Chapter 377: Ch 377: Shadow Devouring Flame

Alex darted a close look at his information panel but did not find anything related to Ice Elf Empress there.

To hell with it, he didn't even have an Ice-attributed Unique Talent before he replicated it from someone else.

He wanted to ask the Heavenly Spirit Stone, but this stone didn't know anything about the Ice Elf Empress either because she was not from this universe.

He wanted to ask more but before he could do that, something attracted his attention. The Blood Devouring Abyssal Pearl had devoured the entire Blood Pool and was glowing bright red.

Alex waved his hand, and the Blood Devouring Abyssal Pearl flew out, landing in his palm. He could feel an overwhelming blood energy surging intensely within the pearl. Alex could sense that if he used all the blood energy contained in the pearl to strengthen his body, bloodline, and cultivation, he could significantly advance in all aspects.

However, now was not the time. He silently kept the Blood Devouring Abyssal Pearl and glanced at the Devouring Flame that had completely devoured the Dark Flame Liquid and was in the midst of evolving. An intense fiery energy was spreading in the air with unparalleled momentum, as if it was enough to burn the entire world.

Since Alex was already there, he blocked this intense fiery energy from leaving a certain area. If not, just this alone would have brought a calamity to this Blood Fiend Secret Realm.

It wasn't surprising, though. Even though the Devouring Flame was only a Void-ranked treasure, the Dark Flame Liquid was already of Divine rank. After absorbing the Dark Flame Liquid, Alex believed that the Devouring Flame would at least evolve to the Divine Rank.

He waited for another hour and the Devouring Flame finally evolved completely.

The Devouring Flame was a blue-colored flame previously, but after its evolution, it now had a hint of darkness in it which made it appear very strange.

[Name: Shadow Devouring Flame.

Rank: Spirit God.

Detail: The Shadow Devouring Flame is a formidable and unique flame that has undergone an extraordinary evolution by merging the properties of the Devouring Flame and the Dark Flame Liquid. As a Spirit God-ranked flame, it is among the most powerful flames of its kind.

The flame's appearance is a mesmerizing dance of dark shadows intertwined with blue flames, creating an ethereal and ominous aura. The darkness within the blue flame seems to absorb light, giving it a shadowy, almost void-like quality.

This flame has all the abilities of both the Devouring Flame and the Dark Flame Liquid. Just like the original Devouring Flame, it can strip an opponent of their cultivation, weakening them drastically while simultaneously empowering its master.

Additionally, the flame's dark nature allows it to operate stealthily, emitting little to no light, which can cloak its aura, making it difficult to detect.

This flame can transform between two states. Other than its original form, it can transform into liquid form as well. Most importantly, it can now create a small, controlled black hole that pulls in and disintegrates all matter and energy within a certain radius, making it a devastating offensive weapon.

Note: This flame can continue to grow after devouring all kinds of flames and fire-attributed materials above Divine Grade.]

The snake-eyed man squinted his eyes and felt that something was wrong. This kid was too calm even when facing two Divine Lords like them.

But it doesn't matter. No matter what, the person in front of them was just an Extreme-Celestial Phenomenon Stage warrior. The snake-eyed man made his move.

A strange light shot out from his eyes, and the phantom of a giant snake appeared behind him. This snake then looked at Alex with its deep, cold eyes.

Alex suddenly felt as if the world around him had changed. All that was left was a giant snake staring at him with a fierce gaze. At the same time, he felt as if his body was being bound by an invisible rope. Something was trying to restrict his movement.

"Interesting!" Alex muttered, looked at the snake-eyed man's information panel, and understood what was going on. This was a bloodline ability that could summon the bloodline spirit to fight. The phantom of the giant snake behind the man was his bloodline spirit.

This man's name was strange. He was called Haang and had no surname.

"Brother Roro, why aren't you attacking?" The snake-eyed man, Haang, thought that it had already bound Alex and restricted his movements. He then looked at the sharp-fanged man, wanting him to attack and finish Alex directly.

However, the next moment, Haang was terrified. It is because the phantom of the giant snake behind him produced a crackling sound. When he turned to look, he saw cracks spreading all over the phantom's body.

And then...

"BOOM!"

The phantom of the snake exploded into pieces, causing Haang to suffer backlash,

"Puft!" Haang spat out a mouthful of blood, his face turning pale rapidly.

"Impossible. It should not be possible. Not only did you break free from my binding ability, but you also caused my Bloodline Spirit to shatter. How did you do it?" Haang was shocked, very shocked.

Alex never moved from the very start. He just could not understand how Alex was able to kill his Bloodline Spirit.

The sharp-fanged man, Roro, finally came back to his senses. When Haang shouted earlier, he wanted to attack but was stunned when Haang suddenly spat out a mouthful of blood. The reason is that his Bloodline Spirit was killed.

"You... Who are you? Could you be the genius who appeared in the Blood Fiend Land a few weeks ago?" Roro asked with a terrified expression.

"What? That genius who made a name for himself in just a few days ago? How could he be that person? That person is rumored to be an Extreme-Holy Lord. As for him, he is only an Extreme-Celestial Phenomenon Stage warrior." Haang's expression changed drastically, and he was extremely terrified as well.

"A genius who appeared in the Blood Fiend Land a few weeks ago?" Alex muttered and shook his head, saying, "No, you got the wrong person. I'm not that one."
