Chapter 126 - Beautiful Curves

Two days later.

Inside Caroline's bedroom.

While changing the bed sheet of her bed. Caroline received a call from Mike in her phone.

"Hello, sweetie..."

"Hi, my loves...where are you?" Caroline answered.

"I'm in my mother's home," Mike chuckled.

"Ah, I see. Have you eaten lunch already?" she asked.

"I finished eating lunch awhile ago, how about you?" he replied.

"Done eating as well," she responded.

"Sweetie...I will come to your house tonight and bring you to my place in the Blue Bell Residences, let's have dinner there. My lawyer already finished drafting the Purchase Agreement of the land. I will show you the agreement, there are two identical copies, one for you and one for Mr. Fernandez then I will also sign as the witness. You both have to sign to make the agreement legally binding and we will have it notarized after the transaction is completed," he said.

"Alright, I will wait for you. What time?" she asked.

"Between 6 to 7 in the evening," he answered.

"Okay, see you later then," Caroline said.

"Bye sweetie, see you later. I love you!" he said.

"I love you too," Caroline replied and ended the call.

The rest of the afternoon went well for Caroline, as usual, bathing, feeding, and bonding with her beloved baby daughter then watching nursery rhymes before dinner time.

Thelma knocked on the bedroom door, she opened it.

"What is your request for dinner, daughter?" said Thelma.

"Chop Suey with Crispy Pork Belly and Sweet and Sour Shrimp," Caroline joked.

"We do have ingredients for the Chop Suey... but we don't have a shrimp," Thelma revealed. "You want me to send Merle in a nearby fish store to buy 1 kilo of shrimp?"

"Ah, no need to buy a shrimp, Mother. You can cook it some other day. For now, the Chop Suey will do," Caroline said after remembering that she will have a sumptuous dinner in Mike's place later.

"Okay, I will go now and prepare the dishes," Thelma said and headed for the door.

Caroline called her.

"Mother wait a minute...Mike and I will go out tonight for a date. He will show me the Purchase Agreement of the land that I'm going to buy in Davao City so that I can sign it," she explained.

Thelma nods her head. "OK, no problem," she replied and left the room.

Caroline picked up baby Cathy and carried her in her arms going downstairs, they will stay in the veranda to get some fresh air.

Two hours later.

Dinner was served in the dining table.

The family members gathered in the table to eat their meals.

Caroline only eats a little amount of the chop suey and ignored the rice completely.

She finished eating dinner first, she left the table and took her daughter from the housemaid.

"Merle, you go now and eat dinner." She instructed the housemaid to join the rest of her family in the table.

Caroline went back to the veranda and sat on the chair as the night already produced a cool breeze due to the absence of the scorching heat of the sun.

She was unaware of the presence of someone watching her a few meters away, while she was sitting in the veranda.

Thirty minutes later, the family finished eating dinner.

Caroline went back inside the house.

She went upstairs to her bedroom to start dressing up and get ready before Mike arrives.

Thelma entered the bedroom a few moments later to take her granddaughter with her and left the room.

Caroline went inside the bathroom, brushed her teeth, and took a quick shower. After finishing her shower, she left the bathroom and went to the closet to chose her attire for the date. Not bothering to choose a classy attire, she chose a black punk rave denim mini skirt and attractive white short sleeve blouse with ruffles.

She scrutinizes her looks in the mirror...hmm...not bad.

Well...she looks gorgeous in her attire.

Satisfied, she placed her phone and wallet in her shoulder bag and went downstairs to prepare for her boyfriend's arrival any moment from now.

Fifteen minutes later, Mike parked his car outside Caroline's house.

He exited his car and carried the bouquet inside and handed it to her girlfriend after kissing her cheek. "You look, ravishing tonight, sweetie..." he said admiring his girlfriend's simple but s.e.xy attire.

Caroline only smiled in response. "Wow, red and pink carnation, beautiful! Thank you!" she gushes while admiring the flowers. "I'll put the flower in the vase first," she said.

She went back inside the house but changed her mind at the last minute. She handed the flower to the housemaid instead. "Merle, please, put the flowers in the vase," she ordered.

"Yes, Ma'am," Merle answered and took the flowers from Caroline and went to the kitchen.

"Mother, we're leaving now..." said Caroline.

Thelma nods her head. "Okay, take care of yourselves," she responded.

Caroline exited the door then she and Mike sauntered towards the gate. They get inside the vehicle and Mike started the engine.

Mike navigated his car smoothly out of the subdivision, heading to his condo unit in Blue Bell Residence.

