16 Wano

After advising Enel Seth gone to the new world. Seth flew to the new world, flew over the Red Line, and entered the new world. Upon entering the new world Seth wondered if he should go see Whitebeard and Shanks, but decided to go see them if he had time. Seth was approaching an island, the island is large. The island has mountains and bamboo forests. In the center of Seth Island could be seen as a Japanese style town. In the middle of town, Seth could see a three-story pagote. The pagote is dark blue with scarlet barriers with golden decorations. The pagote is built on a tree with a curved branch that covers it. The tree is hollow, a scarlet bridge with golden finishes crossed it, and connected the edges of the small lake on which the tree was located. At the end of the bridge were two large scarlet Chinese doors. In the distance, you could see a lonely snowy peak with a mountain next to it with a waterfall and blooming sakura. Seth smiles when he sees this sight. This view is magnificent, one could not believe that this view coexists with misery, poverty, violence in the barrel. Now, this view coexists with wealth, happiness, kindness. Seth took over the island of Wano from Kaido, his crew, and Orochi to make it his territory. Wano is now headed by Kozuki Toki with his daughter Kozuki Hiyori.

Wano is still isolated but only for the world government because the island joined the empire of Seth and undertakes exchanges with the other kingdoms. The empire or alliance of Seth contains many kingdoms. The most famous kingdoms are Alabasta, Skypiea, Isle of Pisces, Dressrosa, Zou, or Punk Hazard.

Seth entered the pagote which is the royal palace of Wano. The interior of the pagote is luxurious and chic. Both the interior and the exterior have Chinese decorations and dominant colors such as red, yellow, purple, pink, or gray. Seth scanned the colors of the pagote before going up to the top floor of the pagote. The first floor is the administrative floor where the offices and the throne room are located. The second floor is the treasury and the council hall. The top floor is the royal suite where the royal family lives. Seth entered the suite to see Toki and Hiyori eating. Toki is a medium-sized woman with long black hair who is restrained except for two locks in front. She wears a flower with a chain of pearls on the right side of her hair. She also wears a short kimono with crescent moons resembling the Kozuki family symbol below. Hiyori is a slim woman of medium height. She has long aqua hair that reaches her waist and blue eyes that are sharply slanted downward. She wears fuchsia lipstick on her prominent lips. Hiyori has a strong resemblance to her mother. she also wears a red yukata with golden sleeves and sakura at the bottom of her yukata.

Hiyori and her mother watched Seth enter the room and settle down next to them. Seeing Seth sit down, they both smiled.

"Oh Seth, what do we owe the honor of your presence in our humble home," Hiyori asked with a teasing smile.

"I go around the realms and see if there are any problems and take note of the state of these." replied with a drink.

"Hiyori stop bothering Seth and finish your meal earlier, we have to go see the nine red scabbards afterward." Toki said gently, with an air of mother that separates a brother and a sister.

"Yes, mother" said Hiyori with a pout.

"Seth smiled when he saw Hiyori's expression.

Toki and Hiyori's relationship with Seth and the others is a family relationship. Toki is the little sister, Seth, and his wives the big brothers and sisters and Hiyori is the mother. But Hiyori is not a strict mother like Otohime but rather a gentle and loving mother.
