Chapter 101 The Silent Contract
While the woman remained immobilized and unable to speak, Qin Chen seized the opportunity to make a small cut on her finger, drawing a drop of blood.
The woman clearly displayed her reluctance through her eyes, but she was utterly powerless due to Shen Yulan's technique.
"Is this sufficient?" Qin Chen asked, showing his blood and the woman's blood to Shen Yulan.
Shen Yulan nodded. "This will do. Let me handle the rest," she said, then began to perform the blood binding technique.
Two drops of blood in Qin Chen's palm hovered, swirling and forming the Yin and Yang symbols.
The next moment, the two droplets of blood re-entered the respective cuts on both Qin Chen and the woman. Simultaneously, ancient Chinese characters in blood-red color appeared above both of them.
Shortly after, the characters vanished.
"Is it done?" Qin Chen inquired.
"Yes, with this, she will obey you and tell you whatever you want. Of course, I've placed some limitations," Shen Yulan replied.
"Great!" Qin Chen exclaimed joyfully.
However, the woman's face contorted with resentment. Once respected by many, she now had to obey a mere brat.
"Now you can speak," Shen Yulan said, releasing her technique.
The woman's expression immediately twisted with fury. "I will kill you!" she shouted, brandishing her sword and lunging toward Qin Chen.
Panic flashed across Qin Chen's face. Yet, before the sword could strike, the woman collapsed to the ground, writhing in pain.
A smirk formed on Qin Chen's face. "Hehe, I guess it worked. I can't thank you enough, Lady Shen," he said sincerely.
"No problem. She won't be able to harm you and will obey you," Shen Yulan said.
Qin Chen grew even more delighted upon hearing this. Today might be the day he rises.
Not only Shen Yulan returned to him, he also gained a mentor, or rather, a powerful subordinate, and found several rare items in the cave. There was even a pool emitting Reiki in the middle of this place.
Having obtained all this, he felt blessed by the heavens.
Meanwhile, the woman slowly regained consciousness. Whatever technique Shen Yulan had used, she felt excruciating pain attacking her soul.
"I never expected to end up like this!" she spat with pure hatred.
"Hehehe, just accept your fate, lady," Qin Chen said, grinning. The chapters is up by N0vEI__bin
"Tch, soon, I will truly kill you!" she declared viciously.
"That won't happen because by your 'soon,' I'll be stronger than you," Qin Chen said, his tone brimming with high optimism.
"The more you hope, the harder you'll fall; mark my words," the woman said coldly.
Qin Chen didn't respond, his optimism unyielding. "Whatever you say, lady," he said.
Then he turned his gaze to the pool, sensing it was no ordinary water.
The dining table was now clear of plates and dishes. Long Tian and Li Yue'er had finished their breakfast.
Currently, Li Yue'er was looking at herself in the mirror wearing the school uniform, complete with the typical white school shirt and a short skirt.
Gazing at herself, she couldn't help but run her fingers through her hair. Somehow, she didn't know why, but it had changed from black to silver. Yet, she felt it was becoming even more beautiful.
The uniform also suited her figure, but she still felt somewhat uncomfortable. Moreover, it used to belong to someone Long Tian had brought here, someone he had been intimate with.
Nevertheless, she walked out of her room and headed to the living room, where Long Tian was standing.
"You look nice. It suits you," Long Tian said.
"Yeah, luckily, you still kept your spoils," Li Yue'er said, though her tone was teasing.
Long Tian simply chuckled, saying, "Oh come on, it's not a big deal. Besides, that's all in the past. I'm not like that anymore."
"Yeah, yeah, I totally trust the words of someone who used to be with so many women," Li Yue'er said, rolling her eyes.
Long Tian shook his head. "It's almost time; you better leave now. Uncle Ling will take you," he said.
"Aren't you going to school?" Li Yue'er asked.
"No, I have something to attend to in Beijing today. But I haven't made an excuse letter yet. Well, just tell the teacher later that I'm absent today," Long Tian responded.
"Alright," Li Yue'er nodded.
With that, the two of them left the villa. Each had their own business to attend to; Li Yue'er went to school, and Long Tian returned to the Long family residence in Beijing.

While Ling Han escorted Li Yue'er to Tianzhou High School, Long Tian was driving his car, heading to Beijing. His purpose there was no mere trivial matter; he was participating in the annual survival test between the Long family and the Xia family at the border between the Han Empire and the great Yuan Dynasty.
The test was intense, featuring hundreds of participants between the ages of 18 and 25.
However, Long Tian's participation wasn't solely for that stuff. He had a meticulous plan in mind for Long Guan; today was the time for execution.
Riiing riiing~
Suddenly, the ringing tone echoed through the car's interior. He reached for his smartphone in the console, noticing an unknown number flashing on the screen.
Answering the call, he soon heard the voice of a middle-aged man on the other end, "Hello, Master Long. This is Yu Feng, the manager of the BMW branch in Tianzhou."
Long Tian recognized the voice and name; it clicked in his memory. "Oh, you're the person from the Tianjia Pavilion. Is the car arriving today?" he asked, his tone filled with anticipation.
"Yes, by tonight at the latest. I'm calling just to inform you of this. I apologize if this call inconveniences you," Yu Feng said.
"That's not a problem. I've already given you my business card with my villa address on it. Just come here, and if I'm not around, my staff will assist you," Long Tian said.
"Understood, Master Long," Yu Feng replied.
"Alright, if there's nothing else, I'll end the call," Long Tian said.
"Very well," Yu Feng responded, and with that, the call ended.
Long Tian felt a surge of excitement about the upcoming arrival of the BMW Z1. Its design had piqued his interest, and the best part was, it was completely free.
Long Tian pressed down on the accelerator, speeding toward Beijing.
