As the forest manticore used its stinger and claws to torture Leo, he kept recieving the system notifications.

An attack from the scorpion stinger filled the [Nether Rage Booster] by 5 percent whereas the lion claws filled it by 10 percent.

Of course, the forest manticore was being careful with its attacks as it didn't want Leo to die yet because it won't appease its anger.

"I don't know how you are able to decrease my strength by 50 percent, I am confident that it was only a temporary effect just like how you are able to increase your strength to the peak legend grade."

The forest manticore spoke while it tortured Leo, "Because of you, I have to use one of my revival chances…damn it….damn it…just thinking about it makes my blood boil."

Suddenly, the forest manticore became very furious as he cursed Leo.

Just when Leo was about to activate [Nether Rage Booster] to heal his injuries and increase his strength to the peak legend grade, he heard something that made Leo stop him from doing it.

'Aargh…revival chance? Is he a challenger like me?'

Leo was not paying much attention to the forest manticore as he gritted his teeth and completely focused on enduring the pain.

However, when Leo heard the forest manticore's cursing along with the last sentence, he raised his head and took a proper look at the forest manticore.

"Y-you are a challenger?"

Leo gathered his strength as he asked the forest manticore.

"I was a challenger once; however, I had to become a temporary guardian for this floor."

The forest manticore was furious but still, it replied to Leo's question as he wanted to vent his anger by saying the reason for it.

"I spent a lot to get the revival ticket and because of you, I wasted it."

The forest manticore lifted Leo into the air with its scorpion tail and said, "Now, tell me, isn't it the right thing to torture you before killing you?"

'Swoosh'

The forest manticore didn't wait for Leo's reply as it threw him at a thick tree.

"I think you are confused and to help you understand everything, it will take quite some time. I don't think you will survive for that long."

Leo's body was fully covered in blood and the forest manticore knew that it wouldn't be long before Leo died.

Hence, he didn't bother to go into the details and decided to wait until Leo died on his own with the pain caused by all his injuries.

When Leo heard the forest manticore's words, he struggled a lot and barely stood up before asking it, "I-is that so? If you are worried about my death, then worry not, I don't have any plans to die yet."

Leo's voice was weak; however, the forest manticore could sense that Leo was confident in what he said.

"Interesting…interesting."

The forest manticore was surprised and at the same time, curious about Leo's words and asked him, "Show me what you have got? A diluted recovery potion? Go on, drink it…Haha."

As a challenger himself, the forest manticore knew the restrictions of God Tower and the only possible item in the forest manticore's view that Leo could have right now was the diluted recovery potion.

Hence, he asked Leo to drink it because it would only extend the fun time for the forest manticore.

'System, how much time is left for the [Solo Domain's] effect to disappear?'

Leo didn't have any plans to use the recovery potion as he silently asked the system about the time.

The [Solo Domain] will be maintained for 10 minutes and Leo wanted to act depending on the time left for it.

'Ding,

There are still more than two minutes left for the [Solo Domain's] effect to disappear.

'Since there is still enough time for it, my plan will work this time.'

dαn?νel A slight smile appeared on Leo's face as he looked at the forest manticore and said, "Fine…I will show you what I got."

Of course, his current appearance and the words didn't match quite well; however, in the next second, Leo activated his [Nether Rage Booster].

'Swiish'

The holes made by the stinger and the cuts made by the lion claws started closing and Leo's pale complexion started disappearing.

In no time, there was not a single wound left on Leo's body and as for his strength, it rose to peak Legend Grade.

'Ding,

The master's strength is temporarily boosted to peak legend grade for the next two minutes.

"What the…you still have a trump card left?"

The forest manticore who believed that Leo could not do anything other than die, was shocked to see all his injuries healed.

Not only that, like before, the forest manticore sensed that Leo's strength rose to peak legend grade.

"Since you have used a revival card earlier, I think I can kill you this time."

Unlike before, Leo was fully confident in killing the forest manticre whose battle prowess was reduced by 50 percent.

[Call of the Lightning - Lightning of the Obliteration]

The talent that Leo had temporarily unsealed using the [Talent Card] was still there. Therefore, Leo repeated the same attacks as before.

In the next second, a purple-coloured lightning flash descended onto the forest manticore's head just like before.

'Boom'

Compared to before, the results this time were completely different because the moment the purple-coloured lightning landed on the forest manticore, it exploded like a watermelon.

'What the…I can kill the Mythical Grade Beings that easily?'

Leo is confident in killing the forest manticore whose strength decreased a lot after it used the revival card.

However, he didn't expect that it would die from a single lightning strike.

[Congratuations to the challengers for successfully clearing the floor]

'Sigh…it's a pity that he died.'

Leo shook his head in pity and returned to the resting room and waited for the rewards with an excited look on his face.
