big display that appeared in the hall. It showed a giant portal that was over five kilometers in radius and something emerged from it.
In the next second, everyone saw a giant fancy space zeppelin coming out, its size whopping five kilometers in height and 3.5 kilometers wide!
"That spaceship is too big," Lilith frowned. "Why did they bring such a huge spaceship?"
"Their forces, their underlings," Maleina said, her expression turning grave as she looked at the ship. "This is a Senior-class ship, and it is only moved when one of their executives is on a mission. This size...I’m afraid they are here with over a thousand Empyrean-order powerhouses."
"So, Blue Maw Pirate Kingdom’s top force is here," Lilith narrowed her eyes. "We expected a Reverend-order powerhouse to come, so it’s no surprise, but the reality is that no law will protect us from them except for Sanctuary Area now."
Lilith looked at everyone and they also looked at her, "If we want to survive, then we have to do it under them. You all know what we have to do."
’This period is going to be rough,’ Lilith internally sighed.
"We will endure and adjust until we integrate the Blessed Island into this planet," Erix said, his eyes filled with resolve. "We have to do everything cautiously from now on, especially hiding the existence of Blessed Island."
"Let’s return first," Amu said as he floated up. "If they will approach the strongest first, then they will come to us. We have to get back on our Blessed Island and let them enter inside."
"That’s right," Lilith nodded. "Our formation has hidden all traces that could give away Blessed Island’s nature, so even if they somehow find out that there’s a Blessed Island from other people by hearing a description of our floating island, then they should still not suspect that the land behind the Labyrinth Tower is the Blessed Island."

Everyone returned to their disguised Blessed Island. Erix also deactivated the beneficial effect and diffused the strong atmosphere of Blessed Island to the surrounding forest.
The people living on the Blessed Island were also informed not to mention anything regarding that, tho the term ’Blessed Island’ was only something that few people knew.
As Aeron and others sat under the Dreanox Tree, they soon felt an aura approaching them from the sky.
"One aura," Lilith muttered before her eyes slowly shook. "It’s a Reverend-order powerhouse."
Everyone looked up and saw a faint light that vanished before they saw a person floating above the Sanctuary Area’s barrier. The Sanctuary Area was expanding in area and since Blessed Island moved behind Labyrinth Tower, a Sanctuary Area also appeared around it.
However, Bill passed through the barrier with a simple means by taking an oath not to kill the people inside, causing Mystic Root to allow him entry.
’How?’ Erix and others were startled because they didn’t know how he managed to enter inside.
"Not bad, not bad," Bill laughed as he looked at Erix and others as he took off his cowboy hat and bowed. "I am Bill of the Blue Maw. Pleased to meet you."
Bill grinned and his gaze went around the island along with his senses as he added, "I have to say though, I certainly wasn’t expecting a Blessed Island here."