By 7:30 in the evening, they finally reached their destination and they went inside the elevator going to the 15th floor.

They entered the condo unit and sat on the sofa in the living room.

"Sorry...no more red roses today...sweetie." He grinned boyishly while apologizing at the same time.

Caroline laughed. "No need to apologize...I wasn't expecting a bed of roses this time. The infinity pool is more than enough for me," she giggled.

Mike smiled in relief. "That's good, I thought you will be upset if you don't see red petals of roses on the floor," he chuckled.

"Nah, I'm not that high maintenance," she winked at him.

Mike planted a kiss on her forehead. "Thank you for your understanding, sweetie," he murmured.

Caroline put down her shoulder bag on the sofa.

Mike sat beside his girlfriend on the sofa. "We will eat dinner first... then after eating... I will show you the Purchase Agreement so that you can sign it," he said. "Ah, by the way, you still want to go back to Davao City or I can do the transaction on your behalf, you will just sign the doc.u.ments then I will go back to Davao City to have Mr. Fernandez sign the papers while you wired the money. How about that?" he suggested.

Caroline raised a brow. "So... the transaction will go smoothly without my presence?" she asked.

"Yes, because you already signed the doc.u.ments here in advance, the only signature needed is that of Mr. Fernandez who is the seller and also the witness, and that's me," Mike explained.

"Wow, that's nice! I don't have to travel again. So... please do it for me, then," she gives her authorization to her boyfriend.

"Okay, that's settled then. Let's go now to the dining table and start devouring our delicious meal," Mike said and offered his hand to her.

Caroline accepted his hand.

The couple went to the dining table and starts their night with the appetizing food which consisted of three mouthwatering dishes namely...Spicy Pepper Beef Steak, Sweet and Sour Shrimp and Savory Shanghai Rolls...then Mango Pudding for desserts.

"Do you like the dishes tonight?" asked Mike while taking off the covers of the serving dishes.

"Yes, very much!" Caroline smiled brightly upon seeing the Sweet and Sour Shrimp, she licked her lips in anticipation. "Let's eat!"

Mike smiled and began putting foods on his plate.

Caroline put a hefty serving of Sweet and Sour Shrimp on her plate and devoured the dishes with gusto.

The couple eats silently and focuses their attention on the food.

Thirty minutes later.

Mike looked at her. "Hmm...sweetie...do you want to talk to your sister? I think it's now time for a reconciliation," he suggested.

Caroline sighed. "Please, let's not talk about my sister. I don't want to talk about her. Please, don't spoil our fun," she warned him.

Mike shrugged. "Okay as you say so..."

They resumed eating in silence.

A few moments later.

Done with dinner they retire to the living room and Mike let Caroline read the Purchase Agreement.

After reading, Mike handed a pen to Caroline, she signed the pages where her signature was needed, guided by Mike.

"It's done!" she said.

"I will ask you to wire the money on the day I meet Mr. Fernandez again," Mike elaborated.

"Okay, just inform me," Caroline said feeling good after signing the Purchase Agreement.

"I will book a flight for Davao City the next day," he informed her and put back the doc.u.ments into the brown envelope. "We're done... so...do you want to take a dip in the pool now?" he asked her.

"Yes, very much!" Caroline replied enthusiastically.

The couple went to the pool area, Caroline entered the bathroom and discarded her clothes changing into a s.e.xy backless bright red one-piece swimsuit. She stared at her image in the mirror inside the bathroom...wow...the swimsuit is so classy yet so s.e.xy!

"Fantastic swimming attire!" she said aloud admiring the piece of garment.

Satisfied with her appearance, she exited the bathroom wanting to know what her boyfriend's reaction will be after seeing her in the amazing swimsuit.

As expected, Mike stared at her in awe as she went down into the pool and waded on the water going to his direction.

"What a stunning body you had, sweetie! I'm awestruck! That swimsuit I randomly bought for you fit your body perfectly well! It clings to your curves beautifully in all the right places," he grinned and winked naughtily at her.

Caroline smiled seductively at him. "Thank you for buying this swimsuit, I like it!"

Mike hugged her from behind. "Shall we take off this lovely piece of garment and go skinny dipping instead?" he suggested in a husky voice.

Caroline laughed in amus.e.m.e.nt. "No way! I love wearing this swimsuit!" she squealed and broke free from his embrace.

She swam away from him still roaring in laughter, he followed after her, grinning.

Soon enough, the pool area was filled with their laughter and romantic moments that ended in a hot romping session in bed, one hour later.
