Chapter 207 Return to the Heavenly Demon Sect

Long Tian had arrived in the villa area. The gate opened, and he simply drove his car inside, parking it in front of the villa.

Exiting the car, he walked directly towards the door. However, before entering, his steps halted as he sensed some auras in the backyard.

He decided not to enter the villa and instead walked towards the backyard.

Upon approaching, he spotted Li Yue'er and Lin Yan practicing together.

A smile spread across Long Tian's face as he neared them.

Li Yue'er, aware of someone approaching, turned around and spotted Long Tian.

Lin Yan also turned, her expression lighting up at the sight of Long Tian.

"Hey, Brother Long! With Sister Yue'er's help, I'm learning martial arts now," she shared, excitement in her voice.

"Well, that's great. But it would be even better if you enrolled in the Martial Arts Middle School. There happens to be a prestigious school, would you like to join?" Long Tian offered.

Lin Yan's face brightened with hope, "Can I really?"

"Absolutely, maybe tomorrow if you're up for it, we'll head there for your enrollment," Long Tian replied.

"Yes, I want to go to school again!" Lin Yan exclaimed enthusiastically.

"Then, we'll go there tomorrow," Long Tian confirmed.

Hearing this, Lin Yan immediately rushed over and hugged Long Tian, her face radiating pure joy. "Thank you, Brother Long!" she exclaimed.

Long Tian smiled and tousled Lin Yan's hair. Lin Yan is at least 12-13 years old, not too late to start middle school.

Li Yue'er, watching this, also smiled, feeling a sense of joy seeing the present Long Tian.

As Lin Yan let go of her hug, Long Tian mentioned, "By the way, I'm going to the Heavenly Demon sect with Li Yue'er. Do you want to come?" he asked.

"I don't think so. I'm too tired to get in the car again. You know, Brother Long, I went to the mall with Sister Yue'er earlier and bought a lot of stuff," Lin Yan explained.

Long Tian nodded, "Okay then, while we're away, you can stay here and do anything. Just treat it like your own home," he said. Thê ïñčëptïøn øf thïš çøntënt çån bë tråçëd tø n0v€1b¡n★

Lin Yan responded with a nod and a joyful smile.

"Alright, let's go, Yue'er," Long Tian said.

Li Yue'er nodded, and with that, they departed together, leaving the backyard and allowing Lin Yan to continue her martial arts practice alone.

As they strolled away, Li Yue'er inquired, "How about the qualification test? Did you pass?"

"Do you even need to ask? Of course, I passed," Long Tian responded, a grin on his face as he casually placed his hand on Li Yue'er's hip.

"Then, there are already two people who passed, which is us, and I hope no one else makes it," Li Yue'er said with a playful smile, moving closer to Long Tian.

------------

As seconds ticked away, eventually turning into minutes, it felt as if no more than two hours had passed. Now, Long Tian, Li Yue'er, and Ling Han found themselves in a mountainous region, surrounded by a tranquil atmosphere and invigorating, cold air.

The dense forest, with towering trees, rendered further progress by car impossible. They came to a halt near a village that retained a traditional charm, named Fushan.

After parking their car in an open space, the trio stepped out, welcomed by the crisp and refreshing air despite the bright daylight.

"I've been here a few times, and I never tire of the village's ambiance," Long Tian remarked, a contented smile playing on his lips as he relished the breeze tousling his clothes and hair.

The tall, exotic trees, coupled with traditional houses and scarce inhabitants, created an aura of peace and tranquility.

Ling Han, nodding in agreement, commented, "Indeed, modernization hasn't encroached much upon this place, given its proximity to the Heavenly Demon sect. Many people focus solely on the 'Demon' in the name, overlooking the true meaning of 'Heavenly,'" he explained.

"Yeah, they're not so bad," Long Tian concurred. "Alright, let's head there," he declared.

With that, the trio ventured into the forest, the path leading to the Heavenly Demon sect.

Given Long Tian and Ling Han's prior visits, they navigated the route with familiarity.

Finally, they reached the mountain's base, where ancient stairs seemed to pierce through the clouds. Without hesitation, they embarked on the ascent.

Not long after, the three of them arrived in front of the sect's entrance gate. As usual, it was guarded by four cultivators.

"Who are you?" One of the guards asked, assertiveness etched on his face.

"We are from the Long family and we want to go in," Long Tian responded calmly.

Hearing this, the guard frowned, looking at his companions, "Do you know about the Long family?" he asked.

"The Long family? Isn't that one of the ancient families?" one of his companions answered.

Hearing this, the guard's expression became serious. He then looked at Long Tian. "What do you want?" he asked earnestly.

"We just want to go in. Don't worry, we won't cause trouble. Besides, we've been here before, and I know your leader, Mo Yuegang, well," Long Tian responded, a smile on his face.

The guard looked hesitant, but after a moment, he agreed, "Alright, besides, there's someone else inside," he said.

Long Tian raised one of his eyebrows, "Is that Lin Fan?" he asked.

"No, that person is named Zhao Tianming."

Long Tian's brows furrowed at the mention of Zhao Tianming. The name was unfamiliar to him, prompting a shake of his head in contemplation.

"Open the gate," he instructed, fixing his gaze on the guard.

The guard nodded, and with his companions, they opened the gate.

Long Tian, accompanied by Ling Han and Li Yue'er, stepped into the sect's premises.
