“Give back my Divine Trident!” repeated the mermaid king, in a frigid voice.

“Mermaid King, the three of us tailed them and can attest we saw him steal your sacred item,” vouched Long Xingyun.

Piece of turd must’ve been tailing us ever since the volcano erupted and then robbed the mermaids while we were busy with Seahorse Taotao to frame us.
